I had booked product (Mobile battery) on 28 july 2018, i paid amount by net banking, order is confirmed & order id (339901) is recieved, but when track the order status, then we found (No shipping information found related to your order, please check again later) customer care number is always busy, i try customer care number last 12 days but no response from this site (Jaxtakart) please solve the problem as soon as possible...

I ordered swipe elite 4g battery on 06/07/2018 but still the item was not shipped. Also unable to track or cancel the order. I paid charges extra for express delivery too.

I have order a battery in july month but i have not got any update on it as well as i am unable to contact jaxtakart i have call them many time but unable to reach them because there number is buzy i want my money back or the product please help me they are not replying me. My order no 339613 i want my hard worked money to be reverse or if i am receiving the product i m happy with that...

I have order mobile phone charger on 22/7/2018 and the order id is #337860 and tracking order is k13771527. While tracking with this id it says "there is no information available about the orders". There is no sms received regarding the delivery. I have tried calling several times during the office hours, but nobody responded. So, i request you to kindly respond to this complaint and solve the issue....

Now i am unable to track my order as it was showing no shipping found related to your order id. I called jaxtakart jaxtakart customer care multiple times but it was always busy. I had ordered a mobile back cover for Intex Aqua 4G plus on 5th July 2018 with full payment in advance Rs 158. My order ID is 332251. Jaxtakart did not send the above-mentioned article; and also this company is not giving any reply to my e-mails regarding the complaints (and reminders). After getting my money, Jaxtakart becomes completely deaf. Certainly this a fraudulent company....

I ordered xolo 6x 1000 battery on jaxtakart on 25th june 2018. I paid online but there is no clue about this product so far.
