Jaxtakart - [Order: 227408]... They arw not refunding my money even after sending a used and faulty product (LG G3 mobile battery). AS PER policy i instantly sent them email and notified that the product is not upto mark and it be refunded with in 72 hours. Now they have sent me reply that they sent what me what i ordered. They are denying for refu d and not sticking to their own policies. What a shame.

    I have received one flip cover of Lenovo A2010 (Black) on 06.09.2016 through India Post and found it is broken from the side. Photo of broken flip cover and copy of invoice are also enclosed for your ready reference. Hence you are requested to replace the same at the earliest.

          Order no. #214697 booked on 2nd july 2016 with 100% paid but today is 18th july 2016 i have not received my order. Also i have not received any communication from jaxatkart.

          On 2nd july 2016 i booked one mobile flip cover for lava a72 model. The cost was rs 133 and paid 100% through credit card. At same time i received order conformation, it was #214697. After 2-3 days i received one sms from jaxtakart that your order has been shipped and your will get before 13 july 2016. But till this time (19th july) have not received my order. Also i have tried to call his customer care no +[protected], but i have not any response from this number it shows always busy. I also email to his [protected]@jaxtakart.com. I have not received any proper information and now they are not answering my email. I know that purchasing price is not very much as a customer i fulfilled all norms. So please your need to take action against this company.

            But still not received. & so many time calling for customer care number [protected] but this number is not existing.
            & two time sending mail for [protected]@jaxtakart.com but getting only computer generated mail, still any items not yet received.

              I ordered back cover for my mobile intex cloud flash which was showing in stock 13 may at 149 Rupees but after payment they mailed me that its not available in stock & asked for replacement as flip cover.

              As back image was not available on site so i mailed them that if its for my mobile then send it but after receiving parcel i found that its not for my mobile.
              Camera hole was absent & also there was no boundaries in flip cover.
              Now before 2 days I complaint(same day i got flip cover) them through mail for refund but they are not responding..

              Can anybody tell me to how to treat with such type of problem..

              Yesterday i also checked site again for complaint & found that same back cover was available at 89 rupees..

                Jaxtakart.com is a fake company... Few days back i ordered mobile cover online from jaxtakart.com they had a option of cash on delivery in the beginning but later when in payment option i didn't find and paid online through my card... Now they are not delivering the product not even lifting my phone.. There are no details of track record of my order on my email id as well no information of processing on my phone... Ppl pl beware... If someone can help me out...
