I had give order on 19/08/17 for a battery and payment made through online mode, i recd. A battery yesterday i. E. Sunday of same model but not in working condition, either it is old one or diminished, i was thinking that you would maintain your reputation for future dealing but your seem not to be reliable.
First i recd. The article after 21 days and which one in non working condition
Would you pay any attention to this or not??? It is seen that neither you people pick the phone nor revert back

    I've ordered a xolo battery on 12th of august 2017 and i have not received the product yet. And also the customer care no is never connected. Always busy.
    Please do the needful. I have checked the customer reviews and have seen that this site have been cheating lot of people. Please do something or else lot of others like me will be cheated. We all have to be aware of these kind of fraudulent.
    Battery does not work.those product you deliver was defective.i want to return this product immediately

      I ordered intex battery model no. Br3085by. I received it on time. But is of no worth money. The charging at most last for 30min. I want to return this bt i am nt able as my account is not opening. I mailed many times and i have been calling continuesly from 3 days. I called around 100times but there is no response. Each time i call it is busy. All my money is being spent on calling you. I[censored] have responsibility, plz do reply to my mails or respond to my calls. Or cancel my order and return my money.

      He just made his own rules when I initiated a topic abt returning a product.

          I have booked an order for i ball andi enigma mobile battery and i got it on 11.07.2017. I received the fake battery and also size of the battery is smaller than to faulty battery and it's not working. This is the fake battery. My order no. Is 263018. I have already registered complaint for that many time but till i'm not get any resolution
          Please look that matter and provide me replacement or refund the amount in my account asap.

          I've ordered battery but it has failed to work.
          Just I want to return this item and get refund back fast
          ..how can I get my refund and also it has to be returned.
          I have ordered LFY battery on 25/07/17 and today 03/08/17 still i got nothing and web site showing its express delivery but they can't provide. and DTDC courier company also not respond on phone. they all are cheater and fraud company so i request to all please beware of this.

              It is intimated that i buy the canvas doodle q391 battery from your website jaxtakart on 04.07.2017 and battery received on 11.07.2017 10.00 am, but battery size is smaller than faulty battery that was installed in canvas doodle q391 phone by company. So your battery is not fitted in above said phone, you are requested to change the battery or refund my amount in my account.

                      Like most of them says... Worst ... I ordered one battery for Lumia 625 and they delivered it a different battery after one month. Finally I resend it and they delivered me an old malfunctioned one (Always 48% battery). While I was resending the Item, I mentioned that I might not need the battery, but they can give a free balance that I can use in their website but they simply send it to me (who will need this kind of things after 2 months). I never managed to get their customer service. Even after they send me a mail to say that we have just delivered your product as you requested. What a shame that this kind of service still existing.. Its in India thats why... I just gave it to Microsoft outlet for recycling and they said that this is not an original one.

                      I had ordered a mobile battery on 01st jun 2017 and got delivered in 09th jun 2017 once i received a battery i put into my mobile its not get charging and i want to refund my money.

                              I had placed an order for micromax canvas nitro 4g "e-455" battery — 1 pc.

                              After placing the order i had received the product in due course of time against cash payment of rs. 488/- (due amount).

                              Since one of my familiy member was hospitalised at that time and i was quite busy therefore i couldn't open the box at that time... after that i had to go out of town for few days for some official works... now when i opened the box i found battery e313 while i had placed the order for battery e-455..

                              Could you please revert me why i did not get the same product what i had placed the order for???

                                    I have ordered a intex mobile battery from www.jaxtakar.com on 13th of july 2016 and today it is 20th of july.. Till now there is no updats of my order and they are not replying my emails and also not picking up my phone calls.. This radiculous i want my order sir my order No 228149 date 12 sep 2016 h ave been not receve jab order kiya tha to 2-3 day me product deliver karne ka site per so kar rha tha but 13 days ka bad bhi nhi mila hai

                                      Jaxtakart is a complete fake site. Don't buy single item from this site.Basically site attract you with high discounted product. Once you will pay the money, they will keep sending you sms and email that your product will deliver after 10 days and out of delivery and bla bal and end with receiver is not available to take their product and they will not deliver the product and neither refund your money .

                                      May be they will return your money after a month .This kind of site is fake, , they just take shopping money and eat the interest of that amount.

                                      I am going to take legal action against jaxtakart and file one case. Requesting everyone to share his/her email id ..who have been cheated with jaxtakart.

                                      Time to make action against jaxtakart.

                                        Please do something.I am very pissed off with this site.as 1 month before I had bought a battery with online payment option.I thought it would be deliver in a week.but it is not ye deliever.the product is showing in a city which is 60 km far from 2 weeks it is showing there only.I am not able to get the product or the money.please do something.pleasee

                                        My order ID is 226973, I ordered mobile battery from here. I got the battery with worst condition of back up. Dnt even know from where i may change.. Help if possible
