I ordered Asus zenfone 5 battery from this site. And I paid RS 29 for the express delivery too. After more than a week they don't respond. Noone picks up the phone, and no replies to emails either. After some days, they call and say they don't have the battery, so they can ONLY and me some Bluetooth headset.. I had no option but to say yes, because I thought my money will be lost. So they send me the forced product finally. This is the worst...

This is my first order at Jaxtacart, I ordered flip cover for my 10.or G mobile priced 206 which was ordered on 18/06/2018 and delivered on 23/06/2018 through DTDC with order ID #327269.
The cover delivered to me have a lot of design problem, It don't even have the space for fingerprint sensor and even the other ports like head phone jack and usb port are not fitting.
So I humbly request you to return this item as soon as possible....

My order number is 328869. I ordered a battery of lava a72 at 23 jul 2018 . But till today i don't receive any message from jaxtakart.i don't receive any message of shipment till today. And their customer care executive not receive any call. I tried more than 200 time in a day all time they are busy. One time when call receive they hold me 1 hour and not answer...what i do...this company is behaved like a frauds......

I order micromax canvas 2 colors a120 battery on[protected] then they start only processing on[protected] after enquiring through customer care number. And they said that i will receive product on or before[protected] but it recieve only on[protected]. The battery is actually 2000mah and the logo of micromax is write on the battery shown in the website but in the product i recieved doesn't have any logo and the recieved battery is of 3000mah...

It has to be informed that the delivery location is only 4 kilometres from cannanore. Now you have failed to deliver the battery on 20th as assured and the uncertainty about the delivery still continues. So you can do one thing. Cancel my order and return my money.

I was ordered a battery for micromax canvas juice 3 as on dated: 10.05.2018 but due to out of stock my order was cancelled as on dated: 24.05.2018 from company side. I ordered a battery for my lava mobile phone on 2nd june 2018 with prepaid payment.After 3 days there was only a confirmation message for placing the order.

I had bought a mobile cover from Jaxtakart but when I received the product it was different size wrong mobile cover which did not fit my mobile now Jaxtakart saying they cannot return or refund.

Jaxtakart is a fraud company, they send me dead battery & cheated me. Yesterday one phone call is received by me from +91-[protected] at 3:45 p. M. On dated 31/05/18. He said that he is from jaxtakart customer care & he will refund my amount within 4hrs. & collect the dead battery. He asked my atm debit card number to refund my amount & he did three transactions of 10, 000/-, 10, 000/-, 9000/- rs. And total 29, 000/- rs. Debited from my account....

I received my ordered battery on dated 28/05/2018. When i put that battery in my mobile & plugged the charger, the battery...

I purchased one product from this site (Oredrid 321828) on 21/05/2018 and even after 8 days there is no whereabouts of my product. The customer care number they have provided is not reachable and they do not respond to emails with correct info.

I sent them an email on 24th asking about my product. They replied on 25th saying, in next 48 hours the product will be shipped. Now even after 90 hours when i checked in their site....

I orderd a samsung galaxy mobile battary through express delivery on 12 may 2018 it should be delivered till 25 may 2018 but it didn't and now when i'm checking order status it shows that the product is returning to facility at siliguri. There is not a single call from deliery company/jaxtakart.
Please help me or else i'm gonna complaint in consumer court...

I ordered lyf battery 20/5/2018.. And it will not shipped now a day.. So plzz quickly send it.. I also paid for this product by debit card.. So plzz take action about my complain..
