I ordered (Order # 279503, dated 29th sep 2017) redmi 2 prime battery (Model bm44), but i received battery for redmi 1s (Model no bm41). I know that it is also supported in redmi 2 prime but every mobile has its own specialization, which must be followed for better performance of the mobile. I told my problem and even sent the screenshot of it but it seemed you don’t even bother about it, and only kept on repeating the same thing that both batteries are same. It not always that you will be correct and some common sense should be used, if the battery had been working well why would i returned it, i can’t share screenshot of all the problem since you are not believing what i am saying you may also not belive what i sent. I charged it fully 100% in switch off mode and when i turn on the battery showed 90% and today (10 oct 2017) the battery was 28% and i was making a call and the battery automatically shut down and i was unable to restart it, when i plugged the charger it started charing from 0 %, from 28% to 0% was drained within couple of seconds and these problems can’t be taken screenshot of. I contacted the redmi customer care and they advice me to use bm44 model battery with redmi 2 prime and i too have some knowledge of these things since i am a graduate in electronics. You may convience other person that two different batteries are but not me. If both the battery had been same why would the company used two different models of it, its because of the machine on which they are to be used. Had you provided me bm44 battery i would have never asked for return irrespective of its performance.
You are saying that both are same, then on searching redmi2 prime battery why only bm44 model is shown if both are same then both the model must have been shown and vice versa.
Since you are not willing to refund nor replace it, such say me the same and give me your return address ii don't want such useless product, i would return it.
And your are saying the it is not as per your return policy so go and have a look at it, it has mentioned that if the product differ then that order return would be possible, and i order bm44 model and not bm41 and it hasalso not mentioned anywhere that both are same.

I have ordered htc desire 500 battery on 3rd oct, 2017 and opted express delivery. Still i did not receive the product.. Customer care number is always busy... It's fake online shopping portal.. I have paid money through my credit card.. Even there is no cancel option... The status of my item is showing as not yet shipped... I will go to consumer court on this issue and sue against zaxtakart

On 24th sep 2017 i had ordered micromax a311 battery worth 499 from jaxtakart from name durga sharma das. And payment was made via debit card. Till now it is undelivered. I tried calling their number. But no response. I tried emailing them. Still no response. This battery was unavailable with other sites so jaxtakart was my last option. If i knew this would happen i would never have ordered from them. How can i get refund of my money. Please help to get my order or money.

On 2nd oct 2017 i had ordered a lava a72 battery worth 449 from jaxatakart. And payment was made via debit card. Till now it is undelivered. Its not even shipped. I tried calling their number. But no response. I tried emailing them. Still no response. This is a very poor service. I don't even know if they are real or not. This battery was unavailable with other sites so jaxtakart was my last option. If i knew this would happen i wouldnever have ordered from them. Their customer support starts at 11 and ends 6. But actually it ends even before 5. I do not have faith with this website. How can i get refund of my money. Please help.

I had already complain regarding my issue but again i am writting this complain because they are not solving my problem and are not willing to take back there product. I order (Order no 279503) redmi 2 prime battery model no bm44, but they send me the battery of redmi 1s and when i complain about it they are saying that both are same use it, but my point is i must get the product that i order and there return policy also state the same that if the product is not as per original they would take it back. Then why are they denying now. They are trying to fool customers and nothing else by simply giving false return policy.
I just want to return the product and want my refund or if they promise me to provide a good quality original battery (Bm44) that i ordered, i would go for replacement too.

I purchased a redmi 2 prime battery from jaxtakart.com, according to there return policy if the product is not as per original or not as per satisfaction, i can return the product for which i need to inform them within 24-48 hrs from that of delivery time. The product that i receive was not as per the original and also wasn't up to my satisfaction since its performance was very poor. When i contacted them and told them they thought as if i am lying and asked for the screenshot of battery when fully charged (100%) and then 2 more screenshot after a interval of 15 mins each, they should understand that battery is very much important for a mobile and why would one lie, and the main point i have is that according to the return policy mentioned on there site the product was not as per original and this reason is enough for a customer to return the product and now where it is mention about providing screenshot and all that. We have much more work to do and they are taking such #.

Ordered micromax battery order id: #277200 date added: 16/09/2017 but till now they have not dispatched and no response from them.
Looks like they are trying to play with peoples money. They are not bothered to answer my repeated mails to refund my money. As a social worker i do not want to leave this matter as such in case if my problem is not resolved so that no one loose their money to sites like these.

I have ordered mobile battery Nokia BL-4UL for Rs.309.00 which was offered in jaxtacart website which they promised to deliver within 1 week time. I have made payment through Paytm on 06 September 2017. (Order no 275523). However, the product was not yet delivered. I make repeated mails to the their customer care, and steiro phonic sysem generated reply received ""We're committed to reply your email within 24 to 48 hours."" and no responce from the company, but article was not received till this date i.e.,

I have order xolo prime battery on 2nd sept. Bt i didn't received yet they said product is out of stock so i request it to cancel bt they didn't give any response.. I want my money back... The company is cheating consumers so plz take strict action against it.. This is same on company izzat se or imaandaari se nhi paise kama skte... If my problem didn't resolve i'll file a case against it in consumer court... I'll warn you resolve all consumers problem who are suffering from your fraud instead you to pay for it.

But i waited so much for it thn i went to dtdc carrier but they told me tht my ordered corier had been returns back but plz tell me how u take anyone's corrier without informing the customer.

I have ordered mobile battery which was offered in jaxtacart website which they promised to deliver in 5 days time. They also confirmed that the service is available for the zip code. I have made payment through credit card on 31st august 2017. (Order no #274472). However, the product not yet delivered. I tried to make repeated calls to the their customer care phone, but found to be continuously busy or not working. Online complaints were made in their website many times. Once i got a response (Around 15th september) that the product will be despatched in 24 hrs. Even today the website shows that the product is yet to be despatched.

I've ordered a samsung galaxy s advance - i9070 battery on 13th of september 2017 and i have not received the product yet. And also the customer care no is never connected (Mobile no[protected]. Always busy.
Please do the needful. I have checked the customer reviews and have seen that this site have been cheating lot of people. Please do something or else lot of others like me will be cheated. We all have to be aware of these kind of fraudulent...

I feel that jaxtakart is spam on line store.

I ordered a flip cover of coolpad cool play 6 for rupees 349 on 6 september, 2017 with express delivery charge of 29 rupees. After many calls to customer care number & mail i received the consignment on 21 september 2017. The item which delivered is completely different (O[censored]seless quality, unfit size, not matching to the mobile model) from the picture shown on the web page at the time of purchase. Customer care employees are very unskilled, very unsatisfied telephonic reply which irritates customers. I lost my money, my valuable time spending on this fraud web page. I request you to inform all customers about such a fraud web sites.

I placed mobile battery order dated[protected] rs 440 pay by debit card (Cash on delivery is not available in this site) its been 7 days product not shipped yet i mailed company many times but they don't responding and all, they have dead phone lines too. Please take a properly action for site owners they're fooling customers. I want my money back form owners.

I ordered intex aqua super battery br2176bu on 9 september, 2017 with express delivery option but not even updated about the dispatch of the product yet.

I have done several e-mails to jaxtakart.com from[protected] and done phone calls more than 10 times. Yet i am not getting any e-mail reply or not able to talk with their customer care executive even once. Website also not support to cancel the order by customer. This way i feel that i have been cheated. They have no option of cash on delivery payment. So i paid online only by seeing the payment gateway of rozorpay.

Jaxtakart.com is client of rozorpay online payment gateway and as per the payment gateway responsibility, any of their client should not be allowed to cheat customers.

I request to refund me from the deposit of jaxtakart.com and stop them from such malpractice.
