I received the same but there is a problem after charging it to 100% is only use upto 69 to 67 % than it discharged immediately...

I have ordered Airtel Hotspot 4g device battery on 8th August 2020 and when I check my order status in jaxtakart portal it doesn't reflect any update over there. It has been same status that my order has confirmed but not yet shipped right from the day 1. When I tried to call customer care it does nothing.
