        Hello,
        I have ordered a honor 7x mobile battery at ₹629 on 14th may, 2020 (Order id - 532733). And still i have not received any product. This company's help line number also don't work. I have emailed them on 27th may, to get to know when it will be delivered and they promised that it will be delivered in 5 days. And still product is not delivered.
        Also now i have seen so many complaints about this company on twitter and i'm surprised why no action has been taken against this company.
        Please take action agains this company and help consumers to not get into any fraudulent.

          I had placed an order for a samsung mobile battery on the 4th of may 2020 order no: 527019, but i still have not received the same. I have tried calling the customer care but i'm unable to connect as it is always engaged. Need clarity on the delivery.

            Your service is very very worst as i have booked intex aqua shine mobile 4g battery long back, but it is still showing not yet shipped till date. When i call customer care they will not give proper reply & keep telling that the product will be delivered next week & so on.

            I want my amount to be refunded back immediately & i don't want this product & your service any more.

              I too have not received the Lava LEB 074 battery which I ordered on May 22nd. Is it a fake site?

                    I make a purchase with jaxtakart.com on 06th May 2020, But I never received the item until today. I called several times but no answer. I paid total ₹674 for the purchase through razorpay.com. I emailed them after two weeks from the purchase date, they replied they will sent the item after lockdown is finished. now the lockdown is finished, but now the status is same not shipped. Now day's they are not given any replay to email also. I ordered my required item through other merchant and I received that. So I don't need that item from jaxkat. Kindly take refund solution about this matter as soon as possible.

                            I ordered two batteries one is lenovo k6 note battery and another one is micromax canvas blaze 4g plus q414 battery. I ordered these batteries on may 13 2020 its been a long time there is no movement of this order its not even dispatched yet. I really want this parcel as soon as possible or refund.

                                        I order a mobile battery from jaxtakart on date 10/03/2020 my order i'd is #511907 and it not despatch yet tiil the date then i am call to their customers service they can't pickup the call every time i call it says they busy in another call every time i call it say busy and there no cancellation for the order you made on their web site or in the mobile app. I am getting worried about they give the product that i order or a wrong product and i searched about the review of the jaxtakart site there are many people disappointed about this site they are received wrong product the amount is not re-found able etc. I think they will focus on this and solve my problem.
