I registered Complaint intially with the Jeeves on July 9th CLCMA[protected] for Screen and Speaker issues . After multiple esacalations and all Jeeves returned by mobile by 29th of JUly but Still speaker issue didnt resolved .

I re-registered case CMFK[protected]CLCMR[protected] and mobile picked up on August5th and later it sent for delivery by Bluedart [protected]. But it still didnt reach so contacted bluedart they said Jeeves requested shipment back so it delivered back to shipper on 11th of August .

From 11th of August i am daily requested/frustrated/demanded with the Customer care over phone/Email but no response yet regarding the update of my mobile. Whenever i call Customer care they are saying that it's escalated and wait for 5days . But still there was no response .

I am unable to do my activities such as UPI pyaments/Banking Applications/Office applications etc and more over i exhausted with the behaviour of the Company by not providing the details .

Still its puzzle that where is my mobile and even Jeeves also does'nt know about the status Infact Customer care people only saying no update .

I humble request you to take a serious action against Jeeves for my mental Struggle and financial loose . Still i didnt receive my mobile yet, please help me to provide compenation against my Loss.

          I have raised a complaint for repairing of led tv on 26/07/22. I was told that executive will visit within 72 working hrs. But nobody visited. Then i again contacted on 29/07/22 and 31/07/22 also but received the same answer to wait for 2 more days. Then again i contacted on 01/08/22 and received same answer again. Then on 03/08/22 an executive came and take away my led tv without providing any receipt or date of returning the led. From that day to till date i havent received my led tv yet. I have been receiving the same answer to wait for 10 days as we have to receive the panel from bangalore. Worst and pathetic service from the brand like jeeves. Nobody cares to reply on email. I will not recommend anybody to opt for jeeves protection plan. Very bad and disappointing experience so far.

              I am tejas dharpawar I have ordered Xiaomi tv 5A from Flipkart and it' delivered on 16th August and installed on 18 th August but I no one came to installed the product Jeeves expert is delaying the installation of product and no one responde to call from Jeeves expert.

                So i received my new pixel 6a device from flipkart on 13th of august 2022 and it get overheating maybe i received faulted device so i request a report to flipkart and they proceed with a technician visit from JEEVES and technican visit take place on 16th of August. so tech agent Mr. Amit Verma said to me overheat this phone so i played a game for 7-8 minutes and it get from 32 to 42 degree celsius, and then he said its normal around 50 as well. Now my question is this can you hold your phone at this temperature if someone call you, can you able to talk without any earphone? And apart from that i show him some software bugs and a bug when we unlock our phone it ask everytime for password to get in the Whatsapp, he said its sometime(so, just 3-4 day old phone have bugs and he was saying sometime) how can i be assure that after 1 month all these bugs will switch to sometime to oftenly. when we swipe and hold up and then we can able to close the apps this device that issue as well we cant click on anything neither we can close the app, and he requested my reject after that i talk to google support they totally declined all of his statements they even said pixel 6a design for not to heat and for 5-7 minutes of gameplay it is impossible to heat upto 40 degree celsius. i want to take strict action regarding on Amit Verma([protected]).                   My nokia led tv which was under warranty has panel issue and when contacted Jeeves has said they have registered a compliment and will be resolved in 24 hours..i was following up with them every day from almost 20 days and every day they say the same thing like we are sorry and it will be resolved in 24 hours, but no response after that. Even the technician who was assigned was also not responding to calls...

                  I was trying to call the customer care and now they are just disconnecting my call even without responding... Called more than 5 times today.. the first person said my request got cancelled and disconnected and after that no response..

                  I have called the customer care again today and again same response, the technician will visit in 24 hours... Will this continue for ever without resolution... I have raised the issue with consumer forum and was seaking their advice to register the complainant.. hoping atleast they will be able to help...

                    I complained Jeeves regarding my TV display panel problem on 16th july and picked up on 19th july but today is 16th August but it not back to me and also I didn't get refund ..They only give excuse to wait for 3 days then more and more

                      I have purchased boat avente sound bar and sound bar received on 11 th August same day ihave called to flipkart and jeeves for same day installation.
                      But still not received any executive from last 2 day 14th and 15th August I have received msg from flipkart for technician but no one have came. This is very pathetic and 3rd class service by jeeves and flipkart. Flipkart customer care call me and told we reschedule date

                        I ordered a television from flipkart and I've been waiting for the installation for over 3 days, the number provided by flipkart for installation executive is not working for three days and I'm always told to wait till tomorrow. Flipkart is refusing to provide any other solution and also refusing to initiate refund

                          Fake fraud company jeeves consumer service. I bought iffalcon tv 55 inch from flipkart and took 3 years of extended warranty. My tv has display issue. Yellow, green, red horizontal/vertical lines on screen. Black screen . Not working. Till date 13/08/2022 my tv is under warranty period. I tried to CONTACT jeeves consumer service company HELPLINE number. All they do is ask for 2 days our technician will come but it's been more then 30+ days noone came. This people are rude, aggresive, pathetic on call as well. Don't value CUSTOMERs time. Fraud fake people piece of ### company. I even called them over 100+ times so far but no use. This people and their technician never helps never comes to fix problem and are useless. I request flipkart as this is your responsibility to take strict legal action against jeeves consumer service company. As a CUSTOMER i trusted flipkart and bought the tv but people/ company like jeeves consumer service breaks our trust. As it is flipkart's subsidiary company flipkart should do something. If are all of this also flipkart doesn't do anything which means flipkart is also part of this scam. I am from virar (west), maharashtra, india region. I am really disappointed because of this pathetic service.

                            Installation tv ordered by flipkart

                            No installation since now it's been 5 days since then the tv is lying.
                            Every time they cancel the appointment stating that the CUSTOMER was not ready for the appointment.

                              I have Vivo t1 and it is purchased by Flipkart with Jeeves protection plan
                              The phone is damaged in water so I file a claim .Jeeves said I have to submit 1000 rs then my phone will pick up but the claim was lodge on 26 june, 2 July i have paid registration charges still no pick up and no satisfactory answer

                                  My New tv sometime little hanging problem but my tv in replacement period but your technician comes and they don't understamd my prblm they asking for problem video and then they reject my replacement request
                                  2 time already they cancel my replacement don't know why ...
                                  If i am facing some issue that's why i want replacement my product
                                  Otherwise inthis timeperiod no one have much more time to spend with flipkart or you with jeevers cares

                                    I have purchased a TV of thomson brand 43" alongwith complete protection plan of Jeeves for 3 years from Flipkart. After 1 year and 3 Months TV started showing a white line on display. I reported this issue to Jeeves customer service on 11th july 2022.
                                    After Complaint A technician came to check the TV and told me that TV need to Pickup by Jeeves and will be sent to service center for repair. After 5 days on 20th july 2022 the TV got picked up by jeeves and the executive came to pickup the tv told me that i will get back my repaired TV within 7 to 10 days. I waited for 10 days but no response i received from jeeves then i called to customer care of jeeves then he told me that to wait for total 14 days from pickup to get the response then i waited for 14 days but still i did not get any response since then i called several times and also mail them many times but they are either not responding and if they talk then they are keep telling me same thing everytime to wait for 2 more days to get the response.
                                    its been 17 days but still no response from them. they are not returning my tv.
                                    After 21 days they delivered the TV but without repairing and When i reported the issue to jeeves customer care they again created new claim id and again a technician visited, checked my TV and told me that again my TV will be picked up for repair...I am very much fade up with the service. they are just passing the days only. big fraud jeeves...

                                      Sir/Mam,
                                      I dropped my phone (poco x4 pro 5g) - ₹17, 999 and it got damaged in the back glass and camera lens. Since I have purchased insurance (April-5) for ₹799 from jeeves consumer services private limited along with my phone, registered a claim via customer helpline on june 13. They replied by telling requirement of photos and a payment of ₹1000 for which link will be sent after which within 2 days pick up will be generated and within 10 days the repaired mobile will be delivered .Then I was asked to send images on all sides of mobile via mail. After this I received a successful confirmation mail of the claim after failed first attempt. Then on June 22, I received a mail for payment of ₹1000 and I have paid it within their time period of 24 hrs.Then after repeated calls and mail for my repair, the reply from their side is technical fault and would be solved in 2 days and it has been almost 45 days still pick up has not yet started. I am worried about the money I spent which is ₹1799 and if pick up happens, worried about my mobile getting returned. I have called customer helpline several times and mailed them enough which lead to mental disturbances and unable to focus on my daily activities. So I request u to do the needful to either return my money or repair my mobile as mentioned by the service company as soon as possible.
