I had purchased a VU TV from Flipkart along with the 2 years extended warranty from Jeeves. Since our TV was not working we asked the Jeeves to check the same. The technician came and he checked and said there's some issues with the motherboard and took motherboard and some other parts with him. Post that it has been almost 3 months still they are not responding with an appropriate answer. Everytime we call they say that "they have forwarded the concern to the concern department and will get back in 48 hours".
Since 12th Sept we are taking follow-ups with Jeeves team (Pallavi, Kavita, etc) and at last they said that they will refund the amount which is still pending.

Also when asked to share us the communication going on between the so called concern team and jeeves support they denied sharing the same.

Now we want 100% refund for the same asap.

    It has been more than a month since I have lodged a complaint.

    Validity: 13th June 2022 to 12 June 2024
    Purchased from the Technician

    The ticket ID - 2J12-39833MUSCKE-6778684

    Company is cheating on me and falsely saying that the ticket is closed because I did not respond. In fact I have called them 15+ times and have mailed then on [protected]@jeeve.co.in for more than 5 times. But no resolution provided. I have shared my contact and alternat contact number over email and calls. The technician has visited and told me that the screen has to be replaced. But no action has been taken from Jeeves. It is a completely hopeless situation. I will have to throw my TV just one year 3 months into buying a new one, even after purchasing an extended warranty.

    I really don't think me raising this issue is going to help me. But I just want to alert future consumers to avoid Jeeves completely. I will spread this message to as many forums as possible.

      My TV got display issue .So I had registered complaint against my product Blaupaunk 55inch 4k smart tv . So the person came and take my TV on 9th nov 2022. He had not given any receipt or in written that we are taking TV. He told that you will get status from Jeeves. But now when I calling the Jeeves they told that it will take 21 days . And today also I had phone to Jeeves they told that the person will contact you and when I had called to person who has taken my TV he told that contact to jeeves. Now I am afraid that my TV has not been stolen. Please help.

        Dear Team,

        I already have a complaint raised on call with the issue of the tv where I am getting blue lines on the screen.

        It is my earnest request to inform your engineer to install the product in my location only, as my issue is still not resolved as only your engineer (Nasir) came and taken the photo of the product and diagnosed the problem but it’s still not resolved. Please check or ai have to go the consumer forum and lodge a complaint against you.

        Without any service charge as I will not pay a single penny as my extension of warranty is there already for 3 years

          I had given my TV for repair to Jeeves because it has developed some black patches on display. The TV was repaired and with few weeks the TV totally Stop working with no display. When contacted Jeeves again for 90 days service protection warranty they refused to fix the TV.

          The TV was working fine from past 3 years with only black patches but after repair it totally Stop working.

            There was a line on my TV scree so I have raised a service request on Sep24th 2022 through Jeeves. My TV was picked up by Jeeves on Oct1st2022. I have handed over my MI TV 32'inch for repair as I bought the complete protection plan from Jeeves. I am calling the Jeeves Customer care([protected]) daily I will get only one answer from them "we will get back to your query in 2 business Days". It's been more than 35 days till now there is no status update on the TV repair.

            Neither TV is not with me nor TV is repaired. I don't even know the current status of my TV.

            Resolution I required : Refund for the TV and as they took more days than their TAT with penalty/ New TV same model.

                More than 3 weeks completed No response for agency Jeeves side. They are breaching terms and conditions of extended warranty policy,

                  Respected Sir,
                  I have registered my first complaint of nokia TV on 21 September that is not being resolved yet. I have taken a jeeves 3 years warranty plan.

                  Plan end date : 14/10/2023
                  And still they are just increasing the dates day by day. They have picked up the TV for repairing and not even answering about it.
                  Now again they have increased the date.

                    Regarding OnePlus TV Repair Service

                    I have buyed OnePlus TV 50 inch recently and I had 3 years warranty from Jeeves which I have paid extra for warranty.
                    Now there is an issue in my TV which is showing up some horizontal lines on the display.
                    It's been more than 10 days since I raised a request through Jeeves customer care service, but the issue not yet resolved.
                    They are not assigning any technician to look into it they are just asking us to wait each...

                    I have made the compliant on 12th Septemper 2022 and service person visited on 17th september 2022 and service person told panel repair and it taken back on 20th september 2022 and service person told it will take 21 days for panel repair and i have following up continuously and everyone saying within 2 days you will get the update but i have not received any update till date and last week one person has called and said the TV not repairable so we will refund aftr that no response.

                    i need to know the status on priority (or) i will go to the consumer court.

                      I bought LED smart TV in Flipkart and purcahsed the extened warranty plan with Jeeves. Right now, during this extended warranty perios my TV has some issues and i register my complaint through email and they send service technicians to identify the fault. After that no one come and resolve and while we call they telling different reasons and now no one response. I mail again to the customer support but no any response again. Need help to get solution.

                          This is regarding the complaint number: CLCPL[protected], Dated/ 3/10/2022

                          We have paid and taken an extended warranty service from you.
                          The particular ticket was opened on 3rd October, and was promised to be closed by 7th of October. But everytime we call, your people repeat the same thing - "2 more days". Till now no agent or technician has come for an inspection or contacted us. We contacted again on 9th of October, and was repeatedly again given the same answer "2 more days". We contacted today, and were told that the complaint was canceled and closed citing the reason that the customer was not available.
                          We, the customer, were available the whole day, for the past few days - waiting for you or your technician for a contact or visit. Nor did we even receive any missed call. The citing of "customer not available" isn't the first time, when everyone were actually available. Now you agent says that the complaint has been closed, and we need to raise another fresh complaint only after Saturday. This is such a pathetic response and service, after taking money from us for the extended warranty support, and this is causing us immense trouble.
                          Please help us in solving this at the earliest.
                          Attached here are the invoices for the product and the extended warranty.
                          PS: Adding consumer helpline here, for their esteemed support in solving this.

                            I claimed complete protection for my TV (claim ID: CLCPV[protected]). It's been a month now since I claimed it and yesterday (12th October) I got a call from them (number:[protected] stating that the TV is repaired and ready to be delivered. I wanted 24 hours for the delivery person to call me but I didn't get a call. So I called their support today (13th October) and now they say the TV cannot be repaired. They are doing this to every claim as per the online reviews. They do not repair any products. Instead, they say they will provide a refund on which we cannot afford to buy a new TV. The model I have is still on the market and the panel is still available. I didn't know then why the part cannot be replaced. I need a full explanation.

                              हैलो, मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से SAMSUNG Crystal Neo Series 108 CM Ultra HD 4K LED Smart TV मंगाया था जिसकी डिलीवरी 3 अक्टूबर को हुई थी। इन्स्टालेशन तिथि 5 अक्टूबर थी। लेकिन 10 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी अभी तक इन्स्टालेशन नहीं हुई है। पहले कहा गया कि 5 अक्टूबर को इन्स्टालेशन श्री दिलशाद ([protected]) द्वारा किया जाएगा। लेकिन उसने बहाने बना दिये। सुश्री सरिता ([protected]) को फोन किया तो उसने भी अब तक बहाने बना कर इंस्टालेशन नहीं करवाया। इसके बाद फिर 10 अक्टूबर को मैसेज आया कि इन्स्टालेशन परवेज़ आलम ([protected] पिन-263) द्वारा किया जाएगा। लेकिन आज तक इन्स्टालेशन नहीं किया गया।
                              मैं यह जानना चाहता हूँ कि यही आपकी सर्विस है। उपभोक्ताओं की शिकायत का निवारण आप इसी प्रकार करते हैं। क्या आप ऐसे लोगों के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई करते हैं या नहीं?
                              मैंने कितनी बार इन सबको फोन किए लेकिन कोई भी अपने काम के प्रति समर्पित नहीं है। अगर आप इंस्टालेशन नहीं कर सकते तो कृपया मैसेज भेजकर सूचित करें ताकि मैं आगे शिकायत कर सकूँ। मैं इस कंपनी पर कभी भरोसा नहीं करता क्यूंकी इसकी सर्विस और इसके काम करने वाले लोग बहुत ही खराब हैं। मैं इससे पहले भी इसको आज़मा चुका हूँ।
                              मैं नहीं जानता फ्लिपकार्ट ने आपके साथ क्यूँ पार्टनरशिप की है। लेकिन मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि आज मेरी टी.वी. का इन्स्टालेशन करवाने की कृपा करें नहीं तो आज मैं राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता हेल्पलाइन में शिकायत करने के साथ-साथ मंत्रालय को भी शिकायत भेजूँगा।

                                  I raised the repair complaint of my VU TV on 23rd Sept 2022.
                                  Jeeves Engineer visited and inspected the TV n 24th Sept 2022.
                                  He said the TV will get picked up for repair within 3-4 days, It's been 2 weeks now.
                                  but nobody has come and picked it up for repair. I raised the same issue last week but no response from their side.
                                  it's not like, I am living in any village or any outside area, if they are not responding to Mumbai-based customers, then I can't imagine what happens with those customers who are living in the village or any outside place.
                                  as a Valuable customer of Flipkart, this is so disappointing.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I purchased an extended warranty from Jeeves for my Samsung Microwave when I brought it from Flipkart.
                                    I raised an issue with my Samsung Microwave Oven on 1st September 2022. Its Claim ID is CLEWM[protected]. After that, it's been more than one month since I am following up with Jeeves, but with each call, I got different replies and different promises which never getting fulfilled by Jeeves.

                                    1st September: Raised issue about Samsung Microwave over display and touch panel problem.

                                    From 4th September to 7th September I got 4 calls from different Technicians for problem explanation and visit. And it irritated me to explain the same problem to each of them.

                                    8th September: The technician visited, and confirmed that Jeeves will replace the required electronic part. But he was getting some issues with the claim. Instead of showing free part replacement, some amount was getting shown. But he told me that there might be some issue with the server and he will get it sorted out.

                                    9th September: I called Jeeves customer care to check the status of the ticket. And they told me that resolution is in progress and the issue will be resolved within a week.

                                    17th September: As there was no communication from Jeeves, I again called Jeeves customer care. But this time customer care told me that because of the physical damage mentioned by the Technician, they can not cover the part. But there is no physical damage. Then customer care escalated the issue and asked me to wait for 2 working days. Then I called the Technician to confirm what he mentioned, and he told me that he didn't mention anything related to physical damage. So I requested Technician also to check and get this issue resolved.

                                    24th September: Again there was no communication from Jeeves, so I called customer care again. Now This time they told me that Part can't be covered in this extended warranty. I asked why this is not covered, it's an electronic part. But I didn't get any satisfactory reply. I asked them to transfer calls to a higher department, and they told me that they don't have call transfer facilities. And they told me that they will again escalate this issue and I will get a resolution as soon as possible.

                                    4th October: Again there was no communication from Jeeves. So I again called customer care.
                                    Call 1: Customer care told me that the total claim amount is Rs. 4233 and the maximum that can be claimed is Rs. 3833. That's why the ticket got canceled. I asked why it was not informed me before. And customer care told me that I need to pay Rs.400 to get the part replaced. I agreed, and I requested to get the part replaced as soon as possible. So customer care put my call on hold to fill in the required information, but after some time call got disconnected from the Jeeves customer care side.
                                    Call 2: I called again to customer care, and this time again they told me that the part is not covered as per the extended warranty policy. So I opened an extended warranty policy document and started reading over the call. Then I again asked customer care, "Now tell me where is written that this part is not covered ". Then customer care agreed that it was a mistake from their side and part should be get covered. They will further escalate this issue to the higher department and I will get a resolution within 2 working days. I mentioned that till now I didn't get any communication from Jeeves and how this time they will provide a guarantee that Jeeves will contact me and get this resolved in 2 days. And customer care assured me that Jeeves will contact me within 2 working days. I intimated that if I didn't get any reply in 2 working days, then I will be going to raise a Complaint to Consumer Court. Even though I requested to provide higher department contact or transfer the call to them, I didn't get anything from customer care.

                                    8th October: As expected, again Jeeves does not care about the customers, and no one contacted me, no SMS, no communication. I again called customer care, and this time they told me that a new claim needed to be raised and the previous claim for canceled. I asked for a complete report, why it got canceled and why it is not getting resolved for the past 1 month and why Jeeves is not communicating anything to me. I didn't get any answers for this.
                                    Now a new claim has been filed and again we are back in the same loop. And I am sure that with new claim also nothing going to change.
