    I have raised ticket on 12 sep'22 regarding tv repair.your service person visited my home on next day. He had found problem in tv mother board.i have paid 2500 rupees to him to order the mother board.20 days gone.hence there is no reply from ur end.pls look into that

      I had purchased one washing machine from flipkart, which was delivered to me on 25th September22. it was supposed to be installed on by 26th Septemeber22. But till today, no one has turned up for the same inspited of repeated call to Flipkart. Every time I lodge my complaint, they given me some reason or the other and a new date of resolving my complaint.

      Fed up of their careless attitude, I have no other option but to take help of consumer forum to lodge my complaint. Since i have given my old washing against exchange of a new one, my wife has been facing lot of hard ship to wash the cloth of my family of 5.

      I will like to lodge a complaint and ask for the compensation of Rs.50000/- for the hardship and mental trauma faced by me and my family in dealing with Flipkart and its associates...

        On 3rd November 2019 i have ordered a Vu ultrasmart linux os 40 inch television from flipkart and also purchased a 2 year extended warranty along with the purchase and television has delivered on 7th november 2019. Now my television have panel issue . I have asked my extended warranty provider "Jeeves" for providing warranty service but they denied my claim request. The reason told by them is "panel is not covered under warranty". But as per the terms and conditions when i purchased all parts are covered under the warranty except physical damages. If they cannot repair my television the company must provide a replacement to me as per the terms and conditions of extended warranty.

          These Rowdies came to install Flipkart TV but broke TV-stand worth two lakhs. Also speaking bad languages with rude attitude. Not even installed TV, they left the place by damaging TV also. Not sure how to proceed with this issue. they also asked 2000 rupees for installing this way!!! but its mentioned free at flipkart

                  My nokia Smart Android TV which I purchased from flipkart with Jeeves complete protection warranty of 3 years

                  An my Nokia TV screen turned complete Red and has lines it's just been 18 Months from date of Purchase and when I try to contact jeeves it forwards call to flipkart and cuts the call automatically and sometimes it says wrong number, even flipkart is not helping

                  Please help by taking some actin

                    Jeeves service is very bad for the last 45 days i am trying to chase them for an update no proper update from them,

                    After 45 days they delivered my tv but lost the tv remote and the original box

                    Now i cannot use the tv without the remote and no 1 is responding flipkart sells these insurace with their product but they do not provide any service customers service is very bad they just talk to you in automated set phrases like roborts
                    Still chasing them but no feedback quiet upsetting that the money we pay for the insurance does not get valued, so unprofessional

                      sir / madam Mera tv ka display nahi chal araha tha Miane jeeve service me complain kiya 23 july ko and 27 july ko pickup hua or mujhe bataya gaya ki[protected] din lagega repair hone me maine ok kiya thik hai. 10 din bad maine wapas call kiya to unhone bola ki 14 days time lagata hai. or mera tv rapring me 03/08/2022 ko gaya hai. maine chek kiya to mujhe 1 sms aya tha 03/08/2022 ko.
                      bahut bat huaye fir maine 4 din or wat kiya 14th day call kiya to kaha 3 din or lagega 3 din call kiya 17/08/2022 Ko Repair hoke aya TV .
                      Then 4 Days Ke baad Wapas waise hee Problem start hua Disply is not working Maine Next Day wapas call complaint Kiya.
                      4 Days ke baad technician aya aise hi day by day 6 teachician aye
                      04/09/2022 Tv Picup Kiya, and Toady (14/09/2022) maine Call Kiya To kaha 21 Days Lagege and compny ki policy chenge ho gayee hai

                          I have extended warranty plan for my LG front load washing machine with this company and its been more than a month and they haven't resolved my issue.
                          They have sent their technicians twice but both time with the wrong product. Not able to resolve the issue even after so many requests and calls. Very very pathetic service providers. My complaint no is - CLCPQ0S0 8220556

                          My complaint is registered since 5th of August 2022

                            Jeeves is not helping me in anyways.. You guys are mentally torturing me. I gave my phone on 23rd August and today is 12th of September. I haven’t received my phone.Every time I call you guys say 5 business days you will get back which never happened. I have no option left than file a complaint to police now as you are keeping my phone without my permission. I will go to social site and post about you guys. I have recordings for all the representative I spoke with over the phone. I need my phone.

                              The incident claim was raised on 24th August, 2022 but till today there was no update in picking up the parcel.
                              Its been nearly a month and they are still saying 2 working days whenever I’m calling them.

                              I have called them like a million times and every time its the same story.

                              There is no proper mail or information regarding the claim pickup and updates.

                              I have also called Blue dart and they said that the pickup was cancelled from the jeeves end .

                              When the blue dart people are updating everything very properly, why cant the JEEVES CARE cant the initiative and respond to solve my issue.

                              I feel they will drag this issue till my warranty period gets ended and then finally say that sorry we cant process anything now as the period got ended!

                                  Hi, im Gurudas Santosh Naik, I had been informed on 9Aug22 that my Vu tv couldn't be repaired after being picked in the month of July22. So i had chose the refund amount but till date its not being processed. Whenever i call Jeeves customer they say it will process in two working days, and now its past one month. Also every now and then Jeeves team is calling me for asking when the tv was picked even after answering this question so many times!! I'm literally fed up with this issue. Will i be getting the refund amount i was promised ?

                                    I clam for cash payout on 14 august2022 and till this day 8 sep 2022 clam is not initiated I call many time on Jeeves coustumer care many time but all time costumer care reprasantative saya jeeves verification complete but Bajaj verification not completed it will be take 2 working day he ask every time same I contact coustume care contact 9 to 10 times they always says Bajaj not verified the document we contect to the higher atthurity but till this day I call the Jeeves they saying same so my insurance money was waste I am realy disappoint Jeeves service and I don't buy this insurance

                                      On Aug 22 nd we have purchased tv and it is installed on Aug 23rd.

                                      On aug 23rd i have purchased additional warranty from Jeeves technician.

                                      Due to problems with tv we have initiated refund for this tv from Flipkart and the process is started and amount is refunded.

                                      I reached out to Jeeves support team and requested them to refund my money back due to no tv I have.

                                      It's almost 5 days completed so far I i haven't received any proper response from team and amount.

                                        I raised the compailent on TV problem to Jeeves support team 22/08/2022
                                        Each time they are telling false information and waiting time 2days.After 2 days again takes a compailent wait customer to 2 more days.
                                        I compailnted multiple times no technical person reachout our home.jeeves team continuously changes there words on issue.
