I dropped my phone (poco x4 pro 5g) - ₹17, 999 and it got damaged in the back glass and camera lens. Since I have purchased insurance (April-5) for ₹799 from jeeves consumer services private limited along with my phone, registered a claim via customer helpline on june 13. They replied by telling requirement of photos and a payment of ₹1000 for which link will be sent after which within 2 days pick up will be generated and within 10 days the repaired mobile will be delivered .Then I was asked to send images on all sides of mobile via mail. After this I received a successful confirmation mail of the claim after failed first attempt. Then on June 22, I received a mail for payment of ₹1000 and I have paid it within their time period of 24 hrs.Then after repeated calls and mail for my repair, the reply from their side is technical fault and would be solved in 2 days and it has been almost 45 days still pick up has not yet started. I am worried about the money I spent which is ₹1799 and if pick up happens, worried about my mobile getting returned. I have called customer helpline several times and mailed them enough which lead to mental disturbances and unable to focus on my daily activities. So I request u to do the needful to either return my money or repair my mobile as mentioned by the service company as soon as possible.
