Tv under extended warranty - service delayed more than 40 days, Unethical behavior

I have ordered KODAK LED Tv on Flipkart with Complete TV Protection (3 years) from Jeeves Consumer Services on 20-Oct-2020

The TV ran into a problem and after the technician visited the place, they have raised a ticket previously on 02-Mar-2021. As it is a Motherboard problem, they have asked me to wait until 21 days for the resolution....

About complete mobile protection claiming

Purchased Midea washing machine from Flipkart in 2018 and purchased 2 years extended warranty along with the purchase. Now still in warranty period till November 2021.

Installation of Furniture

Furniture was delivered on December 3 and installation date was on December 5th.. Nobody came and date of installation being changed day by day..The mobile number provided was always switch off..If you are not taking any action about installation..i am going to file complaint on consumer Court.....

When i read their reviews, they were horrible, pathetic and worst customer service.

If this is the case, why flipkart has a tieup with them for servicing for their products which you sell.

I am utterly disappointed the service provided during my complete mobile protection claim, i registered claim on 23rd of october 2019. I paid rs 500 as processing fees on 24th oct. After so many follow-ups my phone was picked up by courier on 1st of nov and was delivered at your service centre on 4th nov. I am still waiting for my phone gets repaired.

But, that’s not the real problem; the problem is this company’s customer...

From flipkart purchased mobile phone (Asus zenfone max pro m1) with that complete mobile protection plan for 1 year.

I received my mobile on 22th october 2018 but i was given protection plan which is expiring by 19th october 2019.

jeeves complete mobile protection

My mobile is under protection for two years... There was a minor problem in the speaker and i raised a compliment my mobile was picked by company and 10days was tat time they were not able to return my mobile in time.. They gave me choice of 80%cashback. I agreed how ever they have not given me my money nor mobile. Not even responding properly over email. I want my money as soon as possible so that i can purchase a new mobile.. Such carelessness...
