I have raised complaint n Jeeves regarding my TV not working. Engineer visited after 5 days to check and suggested Motherboard requires repair. After continuous follow-up with Jeeves Customer Service I was informed after 10 days this cannot be repaired and requires new motherboard from company . I have been following up from last 20 days and promised this will be replaces tomorrow but no one visited . Finally today Engineer visited with part and I came to know this is wrong company part so it will take more days to replace part. I am seriously fed up with this process of not getting resolution even after 1 month from date of complaint. Please look into this.

    I bought a TV from Flipkart on 05/03/2021 and while installing it (provided by Jeeves), an extended warranty for 2 years ending 04/03/2024 was sold to me by a Jeeves technician.
    unfortunately, the TV had an issue in the warranty period but now Jeeves is denying to provide a warranty claim stating TV serial no and our policy serial no do not match.
    I have question
    I have a product invoice from Flipkart
    I have the same product which is in that invoice.
    the wrong serial number you kept in your record and on that basis how do you deny the claim?

      I have LED panel service raised, they come and picked the panel since August 16th 2023 still, I have not got my Panel back this is the worst service and I have sent mail stating the same but not even reply got

        TV display not working. did application for repair . under insurance period the product. they are not thinking about my time and priority for my problem with the product . day after day they delaying to approach . they are making fraud assurance from the customer care .

          I have purchased Iphone 14plus along with screen care plan from jeeves in Flipkart and got it delivered on March 18th 2023.

          Payment made towards screen care plan (Jeevs) Rs.2874/-.

          Unfortunately my screen got damaged and have raised a claim request with jeeves on 18th Aug’23 and made a payment of Rs.1500 as a processing fee.

          Today the date is 19th September till now no services has been hounered by Jeeves and been doing scam by giving all kind of fake reasons. I’ve followed with them multiple times over phone and email yet no support.

          Everytime same response of we will get back in 2business days which is like now close to a month.

          Latest claim id they have shared: CLSPD[protected]

          Need an immediate assistance here to resolve this issue at earliest

              I bought 3-year extended warranty from Jeeves for my Nokia 43-inch 4k TV. Under that warranty period, my TV got faulty. I called Jeeves support. Then a technician came and diagnosed that its panel should be changed. So he took the TV away to repair.
              Now after about 10 days, they informed me through Whatsapp that the TV is repairable and they want to give a refund value i.e. 70% of the purchase amount. They did not even call me personally to explain the reason for not repairing it, only an IVR call I received. But when I called them, they said they will keep my TV if I take the refund. Also, they are not giving an explanation why they can't repair the TV.
              I doubt if the TV is not repairable. I guess they are not repairing it as the refund value is less than the repair cost as I had bought the TV at a hopping discount in BBD sale at only 21k while the original price of it was 31k.
              So I want my TV repaired. But if they don't repair it, I want my TV back with the compensation value.

                TV is under warranty and suddenly stopped playing any videos on the TV, that means we can see only pictures.

                1st Technician came with zero knowledge and returned saying that they will replace the board.

                2nd Technician came on[protected]Don't want to mention there names) and took the TV in a van saying that we will repair from our service center and return the TV in 3 days. Today date is[protected], but TV is yet come. I tried to reach Jeeves on [protected]/[protected]mentioned on the challan) 100 times, but no reply. Then try to reach Jeeves customer care on[protected] mentioned on the their website that is not working.

                I called technician 2 to 3 times but they can't help on this.

                So finally, I bought the TV with the extended warranty from Jeeves and the TV is not working they took the TV and no one is responding. Took the TV from the customer and no reply means it's strongly a theft from the customer. If I didn't receive the TV in next two days, I'll file a consumer court and file a case. If you can't provide the proper support to the customer, when why the ___ you into this business.

                  My one plus Television display got blank which is under extended warranty of Jeeves. I raised a complaint on 01.09.2023 regarding this and a technician came, checked and informed that the panel is having problem. Pick up team will come further process and left. Since then there is no update from jeeves. Whenever we called they are simply saying technician will come today but no response. No way we can contact higher officials of jeeves. So sad and pathetic position. As of now no update from jeeves and it has been 11 days already.

                    I had applied to Jeeves for repair of my split AC at my home in Ahmedabad more than a month ago. Their service team diagnosed gas leakage issue and also appointed a technician as per the following details:

                    Dear Customer,
                    Technician MAHIR SHEIKH (Call: Call [protected], PIN 126) has been assigned for REPAIR of AC (Case ID: FLRL-CG7BBJ-Z5E0S6-2422RN-B9KPHFZ). Please expect a call from him.

                    Pls share code 3066 if happy or share code 9459 if not happy.

                    Now, this guy has been making a fool of me for more than 2 weeks now. I m fed up of their abysmal services. Kindly put them to task and help get relieved of them asap.

                      Worst service by jeeves please refund because my tv still not repair it's over 3months

                      Complaint registered on 3rd july 2023 but still not repair by jevees nobody take serious, , I already fade up to call your customer service,
                      With you kind information your policy was if product not repair with in 30 days, then money will refund but you all not proced my refund why?
                      You don't follow your terms and condition.

                      Whirlpool washing machine /Not resolve my problem

                      I register a complaint almost 3 months before but no response from technical team and no response for my again and again complain in three month I wash clothes by hand . And I want to full money back with plenty almost 3 month over Jeeves not resolve my problem if Jeeves not take action against who not able to solve my complain I fill a case against Jeeves...

                      My phone screen was damaged so I claimed for screen replacement. At first they pickup the phone and returned after 20 days without repairing so I claimed again but now it's been more than 10 days they're are picking the phone for repair, they said I had not paid processing fees so pickup is stuck but I had already paid it.

                        Extended Warranty Claim Not Yet addressed

                        I registered a complaint on 24th Aug 2023 againt an issue on a damage of my TV purchased from flipkart on[protected]. Tv having 3 years extended warranty from Jeeves Consumer Service. No response so far.

                        Initially they tried to reject saying that its out of warranty. But I registered claim request on the last day of the warranty....

                        Jeeves reject my complain again and again without my concern as well as they give wrong information my issue is resolved. But till date my request is not completed .                             TV installation not completed

                            This has reference to the Ticket ID: 3G26-38913CASCUS-6940669 regarding installation of my TV by MR. MD Rahmath (Mobile No. [protected]) .

                            It is to inform that the Technician is very ARROGANT and Dangerous. Although the Ticket has been closed falsely the issue is still open. The installation was not at all done properly.

                            Also, a very important thing to be noted is that, the Technician on purpose FACTORY RESET...

                              I had brought a marq washing machine from flipcart and extended warranty from jeeves .its showing some issues from washing machine and raised a complained in jeeves ..still it was not resolved compliant no is FLRM-7X4338-XLRCTO-17GKQA-U4FIDRG
                              So pathatic flipkart and jeeves still not resolved
