I bought a Hisense A71F 126 cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Vision & ATMOS (order id: OD[protected] on 3rd October 2021. I also purchased an extended warranty of three years from Jeeves through Flipkart on 6th October, 2021.

My TV malfunctioned 2 months back and I invoked the service warranty from Jeeves. Since then I am having the worst experience of my life that I have never had with any other customer support. I have written several emails and my wife has been calling their customer support for the last two months but the only thing we keep hearing is it will take two more days. Two months have passed and no action yet. First they kept pushing the matter and when the technician collected the malfunctioning PCB from the tv, we haven't heard back from them. They have been giving all sorts of reasons and pushing the matter further and further.

    This is sairam from chennai, I purchased Midea washing machine on flipkart and purchased additional warrent on jeeves. My washing machine showing error E60 and I registered a complaint to jeeves on 10th of December but still now nobody visited to my home or not even called to me. I called 4 times to customer care till today, but they not responding properly just asking me to wait for two working days and not connecting to higher officers. I need a help.

          I have purchased a wardrobe from Flipkart on 06th August 2022. At the time of purchase I have bought an Extended warranty service of 3 yrs .
          Now when I want to avail that service didn't receive any response from Jeeves.
          The contact number which I got from Flipkart, didn't receive any response.
          I have send mail to their mail id but didn't get any response.
          Now when I ask Flipkart support to help me they are asking for Job card which is provided by Jeeves.
          I told Flipkart support that how can I will give you the job card when I am unable to contact them.
          But Flipkart is still asking for it.
          Please help me out with a solution.

            This is regarding my box bed which I bought from flipcart and extended warranty from Jeeves. After completing one year my bed's head side door is damaged and polish work required.
            I called customer care and the executive said that the technician will visit my location within 2 business days. I waited for 2 days but no response. I called again and again and they committed for 2 business days. Which never come in follow up in one month. Mean while I did multiple mail to the concerned and they also committed for 2 days TAT. Which never come.

            Being as a consumer I am really fed up of this pathetic service response by Jeeves, which I can expect any more from such a renowned company like Jeeves.
            They are really cheaters and money making machine who can't pay any attention towards the customer.
            I donno what will happen after writing this but I can surely say never opt any service from this kind of fraud company.

                I am arun verma I purchased Marq LED TV in 2020 and I purchased extended warranty service from jeeves. I am attaching the document with this letter. My tv has stopped working in june 2023 so I contact to jeeves for repairing my TV, your team has been picked my led tv I june 2023 and than they told it cant be repair so we will refund you amount of 12599 as per policy, but after the 5 months of complaint I idid’nt received and claim as per conversation with your customer support team. Their answer is same everytime like with in 48 hours your issue will be resolve but till the date I didn’t and solution so I am writing you this letter please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
                I contact with your team various time :
                16 june 2023 first complaint
                24 june submitted my account details 1st time
                21 august again conversation with customer support
                24Aug document submitted 2nd time
                And many more dates I have recorded.
                I request you kindly resolve my complaint and compensate my claim of Rs. 12599/- as soon as possible. Next time I will go to consumer court.

                    I took there complete mobile protection plan for 1 year and i have my mobile screen damage half of my screen is damaged and it hurts my fingers while scrolling and having problem with viewing things and when i logged the complaint for my claim process of 25% of the value to do self repair they are straight forward denying it saying it's a minor issue. How can it be a minor issue it's says in there terms and conditions that it covers screen damages.

                        I bought My TV from Flipkart with 3 years complete protection plan. After a year it's giving so many issues and jeeve service engineers are not cooperating. My MI Tv is not working since long time, however, it sometimes works on its own. . Mostly it just shows distorted images, lines and sometimes just blank screen.Also Bluetooth looses it's connectivity on it own, there is no fix time for it. Sometime it goes on for hours without any issue and sometimes in just few mins it looses connectivity. I raised concern with jeeve but they are delaying the issue. Sometime they saying, proper permission is needed, sometimes without any technician visit they say tv spares are not available. Without even attending my TV for repair, not sure how are they aware which part is not working and need spare parts. This has been going on since almost a month now. I use to let go, thinking they will visit however it's high time now and I need proper resolution on the issue.

                          I bought JEEVES mobile protection with my POCO M4 PRO on flipkart. my policy number is CMFKET[protected].
                          Near about 15 Oct. my phone broken accidently & I registered complaint to get claim for repair my phone. Since about last 20 days I'm trying to call again and again to get my claim, Since last 20 days they are saying to me wait for 2 days only your phone will be picked up and repair soon. 20 days gone my phone not picked up they are making me frustrated. I want complaint against them to provide better service for their customer if they are not capable to give service close their company, Why I have to wasted my time. please do strict action against.

                            Hi,
                            I had submitted the service request on 20th October. After frequent calls the technician Akbar Sharif visited on 24th October and said he has ordered the part and will be delivered by 8-10 days. Actually he has not ordered the part on the same day and was ordered on 28th October as per the customer care person. I had conveyed him that we need to shift our house and need it to be fixed within that. Even after the part delivery he purposely not picking up the call and delaying the service. Please send the person ASAP.

                              I'm facing seriously pathetic service from Nashik unit of Jeeves, thanks to hopeless Engineers like Devendra Patil and some other technicians. My Lifelong washing machine having warranty by Jeeves got filled with water and had a problem of only water discharge since last 2 months. But now it has stopped functioning completely. I registered complaint in September, but since last One month finally on 27th October, a technician visited. The machine didn't get repaired and my complaint was closed stating the case is resolved.
                              These unprofessional and incapable people do not visit and submit false reports up.
                              Last time too, I was troubled mercilessly by Jeeves company from December 2022 to February 2023. At that time, I called and emailed them 30+ times to get the washing machine repaired. They finally repaired after ignoring my complaint for 2-3 months. However, the machine stopped functioning soon.This time again same thing is happening as I'm mentally harassed by the company's ignorance and ill treatment. I expect justice and request you humbly for the same.

                                    17 September, 2023. Mobile Number: [protected], Name: Sherin. Complaint regarding TV half screen only showing.

                                    I registered a complaint about the issue on 17 Sep 2023 through the mail and by calling. on 23rd September 2023 one service person came and informed us that the IPS panel needed to be repaired or replaced. I don't want to repair it because the TV was almost 2time serviced and the previous service was also not satisfied it was registered in December 2022 and I requested for refund.

                                    On 2nd October the Jeeves customer service call they are confirmed they would initiate the refund process and within 2 working days would send a technician and the refund would be done. after that no update. So I called again on 05th October and I got the same answer. till 11th October I get the same answer from the customer care service.

                                    So far I haven't got any update and today 25th of October I called Customer service and they informed me the refund process was canceled and I didn't get clarity about it.

                                    I don't understand why from October 5th to till everyone is assured that the refunding process started and that will take the TV within 2 days. I have all the call recordings. Suddenly today the customer service call center person told me only repair can be done. So totally unfaithful commitment & assurance from the Customer service and Technical team from the last 1 month.

                                    I don't want to repair the TV & again and again because of not satisfied servicing and fake commitments. As confirmed please start the refunding process.

                                      I ordered a cycle for my son from flipkart ...and it was delivered on 19th oct 2023 bt it's installation is till now not done...and it's technitians not responding to calls...and he was busy in orhar cals or not answering my calls...and somtyms he rejected my calls...and some time he switched off his phone...how can I contact to him..everyday they assigned a technician bt no one can come to installation...and the due date of installation is over on last two days...till now no installation is done yet...
