tv installation and demo

Ticket id: 8e18-27013flpkrt-5570594. Installation for tv. It would be completed by 22 may 2018. Called customer care at saturday, he told it would be completed by 48 hours. Have no updates so far your end. Flipkart has given your service engineer contact number. I called him but he told that it is not assigned to him. Please assign the engineer and do it right away....

mobile tech visit not happen twice

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-receipt of a refund for 8 kg samsung washing machine, which I purchased through Flipkart on 20/4/25. Ticket No:[protected].

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through your customer support channels, I have not received the refund amount, nor have I been provided with a satisfactory explanation for the delay.

I request that the refund be processed promptly. Please confirm the initiation of the refund process within 2 days. Customer care executive keep on extendind the dates from past 10 days.

If I do not receive a response or resolution within the stipulated timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities, including filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and considering legal action through the appropriate consumer court.

I hope for an amicable and swift resolution to this matter.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recurring cooling issue with my AC, which I have been experiencing for the past 1.5 years. Despite multiple visits by Jeeves technicians, and replacement of several parts, the issue continues to persist. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of a permanent solution to this ongoing problem.

      To provide a detailed account:

      Over the last 1.5 years, I have repeatedly contacted Jeeves for repairs related to the cooling issue in my AC.
      Every time a technician visits, they seem to resolve the issue temporarily, but within a day or two, the same problem reoccurs.
      The technicians have replaced several parts on different occasions, yet the problem remains unresolved.
      Despite my product being under warranty, I have been charged for these repairs every single time, which I believe is unjust, given the warranty coverage.
      Two days ago, the technician took my AC to the workshop, claiming to have addressed the issue, but once it was reinstalled, I noticed the same cooling issue the very next day.
      I am extremely dissatisfied with the repeated failure to provide a lasting solution and the ongoing charges for a service that is supposed to be covered under the warranty. The constant follow-ups and temporary fixes have caused a great deal of inconvenience, and I am now seeking immediate and effective action.
      Following are the details of my past three complaints.

        Description of the Incident :
        I have taken extended warranty from 21.09.22 to 20.09.25 from Jeeves of Rs.2625/- when purchase this TV. Now there is a white line on left side of TV screen in my Blaupunkt QLED TV from the last 20-25 days. I had raised many complained about this issue with Jeeves but after 35 Days my issue is not resolved. I have received so many SMS from Jeeves for arrange engineer for site visit but till date your engineer was not visited to my residence for tv service.

          I had registered a laptop service request on 17th dec, and the laptop was collected by the team on 26th, it wasnt returned for a month despite a lot of calls and messages, and finally after a month it was returned in January, but the repair wasnt done as apparently the parts werent available. i was told that the parts will come in February and my repair will be continued, but again i got a call stating my laptop is Unrepairable and was subjected to a refund of Rs.40, 000, even tho i paid 1Lakh for the laptop and got it barely 6 months ago!

            I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the inadequate service provided by Jeeves, which has caused significant distress and inconvenience over the past 1.5 months.

            Issues Faced:

            Unclear visuals on the TV

            Non-functioning internal WiFi

            Service Experience:

            Diagnosis: An executive determined that the motherboard needs to be replaced for visual clarity, and the internal WiFi module needs repair.

            Technician Visit: Despite a technician visiting my home, he arrived with an opened and old motherboard instead of a new, sealed one, and installed it in the TV (as shown in the attached picture). He mentioned delays and lack of dispatch from Jeeves.

            Customer Care: Multiple customer care executives, including "Ankur", have reassured me without any tangible resolution and have refused to provide the service center's contact number.

            Concerns:

            The technician indicated that the delay was due to a senior officer at Jeeves who is responsible for handling these issues but does not check requests or send the parts on time. He send the message to jeeves in front of me in december requesting for new motherboard & wifi part.

            The technician did not bring the necessary parts during his visit, citing delays from Jeeves.

            Request: I urgently request the immediate replacement of the motherboard and the repair of the WiFi module to restore my TV's functionality. The prolonged delay and unfulfilled promises from Jeeves are unacceptable. If Jeeves cannot honor its claims, it raises serious doubts about the credibility of their services.

            I hope this forum can assist in expediting the resolution of my complaint. Your intervention would be greatly appreciated.

              I registered a warranty claim under Jeeves 2 year warranty plan. My laptop's RAM slot has been damaged. Whenever I call the customer care, they keep saying service is not available in my location but I live in Jalandhar, not any remote area where the service can't be provided. And later on they told me they will rpovide reimbursement for my repairs done from official HP centre. But they are asking for Rs. 80K, which is actually higher than my laptop's price which is 60K.

                Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Below is the detailed timeline for your reference:
                Claim Registration: November 2, 2024.
                Laptop Pickup: November 6, 2024.
                Laptop Returned: November 20, 2024.
                Reimbursement Confirmation: November 25, 2024 (I was informed I would receive reimbursement for the repair).
                Submission to Official Service Center: As instructed, I submitted the laptop to the Infinix official service center.
                Repair Update: December 9, 2024 (I was informed by the service center that the required part is unavailable, and the repair could not be completed).
                Refund Confirmation: December 14, 2024 (I was informed that a refund of Rs 18, 000 was confirmed).
                Email Received: December 19, 2024 (I received an email confirming the refund, but the laptop has not been picked up yet).
                Today is December 30, 2024, and I have yet to receive any updates or resolution regarding my claim. This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I urge you to intervene and expedite the resolution process

                  1. Jeeves Policy CPFKGJ[protected] is valid from Oct 09, 2022 to Oct 08, 2025.
                  2. machine not working since 08 Dec 24 . First complaint raised through Customer care 11 Dec 24 (CPFKGJ[protected], then again 20Dec 24 CLAFLK[protected] then again on 28 Dec 24 (CLAFLK[protected]) . NIL Action from JEEVES SIDE except false promise by CC for early action and good feedback.
                  3. Online complaint also raised to jeeves and
                  [protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in . Again reply of early action . However NIL solution.
                  4. Towards the darked side Today I came to know hat jeeves had closed my complaint siting customer not response even though allotted technician never responds.
                  5. Now I have also taken up the case with local Hyderabad IRDA and bima lokpal for the necessary resolution due to lot of discomfort and the PAID policy taken not to have discomfort.

                    I initiated the refund claim in the month of 14th Sep'24 and after that day myself continuously followed up with jeeves customer care and every time i have been told that it is in process and we have escalated your request on priority. more than TWENTY calls have been made by me and every time fake promises done by your customer care executive.
                    today it has been told to me that your refund has been rejected due to a wrong invoice, while I have got the laptop repaired from an Apple Authorised store.
                    Such a poor service provided by team Jeeves and All this shows that team jeeves are just harassing the customer instead of resolution.

                    Requesting to look into the matter for a solution by the jeeves escalation team.

                      Complaint against:- Jeeves consumer services Private Limited

                      I have purchased product on Dec 2021 Motorola smart led tv with 3 year full protection plan by Jeeves Consumer Services

                      28 Oct 2024 i have faced the distorted noise issue on tv restarting, as per policy i have called to jeeves customer care they registered my case no below received on text,
                      Case id: FLRM-6Ui62A-PG58MJ-WG0AF6-BY8T7PL.

                      On 28th they assigned a technician to inspect the Tv and he visited on same day and confirmed that speakers have problem and took the photo of the TV and serial number. And he request the purchase details and asked me to send his WhatsApp number. I did it.

                      On 31st he again visited to take the speaker photo to confirm the speaker model and i asked him how many days it takes to replace the speaker. He replied it will take 7 to 10 working days.

                      After 10 days I call him he said spare not available so Support team will contact you for further updates. So i am waiting for their call.

                      On Nov 16 th i received a mail mentioned that they can't reach me so please give the alternative number to discuss about the refund. I replied that message but the message was not accepted by recipient.

                      On Nov 18th i called the Jeeves support and they explained that due to spare parts not available we will escalate the case to refund team as per them you will get 70% as refund money of the purchase value.

                      So i replied please wait for a couple of days to confirm. She agreed and said "Please take your own time sir".

                      On Nov 20 i call them to confirm but the guy in customer care said that my claim was cancelled due to some technical error and he will reinstate the claim and it takes 24 to 48 hours to proceed. I accept and tell him i will call you after 2 days please update.

                      From that day I called them 2 days of time interval ever person in the customer care repeat the same answer until Dec 03. "Your claim has some technical error so we escalate to technical team to resolve it and update ASAP.

                      But until today there is no solution and they are trying to cheat the consumer who purchased the extended warranty.

                      Because my warranty expires on Dec 31 so they don't want to refund the money.

                        I purchased a Relame Fully Automatic Washing Machine from Flipkart, along with the Complete Protection Plan provided by Jeeves. It's now been over 1.5 months since I reported an issue with the washing machine, but despite my continuous follow-ups, neither Flipkart nor Jeeves have taken any meaningful action to resolve the problem.

                        The technician assigned to my case has been repeatedly closing and canceling the complaint without performing any proper inspection or providing a solution. In addition, the remarks provided by the technician seem false and misleading, which is extremely frustrating.

                        When I follow up with Jeeves and Flipkart via email, all I receive are responses asking for time frames but no concrete steps have been taken to address or resolve the issue. This lack of service and follow-through is unacceptable, especially considering the protection plan I have paid for.

                        I am requesting immediate intervention and action to resolve this matter and have the washing machine repaired without further delays.

                          In flipkart have bought a mi 4a pro 32inch television on 05.11.2021 and along with that i have bought extended warranty 2year at jeeves.On october 18, 2024 my tv has not worked properly so i have raised a claim in jeeves.the executive has taken my tv on 19.10.2024 and they told me it will take maximum of 21days to get repaired.Now more than a month taken i have called many times to customer care they told 2days . but again i called on23.11.2024 they are saying the same wait for 2days.so i want my tv within 2days or i want refund.My registered mobile number is [protected].in their terms and condition they have mentioned if there is a breach of 30 days they have to refund 70% of sum assured.

                            I recently purchased a water geyser from Flipkart. Upon delivery, I found it defective and returned it, receiving a replacement shortly after. However, despite multiple requests, no one has come for the installation, and the installation requests keep getting canceled automatically.
                            I have contacted Flipkart several times for assistance, but no solution has been provided. Although Lakhwinder Singh Copra was assigned to handle the installation, I have not received any communication or calls from him.
                            This has been a frustrating experience, and I am disappointed with the lack of response. I request immediate assistance to resolve the installation issue as soon as possible.

                                I am getting msgs from jeeves from last 4 days and there executive calls around 6:30pm in evening everyday and disconnect after one beep. everyday same thing happening.
                                I raised complained and they said they will arrange for another executive who is professional and will raise complained against this executive. but again same executive assigned. and same thing happened again and again.

                                More over i am getting msgs from Jeeves now even in midnight. but for no good. TV is still uninstalled.

                                Very unprofessional service from Jeeves. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                  I had purchased Samsung AUE60 43" from Flipkart on April 1, 23. Jeeves technician who had come to install the product sold me 3 year complete protection plan for Rs. 2503.
                                  Last month, September, 24, TV stopped working. I had reached out to Jeeves support on 29th September who had opened a complaint & assigned technician Mohammad Tariq. This guy visited around 2nd September and before veryfying serial number of the TV, opened it & conveniently closed it back as he broke the LED screen. 2 days later I get a phone/email communication asking for the photo of serial number from the back of the TV.
                                  I shared the Samsung brand sticker, which had an extra alphabet 'V' in the serial number that was not present on the invoice. Citing this reason, Jeeves closed my complaint & asked me to reach out to Flipkart for further support.
                                  Since then I have reached out to Jeeves multiple times over phone & email, while sharing the correct serial number photo from the back of my TV, that matches with invoice (extra char on Samsung sticker was anti piracy tag with a lot of different details provided by Samsung, whereas the other serial number pasted elsewhere was the one Jeeves needed for verification).
                                  Whenever I reach out to support, these guys open a new complaint, simply extend the timeline by 3 days. Ticket gets assigned to the same technician, who keeps on reporting the same issue "serial number mismatch" even without visiting or calling. While the email team has multiple times confirmed that the latest photo with serial number matches correctly & the need 3 days to work on this ticket; but this whole process keeps on going in a loop.
