I raised a complaint for my vu tv on 12th june with jeeves as well as with flipkart as it was still within extended warranty period. The product was sold through flipkart along with third party extended warranty from jeeves which was protected by flipkart.
I had to make a number of calls to arrange a technician visit. The technician (Raj kr sharma) visited on 16th june and after checking thoroughly, he told me that the tv cannot be repaired and therefore a refund will be issued as per the policy. He also told me that he will submit a report on 17th and therefore told me to contact jeeves customer service on 18th june to have further updates on the same.
Now on 18th, i got another message that a new technician (Pankaj) is assigned for the tv. I called pankaj and told him that a visit already happened on 16th and also told him findings of mr raj mishra. On hearing this, pankaj cancelled the scheduled visit today and told me to get in touch with jeeves customer care for further update.
I called jeeves customer care in the afternoon and i have been told that in few hours i will receive an email from jeeves regarding the refund. Later in the evening, i again contacted jeeves customer care, asking about the update to which customer care agent replied that he don't see any such status on their portal.
It's already been 6 days since i made the first call to flipkart as well as the jeeves, and still i am nowhere near the solution. No one knows what's going on with my complaint, how this is going to be resolved and expected time for resolution. All agents, whether it is flipkart or jeeves have been delaying my complaint.
Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But no response, as per my understanding, jeeves is Fraud company
