      I have purchased infinix hot 8 mobile on dated 24 sep 2019 with 1 year mobile protection plan whose validity is upto 23 sep 2020.
      Hotspot connectivity issue found in this mobile handset in june 2020. I complained on jeeves consumer service toll free no[protected] on dated 5 june 2020. They have assured for pick up of hand set but till date 27 june 2020 they have not responded properly. After every 2 days i am calling to customer care but they are not resolving the issue for mobile pickup and repair through company. As i have paid full amount of the mobile protection plan. Kindly help.

        It has been more than 25 days i raised a claim service for my tv which is in warranty period. I purchased the kodak led 40 inch tv from flipkart along with extended warranty. I also raised a complain regarding the same with flipkart customer care but not proper response. Jeeves is a fraud. They are not even responding the emails. There customer care number no body lifting the calls.

        Very bad bad.

        1) ticket raised on 03/06 and your technician attached on 04/06/2020 and noted the complainant was pc board

        2) already 22 days over but service not done from your end as of date and really upset with your service

        3) your executives end also no proper response and those people don't know the status of product since last wednesday

        4) finally i decided to raise complaint on your company along with voice call records, complaint details and extended warranty details update in consumer court and other social media accounts with tag the your company with complainant id

        5) at least your executives not arranging calls with superior or manager for resolution of this query

        Your immediate reply to be appreciated.

        Please don't take extended warranty by jeeves as its month passed i have claimed service no response till yet. Also complained flipkart. They are also helpless flipkart customer care person was like. Tum tumhara dekh lo. Like this statement i got.50 times i have called jeeves customer care. They keep on waiting for 10 to 15 mins and then call gets cut automatically. Don't use flipkart to buy any products and no for jeeves

        I bought KODAK LED TV from "flipkart" on 25/05/2019. On the installation day, i bought the extended warranty of 2 years from "jeeves" on my KODAK Led TV as suggested by "flipkart" demonstration person. My TV stopped working on 03/06/2020 ie the product is in extended warranty period. I had complaint in "jeeves" (Complaint number[protected] on 03/06/2020 and their technician visited the home on 04/06/2020 . He informed me that the motherboard has defect and clicked the picture of the parts of product, invoice copy of product as well as of the "jeeves" extended warranty card. He informed me that the motherboard will be replaced with in a week. Its been more than 25 days from the date of complaint and my product is still not repaired . I am tired of calling their customer care as they say the same thing each time i call that "the motherboard is not received by us from KODAK brand till date and wait for another week". I am very disappointed with the "jeeves" THIRD CLASS service and support as well as with the "flipkart" for having such collaboration with such types of companies. The experience has been worst and total wastage of money and time.
        I request you to kindly look into the matter and stop these fraudulent companies from making fool of customers.
        I want my KODAK LED TV repaired as soon as possible, as i feel 25 days are more than enough time for a motherboard replacement and repair of TV.

        As of now no one contacted with me from Jeeves Team. Today also spoken with Jeeves executives, they said will arrange call from our manager and dropped one mail to our team.

        But no response, as per my understanding, jeeves is Fraud company

        36 days over but as of now service not done from Jeeves consumer services pvt ltd, and not arranging the claim to me.Our end raised complaint to flipkart against jeeves but no proper response.

        Already 54 days over, as of now service done. There end confirmed to me claim under progress on 06th July 2020, but till date claim also not provided.what hell going on with jeeves company i am not understanding.

        At any cost need claim from jeeves, no need service from them. Please bring the TV immediately.

        Enclosed claim mail conversation on 06th July 2020.

        As of now no one contacted with me from Jeeves Team. Today also spoken with Jeeves executives, they said will arrange call from our manager and dropped one mail to our team.

        But no response, as per my understanding, jeeves is Fraud company

              Hi,

              I was told that i will receive an email for extended warranty email confirmation for my smart tv which was sold by jeeves technician who visited my place. I haven't received any email so far except the below sms, kindly confirm what would be next process.

              "dear kapil giri gosai, welcome to jeeves protection shield (Extended warranty). Extended warranty for your led tv has been approved. Ew ref. Number - jweboi2ao4508. It will begin on 01-jun-2021 and end on 31-may-2023. You can contact us on[protected] for any queries."

              Today morning (24 june 2020) i called customer service to find out on my etended warranty and they don't see any information with them and mentioned they can't find anything with this above refrence number as well.
              Kindly update on priority as i sense some falsified information here since no email received on this one. I have raised this to my card company (American express) as well and within few days you will also receive a dispute and fraud request being sent fr their side as well.
              You must have received an email as well on june 22'2020 from "[protected]@gmail.com" as well.

                It has been more than 25 days I raised a claim service for my TV which is in warranty period. I purchased the Micromax LED 42 inch TV from Flipkart along with extended warranty. I also raised a complain regarding the same with Flipkart customer care but not proper response. Jeeves is a fraud. They are not even responding the emails. there customer care number no body lifting the calls.

                    I have sent an email to jeeves on 20th june 2020 for which i did not receive any response till i called them twice to ask them to reply. I got the reply on 22 june stating the documents are not correct. I looped the vu team to give them the correct documents for which kishor service lead from vu promptly responded.
                    After receiving all the necessary documents, jeeves claims team has stopped responding.

                    I have sent them 6 emails but i am not receiving any response.

                    Please let me know the escalation matrix for the same

                      Since 7 days i was following up with jeeves to register a complaint and service my tv which is still under extended warranty for 2 more years.

                      Escalated 5 times in 7 days, still no response from them.
                      Every time they are saying wait for 24 hrs, yours issue will be addressed.
                      I am fed up with this service.

                      I tried to escalate further but no luck.

                      Since 5 days I was following up with jeeves to register a complaint and service my tv which is still under extended warranty for 2 more years.

                      Escalated 9-10 times in 5 days, still no response from them. Technicians were assigned but they are denying to service my TV and some were not responding.
                      Every time they are saying wait for 24 hrs, yours issue will be addressed.
                      I am fed up with this service.

                      I tool extended warranty of 2year for my mi tv.
                      one line is coming on the screen for which i raised a complaint with jeeves.
                      i raised this complaint (complaint number: cljp[protected]) on 4th nov and till now i might have made 10 to 15 calls to them, everytime they keep saying wait for 24 hours, trust me, believe me this time it will be resolved.
                      But next day same story repeates. They said they have escalated to the concerned department but that also no use. and i requested for call back from their team multiple times, nothing helped me. Still my issue is in pending stage.
                      Some times they tell that service person updated saying that he attended the service. but infact no one called me and no one came to service my product.
                      This is frustating and irritating.
                      Even after paying this much money, not getting the proper service.
                      I dont understand where to complaint on this jeeves.

                      next time i dont want to take any products on flipkart but this time how do i solve my problem with this jeeves?

                        Hi all,

                        Please help me in this fraudulent behavior by jeeves. I have taken 2 year extended warranty on my lg refrigerator, which apparently had issues with cooling.

                        I raised a complaint on 17th june, and engineer surendra kumar came on 18th and found it to be an issue with gas leakage and since he is not trained on these types of issues, he wanted to escalate the ticket and called his supervisor for steps to follow. While doing that he mistakenly closed the ticket in error.

                        I explained this multiple times that your service engineer "surender kumar" who came on 18th of june was not aware of how to forward the complaint, because he found it to be of a gas leakage case. He mistakenly closed the complaint instead of routing to correct department.

                        He was apologizing like anything and requested me to again drop an email and he ill get it done on priority because it was his mistake. He left after that and i am facing the consequences of his mistake.

                        I have made dozen of calls to customer care department and they simply say we have escalated the request and you will get a call shortly.

                        Is this how consumer complaints are handled at jeeves.co.in?

                        Please take an immediate action.

                          I raised a complaint for my vu tv on 12th june with jeeves as well as with flipkart as it was still within extended warranty period. The product was sold through flipkart along with third party extended warranty from jeeves which was protected by flipkart.

                          I had to make a number of calls to arrange a technician visit. The technician (Raj kr sharma) visited on 16th june and after checking thoroughly, he told me that the tv cannot be repaired and therefore a refund will be issued as per the policy. He also told me that he will submit a report on 17th and therefore told me to contact jeeves customer service on 18th june to have further updates on the same.
                          Now on 18th, i got another message that a new technician (Pankaj) is assigned for the tv. I called pankaj and told him that a visit already happened on 16th and also told him findings of mr raj mishra. On hearing this, pankaj cancelled the scheduled visit today and told me to get in touch with jeeves customer care for further update.
                          I called jeeves customer care in the afternoon and i have been told that in few hours i will receive an email from jeeves regarding the refund. Later in the evening, i again contacted jeeves customer care, asking about the update to which customer care agent replied that he don't see any such status on their portal.

                          It's already been 6 days since i made the first call to flipkart as well as the jeeves, and still i am nowhere near the solution. No one knows what's going on with my complaint, how this is going to be resolved and expected time for resolution. All agents, whether it is flipkart or jeeves have been delaying my complaint.

                                I have opted for complete protection plan for our vu 50" led through your executive who will come at my place for installation of my tv. I have paid rs 2537.31 on 16th of jun but still i m not received any extended warranty certificate from your side... Kindly provide me the same on priority basis

                                  I have extended warranty for vu tv. I have claimed a repair service for it to jeeves on 14/06/2020 as it is not getting on. I have done the procedure for raising a claim request as told by jeeves customer service representative.
                                  I have sent an several email to jeeves on [protected]@jeeves.co.in from 14/06/2020 onwards with the invoice copy of tv and jeeves extended warranty invoice as told by customer service representative. But i haven't received any reply on mail and call from jeeves customer service. Pathetic service i have observed yet from jeeves. I have all the proof on mail, call record. Please resolve this issue asap as i am getting tired of this jeeves now.

                                      I purchased a vu 4k tv last year with an extended 2-year warranty support from jeeves. Now i am facing some start-up issues, and they are not responding to emails or calls, kindly help me in the best way u can.

                                        मैंने इंस्टालेशन के समय jeeves कंपनी द्वारा 2 साल की वारंटी एक्सटेंड करवाई थी।
                                        मेरे ac में कूलिंग की problem आ रही है। कई बार jeeves कंपनी के कस्टमर care पर कॉल किया लेकिन कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिल रहा है।
                                        अतः ac की सर्विस तुरंत करवाएं एवं customer care center का संचालन सुचारू रूप से करें जिससे कि customer को किसी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना करना न पड़े।
