My damaged mobile picked up by jeevas on 15th march 2020 but till today 06 march 2020 they did not returned my repaired mobile. I think company is fraudulent company. I lodged compliant with consumer forum now i will lodge compliant with cyber crime cell

    I bought a whirlpool washing machine with extended warranty. My machine drum was making noise and hence i filed for the problem with jeeves on 21st feb. The service center guy came to check the washing machine around 27th feb and told that that another person would come and check.
    After this i had to do a number of followups with jeeves and service person came only on 19th march and said that the machine needs to picked up. There on i asked why the pickup is required only to get the the answer that problem cannot be resolved over here. The service centre person said that the part will be replaced and machine will be returned to you. I said ok only when i was told that it will take only 24hrs to do this. However, the issue was not resolved in 24 hrs and we entered a nation wide lockdown on 22nd march. Jeeves again started functioning on 5th june (As told by jeeves representative) from there on i have been in touch with jeeves a number of times for the update and it was always promised that the issue will be resolved in 3 working days. So, i personally visited the service center to check the status of washing machine. I was told on 18th may that it will take 3 days to deliver the machine back. Again the promise was not fulfilled. Hence when i visited the service center to enquire i was told that the part which was supposed to be replaced is not yet delivered to service center. I asked by when will the part arrive and i will get my machine. I was again given 3 days timeline. Again the timeline was not honored. I called up the service centre and was left with no words when i was told "abhi machine nahi bani hai. Jo karna hai kar lo. Company se bol do". Hearing this rash comments i called up jeeves to ask about is this the customer service which jeeves promises. Again i was asked to wait for three days. Till date i have not recieved my washing machine and it is extremely difficult for me.

      My device poco f1 have opted for complete cover have purchased my device at flipkart and my policy number:jppoffk1559462

      I have sent device for repair on 27th of feb and it reached their office on 29th of feb
      I was supposed to get the device back in 10 days which didn't happen and i called their office they said it will be delivered in next one-two days, have called one many time regarding the same its been so long i have no update on the device i have asked many times before the lockdown on march regarding the status of the device every time i getting the same update that they don't have information on it

      Please kindly resolve it at the earliest or i will be taking it to the consumer court

              Last month (May 11, 2020) i got a problem in my vu television 50 inch (Picture not visible) and i made a complaint through phone and also email. I purchased 2 years extended warranty. (Invoice number # eaaaab[protected] one service person came to my home and checked and told that the mother board is having problem and he will order and replace it within a week.

              After that, until now, i sent many mails and i got no proper response. Also i tried to call through the customer care number but it keeps on ringing and nothing is worked. I could not contact jeeves through any mode at present.

              I request to fix this issue urgently or replace with the same new tv..

              Yesterday one person called and asked for my credit card details for providing new TV. He told he will charge only 10rs and ask me to install anydesk application in my mobile also. Initially he told he is from Flipkart and later he told he is from Jeeves. I got a doubt and cut the call.

                  Hi, this is ranjith thakur, my registration mobile number is [protected]. I also ordered 50 inches tv in flipkart on the 17th of this month,
                  The same day, the flipkart servicemen came and installed tv. The tv display has been dead for two days after the tv was installed. My tv has ten days replacement under warranty.in two days the jeeves technician comes and replies us that you will see your problem. The jeeve technician came and saw the problem and confirmed that it had been display dead. The technician has still come five days but has not yet updated my problem. How many times do you call jeeves customer care? No matter how many times you call, the call is not connected to the customer. If you do not have any response within 24 hours from me, i will contact the consumer court

                    I purchased extended warranty for my hitachi ac from flipkart (Order id - od[protected] on[protected]. The product broke down few days ago and since last 15 days i have been trying to register my complaint. But everytime they are making fool of mine by asking me to drop mails on different mail ids ([protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in) and still no response received.

                      My 40inch vu 40d6575 led tv, while running tv automaticaly swited off, and unble to switching on the tv (Led tv power led light blue cum red light showing). I am requesting service engineer to rectify the tv problem. Please arrange tv service engineer to repair my tv as soon as possible. Attached tv purchase bill and extended warranty jeeves bill.

                        Hi sir / ma'am,

                        Good day!

                        This is with reference to the thomson led i bought from flipkart in oct 2018 with the extended warranty of two years from jeeves. Let me be upfront and honest in mentioning that screen & sound system of led tv has started giving trouble to me. Suddenly few days back, screen got completely black out and its not working at all.

                        I have been chasing with concerned guys over phone calls and e-mails since last 20 days but everyone is turning deaf ears to all my requests. They are giving excuses that they cannot provide services in my area due to lock down, however whole market was in operational mode since 18th may and our area is also in green zone.

                        And now i want to lodge complaint in consumer court as my product is still in warranty period. I don't know what your executives are upto - whether they want the warranty to get over or they never entertain complaints?

                        Before i proceed with any severe action i want to give a last chance to you or else i shall escalate it to the highest level possible. Attaching herewith the invoice copy & email screen shot for your reference.

                        Hi Team,

                        This is to inform you that "as per the terms & condition held between Jeeves & customer, if the product cannot be repaired withing reasonable time or reasons beyond its control, then customer has right to claim either Replacement or Refund for the same.

                        I am chasing you since last 20 days and I did not get any positive revert from you end. Everybody is turning to deaf ears like they never entertain customer compliants. Accordingly I am requesting here to please process the refund of my product and get this collected from my home address.

                        I cannot wait anymore to get this repaired as it becomes very difficult to connect with you over calls or emails and thats too without any positive resonse.     

                        I hope this is the best solution we can think off now. Looking forward to hear from you soon.

                                  I have an extended 2 year warranty jppoffk267231, filed ac gas leakage issue, already been 10 days when first technician visited and told it will be done soon. But no response, no customer care helping on enquiry. The assigned guy never pick phone. No body is concerned enough to fulfill their duty. Why jeeves is making a fool by writing work in progress, when nothing is till date done to resolve our issue in this hot 48 degree temperature. Why do you provide such warranty if you can't do a single work for the charged hard earned money of ours.

                                    I initially registered a complaint on Feb 14th regarding my AC not working properly. An engineer was assigned for that and the problem found to be gas leakage. The problem was fixed by Engineer on Feb 23rd. Post which it was working properly for 15 days. Since the lockdown was announced, we have to move to my relative house nearby for almost 40 days. When I came back on Apr 1st week, the Ac was not working properly. I tried registering a complaint at once but due to current COVID 19 situation, I'm unable to register complaint. At last I registered a complaint on May 4th. It's been almost 20 days since the complaint was registered. The problem was not resolved yet. Though it is the situation of COVID19, the essential services needs to be working...

                                    Also it is a mistake from JeevesTeam. The same problem was raised 3 months back and it was resolved by service engineer in the month of February only... With in 3 months the problem occur again coz the problem was not resolved properly.

                                    As per the police of 90 days warranty, it is a mistake.
