False information provided by jeeves customer care about repair of mobile and the same has been despatched to me without repair after 2 months, and that is when ranged jeeves care continuously for the past 2 months and followed through email. Very very very poor services.
Company should fully refund the amount to customer.
It is to inform you that a complaint under software hardware / liquid damage for redmi note 6 pro, was initiated on 20 jan 2020 by me afrom mobile number [protected] and the pick up was made on 21 jan 2020 by jeeves rep.
Inspite of repeated request through email and phone calls to jeeves customer care very poor response has been received for the claim registered. And today when item i. E has been delivered to me in the evening and after opening packet, tried to switch on the mobile but after such a long await mobile still not working and doesn't seem to charge and getting restarted again and again only booting option.
Screen shots alongwith alongwith way refrence bill received from service centre and jeeves care, a faulty device has been delivered to me. It is hereby requested to re-register claim for redmi note 6 pro repair and service or would kindly request for final replacement of the product from ur side.

Kindly provide good and prompt services to the customer satisfaction and recommendation please

    I have purchased redmi note 5 from flipkart on 13/4/2018. With complete damage protection and 1 year extended warranty. My phone was facing issue so i contacted to jeeves. But they said that my extended warranty expired on 12 april 2019. I want my phone to be service by jeeves because as i am seeing that warranty expiring on 10 april 2020.

      The technician from jeeves service has seen my tv and accept without any doubt that my tv has no physical damage it is liquid damage and he also told that problem is in tv panel then jeeves service closed my ticket saying that physical damaged not covered in policy without knowing me anything after that i have called jeeves service and the representative told me that they will reopen my ticket which not done and they haven't given any proof or evidence physical damage

        My phone was picked up for repair around 2 months back, i was informed that i will get the phone back in 10 days but even after 20 days there was no information, and my repeated querries were ignored. After about one month i was told that i will get a 80% refund in 7 days since my phone could not be repaired but now it has been another one more month and still no refund and no information, every time i raise a querry iam told to wait another 7 days. I feel like iam being cheated on.

        I request for repair of my mobile on 19th January and my device was picked up on 23 January and since than its more than 90 days and i haven't received my mobile back on 6 feb they said they were unable to repair so they would send a replacement in 5 business days but they didn't then said on 27 feb that they would refund in 7 days but they didn't

          Hi i have filed insurance claim for my mobile for accidental damage mobile screen. My device has been picked up on 14 th feb 2020. I have been told that it will take 14 business days to repair my mobile and send it back. Its 16th workinf buainess day and i am talking to your helpline number from previous 4 days. They dont know the status of repair of my mobile and are not providing me any information, only saying that we are escalating the issue and you will receive information regarding your mobile. But no information has been sent to me. I am feeling harassed and very unsatisfied by your company service. I am requesting them to transfer my call to someone more repsonsible person who can tell me the status of my mobile. But they are still saying that please please wait. How much i have to wait.

            I have given my mobile for repairing to Jeeves on 24th Dec'19. It was conveyed to me that I will get my device returned to me in 20 days from the date they have received.
            It's been more than 2 months I am continuously following up with their support but they keep saying that the moile will be dispatched in 2 days s and we will connect with you in 2 days but they never called me.

            I have escalated this at least 10-15 times and don't know how many times I have called and emailed but they don't even care to call you back and no update on the device until today. I have been without my mobile and still continuously following and frustrated with this.

            They have pathetic customer service and fake commitments. So need my device ASAP back as they are continuously driving me in circles and keep ling on the status of my device.

            Its been 3 months and yet no proper action is being taken. Pathetic.
            Very poor at services bot even installation was done properly utterly disappointed with this jeeves mi services please don't encourage such disgusting services
            Now its June and they have conveyed to me that I will get refund as my device is not repairable. Now it's been more than 5 months and they are still joking.

            Pathetic company, Useless customer service executives, Fraud.
            50 days my phone is not received.

              It has been more than a month since i had raised the claim and payed the amount. Package has not yet picked up due to a discrepancy in phone number.
              Even after calling multiple times to add a secondary number, i am getting a response from the customer care saying that the number is not ye updated.
              Is it any kind of joke for you guys to process the claim. Please share the details of secondary number updation asap.

              It seems the courier team is attempting again today to collect the package.
              Have you the shared number yet? If not please do that at the earliest

              If you are not able to update contact number at least share the contact number of the courier partner.

              I havent received a single call from jeeves backend team or the courier service. Is this jeeves insurance company simply collecting money in the name of insurance and doing nothing.

                I have opted for mobile protection from jeeves and submiited a claim 10 days back along with processing fee but there is no progress as my phone is not picked till now.                   I purchased the mi led tv 55 inch in the month of march 2018 from flipkart and the installation, demo was done by jeeves. An year and a half passed and the tv panel developed some bleeding issues, white tint/spots on the display for which i called jeeves customer care and told them about this issue. A technician was sent by jeeves and he took pictures and videos on his phone so he can share the same with jeeves concerned team. This issue happened in the month of september 2019 and they told me that the display panel for my specific tv model was not available in the market so they refused to replace the panel and gave me an option for refund. They were deducting 20% as deprecation clause of the tv amount and mentioned it was there in their extended warranty terms. I asked them for a product replacement and they told me they will replace the product but it will have no manufacturer warranty as well as the jeeves extended warranty will also end. I was so angry and devastated at that time so i tried calling mi customer care and explained them about the same and they told me that my panel will be replaced as it was still under the 2 year panel warranty. The mi technician came after 3 days along with the panel and replaced the whole panel. I have to say that mi team did a good job. They replaced my tv panel as soon as they could.

                  All worked good and now in the month of feb 2020 the speaker started giving buzzing noise. There is this buzzing and tearing noise whenever there is any low frequency in the content. It happenes in tv channels, youtube, hotstar, amazone prime etc... Everywhere. I again registered a complaint to jeeves regarding this issue and they sent a technician. He visited my place and confirmed that the speaker is gone bad. It needs to be replaced. Now again the drama starts with jeeves. They ordered a replacement part for my faulty speaker on 20/2/2020 and after 2 days the service guy came to my place and got the speaker along with him only to find out that jeeves has ordered the wrong part. When he opened the pack, the part was different than the one on my tv. He updated the status and they told me the status has been updated as pending as the wrong part was received. They also told me they will be placing an order again for the part replacement and again the same thing happened. After 3 days the service engineer calls me and tells that the part he received was the wrong one again. I told him specifically to open the box and take a look at the part before visiting my home and opening my tv. I called jeeves customer care again and they have started giving me excuses now that the issues only gets resolved within 20 days. It's already been 15 days since i registered a complaint. They are telling me that they will re-order the part and the issue will get resolved soon.

                  I don't believe this. How can someone get the wrong part twice? And what if they receive the wrong part again? Now i am in doubt that they even want to replace my faulty speakers. I request the jeeves team to issue a refund for my product as soon as possible. I am tired and frustrated by your silly excuses. Just give me a refund and stop playing these pathetic games. I am never going to take an extended warranty from jeeves for any of my products and the same goes to my family, friends, relatives and each and everyone i know. Because i have already shared my experience with them about jeeves and now they also know about this. I am no more interested in your extended warranty so i want a refund for my tv. Just give me a refund you pathetic people.

                  I request everyone to stay away from jeeves services. They are not worth your time and money. Even if someone offers you free services from jeeves, just shout a big "no no... Thankyou".

                  I have shared these details at least 10 times via email, telephone etc... But no one from jeeves care if my issue is resolved or not. At least be honest to your customers. If you don't have the part available then just tell the truth and issue a refund. What's the big deal? Just stop with all those ridiculous excuses you guys are giving me.

                    Technician from jeeves is not ready to accept the problem.
                    The picture quality is worst, sound & picture quality is not good.

                    I asked for refund but flipkart and jeeves making fool the customers.
                    Technician is saying tv is good working and return request closed without proper resolution and my knowledge.

                    Kindly help for refund the amount of 24k.

                    Its hard earned money. Just like that technician are not fixing the issue.

                    As of now issue not resolved same repeated calls and from flipkart and Jeeves but issue pertains the same.

                    Jeeves is unprofessional company and technician are illiterate. I dont know how come they become technician.
                    I am pursuing in hometheter in December 5th 2019 hear sume problem is coming so i am Summitt hometheter(13.01.2020) but today (28.02.2020) no reply no response cheating people

                      My policy no is plan id jppoffk1477275 and i have submitted my phone in service center against jeevas complete mobile protection before 7 days and today i received call from f1 info solution and they told me your phone not repair and we will not give service your phone is liquid and physical damage and imei no wrong and they told me contact jeevas[protected]

                      Totally fraud with me and denied for service...

Every time they say "will be picked with in 2 days"... But i dont know, how many more time they will repeat the same... Frustrating...

                        I had replaced my redminote 5 display under complete protection plan last year march'19 within few weeks the display came out from right corner without damaging the screen. (Note: screen is not cracked, only the pasting was not properly done when it was given for first servicing) my protection plan then expired & immediately extended warranty started as during purchase of mobile i had availed both plans. I blamed jeeves for not pasting the screen properly at first instance, after lot of exchange of mails and proof they accepted my request and considered to repair under extended warranty plan which is still active till march 2020.. Now they took my phone for repairing and it is still not repaired since 3 weeks now. After calling them and mailing them regularly they are giving me standard reply of waiting for 48hrs or at times they tell me that screen is not available wait for 48hrs. I mean since 3 weeks they are still waiting for new screen to come from mi. It is 1.5years old model so screen should be available somewhere. Now days you get screen of product older than 2 years. Sometimes i wonder, are they making an iphone of my redmi note 5?. Mr arun from jeeves is marked in that mail who i think is head of escalation department. But he has no courtesy of replying to my mails or looking into it. I dont know why his name is there in the escalation list when he does not bother to reply. Jeff bezos from amazon have his own team of replying to customer when the mail is marked to him. You need to learn something arun!
                        I am youtuber of more than 2 million subscribers. Such pathethic service will be highlighted in my channel. Flipkart is tied up with pathetic company like jeeves. I should get new phone (Redmi note5) as they spoiled my display during first service under complete protection plan. Now under extended warranty plan they are not bother to repair it instead delaying it by saying the screen is not available. Most of the xiaomi service centre have redmi note 5 displays/lcd screen but jeeves is unable to get it. Wow!

                          I bought a mobile phone from flipkart on jan 21st and few days later i placed for replacement due to heavy heating issue. Flipkart told there will be tech visit from jeeves. I waited for few days but nobody came and the replacement was rejected.
                          Then again i placed for replacement. After few days a technician came and said it has high heating issue and will get replacement. That day night i got message from flipkart saying replacement rejected. Then again i placed for replacement and no technician contact me and today morning i got a message saying replacement rejected.
                          This 3rd time flipkart and jeeves playing with me.
                          Cheating me.
                          I want my product replaced as soon as possible.
                          I am being mentally disturbed by their actions.
                          Please help me get my product replaced or else my life will be in very bad condition as i bought this phone with my many years savings.

I have paid ₹500 extra as your executive instructed over the amount you normally charge wile purchasing. I had registered my complaint 1st on month of december now february running but still my phone has not been picked up from your end. I had a called more than 12 times and every time the executive is saying wait for 72 hours your mobile will be picked up.

                              I have taken the 2years extended warranty by jeeves for my tcl ifalcon tv and registered a complaint that the tv was not working.. Jeeves changed the mother board of the tv today after 15days and still the tv sound is not proper and the display is blur. Previously it was dolby but the tv volume is bad and low.

                              Also while restarting the tv previously it use to display ifalcon but not tcl is reflecting

                              My issue has not been resolved in 15 days and it is clearly written in the policy if not repaired within 30 days the product will be replaced.

                              So now either replace my tv or get the tv fixed asap

                              Already 25 days are over as i have registered the complaint on jan 12

                              It is very clearly written in your policy that if the service or the product is not repaired within 30 days by jeeves refund or replacement will be initiated.

                              The Jeeves technician has visited my place on Jan 28th and installed again a defective part and also as already discussed with Mr. Yatish the Team leader of the support team that the technician updates false remarks after the visit.

                              The issue was raised on Jan 12 th and still the same is not resolved so kindly initiate the refund ASAP.

                              Not abel to give any service, My complaint is not resolved for about 50 days till now, any don't know when will I get it resolved, don't get any response on mails and calls after reminding so much, worst service in the world. Harrass mentally so much.
                              I was purchased i phone 6s 32 gb on the 1/1/2020 . In iphone sim is work only jio and other sim is not work not call coming nd going. When any sim call then phome is not cut phone is stoped. And 2nd thing is adapter is not working phone is not charge.

                                Pathetic and third class service provided by jeeves. Tv was delivered on 27th and tv installation by jeeves was designated on 29th. From 29th i am receiving messages on a daily basis that their executive is unable to reach out to me and they will try to connect again. Recently i have been receiving their numbers, upon calling they deny straight and say someone else will be coming.

                                This has continuing till date, every day either i get a new number or an absurd phone call where your customer executive give lame reasons and delay the installation.

                                Experiencing this level of installation service, i wonder how pathetic and unprofessional jeeves would be if i come across any issue with my tv some day.

                                I am also seeing multiple customers like me who are struggling and are stuck with such third class company who is not ready to take ownership for their third class so called service. They should oblige us all by withdrawing their name from flipkart and let flipkart give the tender to some worthy organisation.

                                  Hi team, i had taken mobile protection plan from jeeves and now while i am claiming then jeeves is taking extra processing fee and not mentioned in their term and conditions and need your help that how they can take such amount of not mentioned. A few months back i purchased a mobile from flipkart and taken protection plan on that but right now the product got damage and when i applied for my mobile insurance then they asked for processing...

                                  The complete protection plan is provided by jeeves consumer services.

                                  When i read their reviews, they were horrible, pathetic and worst customer service.

                                  If this is the case, why flipkart has a tieup with them for servicing for their products which you sell.

                                  Action needs to be taken against the way they provide service or else we will need to escalate further.
