I have purchased extended warranty for my washing m/c lg (Model no., t72cmg22p, sr. No. Wz n609nwqt04996)

In spite of repeated reminders for the past two weeks, no service man has turned up till date
Nature of complaint: inlet of water not functioning

I have registered a claim with ID AD[protected] on 18 May 2020 but didn't any revert yet even have called 4 times in last 10 days but not getting any satisfactory answer. Every time they promised to answer on my mail in 24 hour not it has been 3 days i have called them.

Nor any senior coming over call nor reverting on mail

I have an extended 2 year warranty jppoffk267231, filed ac gas leakage issue, already been 10 days when first technician visited and told it will be done soon. But no response, no customer care helping on enquiry. The assigned guy never pick phone. No body is concerned enough to fulfill their duty. Why jeeves is making a fool by writing work in progress, when nothing is till date done to resolve our issue in this hot 48 degree temperature. Why do you provide such warranty if you can't do a single work for the charged hard earned money of ours.

I initially registered a complaint on Feb 14th regarding my AC not working properly. An engineer was assigned for that and the problem found to be gas leakage. The problem was fixed by Engineer on Feb 23rd. Post which it was working properly for 15 days. Since the lockdown was announced, we have to move to my relative house nearby for almost 40 days. When I came back on Apr 1st week, the Ac was not working properly. I tried registering a complaint at once but due to current COVID 19 situation, I'm unable to register complaint. At last I registered a complaint on May 4th. It's been almost 20 days since the complaint was registered. The problem was not resolved yet. Though it is the situation of COVID19, the essential services needs to be working...

Also it is a mistake from JeevesTeam. The same problem was raised 3 months back and it was resolved by service engineer in the month of February only... With in 3 months the problem occur again coz the problem was not resolved properly.

As per the police of 90 days warranty, it is a mistake.

We have submitted all the required documents on 16th May, after that no further action taken by Jeeves, we called multiple times to Jeeves customer care they said we escalated on the top priority but no response. Please take action against this

I filed complaint on 29.04.20 and today is 20.05.2020.
One technician person came and left before 3 days and he is not responding.
he gave his senior number he was totally illiterate and does not know how to talk to customers.
From last 20 days i am facing this issue and they are still not responding.

My complaint ticket number is 0e13-35411 tsrsct-1976378, as per this ticket one of your guys mr. Robbin attended the washing machine for repairing, but he can't complete the work and promised to re-place or rectified the compline in the next days. But now he doesn't taken the call. There will be a message given from jeeves everyday that the engineer will call and reschedule your service. But there is no responds from your service engineer.
Kindly make an immediate responds regarding this complaint, for the last one year am waiting for my marq washing machine's complaint to rectify.

I had purchased new mobile redmi note 7 pro from flipkart on 19th june 2019. With that i had purchased complete mobile protection plan. From last 2months i am trying to claim my insurance but they are just taking process. But nobody is responding proper way. Its complete online process. We cannot go there office to process the claim. I have taken two year extended warranty policy for my thomson led smart tv b9 102 cm which will expired on[protected].

The tv is not working and case has been raised with jeeves on 05th march-2020. The service engineer visited on 06th march and informed that the hardware of the tv is having issue and jeeves will replace it within 1 week.

I followed up with jeeves for almost 1 month and they confirmed on email on 03 apr-2020 that they will refund the money within 7 days.
Now it's more than 1 month i am waiting for the refund. Whenever i am calling them they are just informing that they will update in 2 days.

Looks like they are unwilling the provide the refund.
