Hi,
My complaint ticket number is 0e13-35411 tsrsct-1976378, as per this ticket one of your guys mr. Robbin attended the washing machine for repairing, but he can't complete the work and promised to re-place or rectified the compline in the next days. But now he doesn't taken the call. There will be a message given from jeeves everyday that the engineer will call and reschedule your service. But there is no responds from your service engineer.
Kindly make an immediate responds regarding this complaint, for the last one year am waiting for my marq washing machine's complaint to rectify.

    I had purchased new mobile redmi note 7 pro from flipkart on 19th june 2019. With that i had purchased complete mobile protection plan. From last 2months i am trying to claim my insurance but they are just taking process. But nobody is responding proper way. Its complete online process. We cannot go there office to process the claim. They are taking advantage of online and keep shut down there helpline number.[protected].

    Next month insurance is expiring. And they are not responding.

        I have taken two year extended warranty policy for my thomson led smart tv b9 102 cm which will expired on[protected].

        The tv is not working and case has been raised with jeeves on 05th march-2020. The service engineer visited on 06th march and informed that the hardware of the tv is having issue and jeeves will replace it within 1 week.

        I followed up with jeeves for almost 1 month and they confirmed on email on 03 apr-2020 that they will refund the money within 7 days.
        Now it's more than 1 month i am waiting for the refund. Whenever i am calling them they are just informing that they will update in 2 days.

        Looks like they are unwilling the provide the refund.

        i have bought mobile realme from flipkart and i have also taken protection plan now jeeves is not providing the services very bad customer services from jeeves
        jeeves is only making fool of customer plese dont take protection plan from flipkart, from 2 months i m calling to jeeves but no one is giving the resolution its fake company only making people hassel
        vary bad response from jeeves

                          We have purchased Vu 140 cm (55 inch) Ultra
                          HD (4K) LED Smart TV vide Flipkart site on 15th February 2020.

                          Also we purchased 2years extended Warranty from the date we purchased.

                          Now we are facing a problem with TV speaker. A noise irrupted in the speaker.

                            I m swati bopinwar i purchased online mobile through flip kart and purchase full mobile protection. Within two months only my phone fall down on tyles and mobile screen got damaged. I talked with customer care and they told me that send your phone to our customer care. I sent my phone to jeeves and also paid 1000 rs. On 2nd march they collected my phone which i will get back on 14th march. But today is 6th april but still i have not got my phone. I am totally disappoint with this faltu service. I want my phone as soon as possible i will complaint against you.

                                  I have purchased a redmi note 5 mobile from flipkart along with jeeves extended warranty and accident damage plan. Now since 1 and half months my phone is not working, i have raised my issue with jeeves team on 19th feb 2020 and following there instructions, first they said within 3 business days someone from jeeves will pickup the device and my device will get repaired and handover to me within 10 business day from that, but it took 5 days to pickup the device. Then on 10th business day when i had called they were like device is ready but we have kept for qc so it will be delayed 2 more business day. Then i called after 2 days then they are like device part is not received they need 2 more business day then after 2 days they asked me device part not received give us 5 business day. I am fed up of calling and hearing the same thing again and again. One more thing whenever i am calling now they are keeping me on hold for 15 mins and after fed up i had to cut the call.

Can anyone tel me whether I will get my cell phone back. Its almost 4 months I am following you. If you guys can't provide solution then why are you running the business.                                     This is to inform you that its been more than a month but still my service request is not complete. Your enginer visited three times at my place but unable to solve the issue.
                                    First time he visited and completed tge service without solving the issue, i again called your customer support regarding this.
                                    Secondl time he told me there is fault in one of the part and need to be replaced and will take around 10 days, but he did not show for 15 days. I again called customer care and directly to your enginer.
                                    Third time he told me that picture he clicked of the part was rejected from bangaluru office and he need to click picture again.
                                    Fourth time after 10 more days he told me that bangaluru office dispatched the wrong part and will take few more days to get it replaced.
                                    Fifth time now when i called you your customer service told me that their services are suspended because of covid-19.

                                    How pathetic is your services are ill never recomend any one for jeeves, local vendors are better than you.

                                      False information provided by jeeves customer care about repair of mobile and the same has been despatched to me without repair after 2 months, and that is when ranged jeeves care continuously for the past 2 months and followed through email. Very very very poor services.
                                      Company should fully refund the amount to customer.
                                      It is to inform you that a complaint under software hardware / liquid damage for redmi note 6 pro, was initiated on 20 jan 2020 by me afrom mobile number [protected] and the pick up was made on 21 jan 2020 by jeeves rep.
                                      Inspite of repeated request through email and phone calls to jeeves customer care very poor response has been received for the claim registered. And today when item i. E has been delivered to me in the evening and after opening packet, tried to switch on the mobile but after such a long await mobile still not working and doesn't seem to charge and getting restarted again and again only booting option.
                                      Screen shots alongwith alongwith way refrence bill received from service centre and jeeves care, a faulty device has been delivered to me. It is hereby requested to re-register claim for redmi note 6 pro repair and service or would kindly request for final replacement of the product from ur side.
