I have sent an email to jeeves on 20th june 2020 for which i did not receive any response till i called them twice to ask them to reply. I got the reply on 22 june stating the documents are not correct. I looped the vu team to give them the correct documents for which kishor service lead from vu promptly responded.
After receiving all the necessary documents, jeeves claims team has stopped responding.

I have sent them 6 emails but i am not receiving any response.

Please let me know the escalation matrix for the same

    Since 7 days i was following up with jeeves to register a complaint and service my tv which is still under extended warranty for 2 more years.

    Escalated 5 times in 7 days, still no response from them.
    Every time they are saying wait for 24 hrs, yours issue will be addressed.
    I am fed up with this service.

    I tried to escalate further but no luck.

    Since 5 days I was following up with jeeves to register a complaint and service my tv which is still under extended warranty for 2 more years.

    Escalated 9-10 times in 5 days, still no response from them. Technicians were assigned but they are denying to service my TV and some were not responding.
    Every time they are saying wait for 24 hrs, yours issue will be addressed.
    I am fed up with this service.

    I tool extended warranty of 2year for my mi tv.
    one line is coming on the screen for which i raised a complaint with jeeves.
    i raised this complaint (complaint number: cljp[protected]) on 4th nov and till now i might have made 10 to 15 calls to them, everytime they keep saying wait for 24 hours, trust me, believe me this time it will be resolved.
    But next day same story repeates. They said they have escalated to the concerned department but that also no use. and i requested for call back from their team multiple times, nothing helped me. Still my issue is in pending stage.
    Some times they tell that service person updated saying that he attended the service. but infact no one called me and no one came to service my product.
    This is frustating and irritating.
    Even after paying this much money, not getting the proper service.
    I dont understand where to complaint on this jeeves.

    next time i dont want to take any products on flipkart but this time how do i solve my problem with this jeeves?

      Hi all,

      Please help me in this fraudulent behavior by jeeves. I have taken 2 year extended warranty on my lg refrigerator, which apparently had issues with cooling.

      I raised a complaint on 17th june, and engineer surendra kumar came on 18th and found it to be an issue with gas leakage and since he is not trained on these types of issues, he wanted to escalate the ticket and called his supervisor for steps to follow. While doing that he mistakenly closed the ticket in error.

      I explained this multiple times that your service engineer "surender kumar" who came on 18th of june was not aware of how to forward the complaint, because he found it to be of a gas leakage case. He mistakenly closed the complaint instead of routing to correct department.

      He was apologizing like anything and requested me to again drop an email and he ill get it done on priority because it was his mistake. He left after that and i am facing the consequences of his mistake.

      I have made dozen of calls to customer care department and they simply say we have escalated the request and you will get a call shortly.

      Is this how consumer complaints are handled at jeeves.co.in?

      Please take an immediate action.

      Worst service provider. Don't know how Flipkart is allowing/utilizing it with such poor customer service.

      No service provided and it's more than a week of follow up.

        I raised a complaint for my vu tv on 12th june with jeeves as well as with flipkart as it was still within extended warranty period. The product was sold through flipkart along with third party extended warranty from jeeves which was protected by flipkart.

        I had to make a number of calls to arrange a technician visit. The technician (Raj kr sharma) visited on 16th june and after checking thoroughly, he told me that the tv cannot be repaired and therefore a refund will be issued as per the policy. He also told me that he will submit a report on 17th and therefore told me to contact jeeves customer service on 18th june to have further updates on the same.
        Now on 18th, i got another message that a new technician (Pankaj) is assigned for the tv. I called pankaj and told him that a visit already happened on 16th and also told him findings of mr raj mishra. On hearing this, pankaj cancelled the scheduled visit today and told me to get in touch with jeeves customer care for further update.
        I called jeeves customer care in the afternoon and i have been told that in few hours i will receive an email from jeeves regarding the refund. Later in the evening, i again contacted jeeves customer care, asking about the update to which customer care agent replied that he don't see any such status on their portal.

        It's already been 6 days since i made the first call to flipkart as well as the jeeves, and still i am nowhere near the solution. No one knows what's going on with my complaint, how this is going to be resolved and expected time for resolution. All agents, whether it is flipkart or jeeves have been delaying my complaint.

              I have opted for complete protection plan for our vu 50" led through your executive who will come at my place for installation of my tv. I have paid rs 2537.31 on 16th of jun but still i m not received any extended warranty certificate from your side... Kindly provide me the same on priority basis

                I have extended warranty for vu tv. I have claimed a repair service for it to jeeves on 14/06/2020 as it is not getting on. I have done the procedure for raising a claim request as told by jeeves customer service representative.
                I have sent an several email to jeeves on [protected]@jeeves.co.in from 14/06/2020 onwards with the invoice copy of tv and jeeves extended warranty invoice as told by customer service representative. But i haven't received any reply on mail and call from jeeves customer service. Pathetic service i have observed yet from jeeves. I have all the proof on mail, call record. Please resolve this issue asap as i am getting tired of this jeeves now.

                    I purchased a vu 4k tv last year with an extended 2-year warranty support from jeeves. Now i am facing some start-up issues, and they are not responding to emails or calls, kindly help me in the best way u can.
                    Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    It's been 3 days now, still no attempt from jeeves to communicate. I have already mailed them 5 times, and have tried more than 20 calls.

                      I've purchased livpure 1.5 ton 5 star split inverter ac by flipkart on 30.05.19, installation done by jeeves on 06.06.19
                      मैंने इंस्टालेशन के समय jeeves कंपनी द्वारा 2 साल की वारंटी एक्सटेंड करवाई थी।
                      मेरे ac में कूलिंग की problem आ रही है। कई बार jeeves कंपनी के कस्टमर care पर कॉल किया लेकिन कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिल रहा है।
                      अतः ac की सर्विस तुरंत करवाएं एवं customer care center का संचालन सुचारू रूप से करें जिससे कि customer को किसी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना करना न पड़े।

                        I bought a complete mobile protection from flipkart and the seller was jeeves consumer services. I am trying to claim mobile insurance but jeeves company is not giving services. Even they took 1500 extra from me and said 1st you need to pay 1500 extra than we will process your claim.

                        I paid 1500 extra to them but after that, they didn't respond and i called customer care, no but i didn't get proper satisfactory solution. And took money from me 1500+500=2000.

                        I called flipkart also for support, but same i didn't get any solution from them.

                          Hi Team my device is submitted to Jeeves service center 4 month ago I am still waiting my device to get delivered to me. I am daily writing a mail but no response from Jeeves, its really very irretating now. I spoke to customer care 3 weeks ago he told me devce is ready but he was not aware of that when they will delivered device to me. Can anyone tel me.

                          Hi Team,

                          I am still awaiting for my refund from Jeeves, A month ago they agreed that they are not able to repair my device and decided to refund 80% of price. They asked me my details and I provided all the details then no replay for a week then I mailed and asked they took 1 week of time but now its a month. Daily I am drafting them a mail and they only reply they don't have any response from concerned team. Total mail we have write to reaching 100. I am expecting them to take one week of time and finish of this.

                              I purchased vivo s1 pro (Jazzy blue, 128 gb).
                              Mobile on date 16 january 2020. Also i taken complete mobile protection 1 year plan.
                              Ome month ago my mobile display was breaked due to accident.

                              Yesterday, i visited vivo service centre at ahmednagar, maharashtra. I submitted my mobile in service centre. Plz guide for next procedure urjently for claim.

                              Many time and even mailed regarding the issue many times but i didn't get any reply.

                                  I purchased complete mobile protection plan for 1 year with my phone in jan'2020. Then my phone's screen damaged and i complained about it.\

                                  They ask for few pictures showing damage and other info which i provided same day. Few days later, received another email saying i have not given details so i provided again. Few days later 3rd email came saying i have not given details immediately followed by another email saying my claim is rejected because i did not provide the documents they ask in email.

                                  Now they are not answering phone and not replying to emails.

                                  I have all the details of email sent to them as well as call details as proof.

                                      I have purchase a TV from flip-kart on[protected] along with that i have purchased an 2 years of jeeves consumer service extended warranty now i have issue with that tv and its under extended warranty, i tried to contact jeeves consumer service many time and even mailed regarding the issue many times but i didn't get any reply from and they dont have one proper mail id or costumer care number after trying day together i got connected to costumer care they stared telling me to contact to other department . pls dont trust the jeeves consumer services they are a big fraud company.

                                        I bought a mobile from flipkart along with accidental damage protection given by Jeeves. On April 26 during lockdown my mobile fell down accidentally while attending a call. Since then the screen is not working and become dead. I tried to repair with realme service center but not avail as they asked me to pay rs 9500 for screen replacement and asked to check with Flipkart mobile protection vendor Jeeves for get it repair if i don't want to pay rs 9500. So i registered the complaint with Jeeves since i have taken the accidental damage protection and registered my complaint on 24th May 2020 and said i need to submit the document and damage details photo which i did over mail. I even called and followed up with customer care to acknowledge my mail with documents for which they said concernedteam is working on it and they will reply. To my surprise, after waiting for few days i got mail that final reminder to submit the document and immediately followed by another mail stating that the claim is rejected due to lack of document.

                                        I called their customer care again and queried about the same and said they didn't receive any document contrary to what was claimed by previous agent that concerned team checking on it. Then the agent said its because i am using hotmail they mail may not have reached them. With no choice i asked him to update my Gmail id and registered the new complaint again.

                                        This time i was swift to reply them with all the necessary documents and after two days got mail stating that the screen protector on my mobile front preventing the clear visibility of the screen damage, they asked to remove the screen protector and take the picture again and send, which i again did swiftly and replied to them over mail. After waiting for two days again i got mail stating final reminder to submit the document and immediately got the claim reject mail.

                                        Frustrated again called their customer care and patiently waited for half an hour to connect with an agent, when i asked about why my claim rejected he said document not submitted, when i asked about which document did i miss he said no has no details about it. Then i asked him to transfer the call again to some senior agent who informed that i am a valuable customer and disconnected the call without any further assurance. Pissed off again i called customer care and again i have start from zero. Then the agent put the call on hold to connect to some senior executive and disconnected my call. Again third time i tried to connect and started from zero that agent the put the call on hold and disconnected. Fourth time again tried and asked to connect to customer support manager for which the agent replied they don't have authority. I asked him again to connect to authorized person who can do it for which he again stated he don't have authority for that too, frustrated again i blamed and blasted their service to which he asked me to speak professionally to which i replied that you should first provide professional service and satisfactory customer service before expecting a customer to speak professionally. I requested him many times to connect to an customer service manager for which he refused stating he has no authority.

                                        He said he is escalating and will get a call back from the concerned team for which i am sure not going to happen as the same has been promised by other agents.

                                        As expected none from Jeeves called me for the resolution. They promised that some executive will call and update me with in 24 hours. Now its more than 24 hours.
