Hi all,
Please help me in this fraudulent behavior by jeeves. I have taken 2 year extended warranty on my lg refrigerator, which apparently had issues with cooling.
I raised a complaint on 17th june, and engineer surendra kumar came on 18th and found it to be an issue with gas leakage and since he is not trained on these types of issues, he wanted to escalate the ticket and called his supervisor for steps to follow. While doing that he mistakenly closed the ticket in error.
I explained this multiple times that your service engineer "surender kumar" who came on 18th of june was not aware of how to forward the complaint, because he found it to be of a gas leakage case. He mistakenly closed the complaint instead of routing to correct department.
He was apologizing like anything and requested me to again drop an email and he ill get it done on priority because it was his mistake. He left after that and i am facing the consequences of his mistake.
I have made dozen of calls to customer care department and they simply say we have escalated the request and you will get a call shortly.
Is this how consumer complaints are handled at jeeves.co.in?
Please take an immediate action.

Updated by Inderjeet_Kaur_Mann Worst service provider. Don't know how Flipkart is allowing/utilizing it with such poor customer service.
No service provided and it's more than a week of follow up.
Please assist.
But no response, as per my understanding, jeeves is Fraud company
