I have purchased led tv with extended warranty from jeeves through flipkart in june 2019.

After a period, my tv display got dull, upon then i have a raised a complaint to jeeves and they said that it is not repairable and suggested me with refund option.

I have accempted the agreement and then they picked my tv on july 21st 2020 but till now i dint get the refund yet.

Please help me out on this.

It seems it is purely irresponsible from jeeves/flipkart end end.

          Hi, I have extended warranty for my Vu TV, the serial number is 3TE40M18152901FDM433206. My VU television stopped working on from August 04, 2020. I called the customer service number[protected] and informed about it. The customer service executive informed me to send the extended warranty card and product invoice to the email address [protected]@jeeves.co.in and I emailed them on August 5, 2020.
          After two days I called the customer service and inquired about my complaint the customer service executive told me that the claim is not registered. I called several times and send an email to them but no action taken by them.
          I have been waiting for more than 10 days and my ticket is not registered as of today.

              From august 10th i have been waiting for installation process and everyday it has been changing and postponed without my approval because of techinician fault and now i have got updatesthat my installation with be on 13th august and not provided any information of technician.                   Hello team,

                  My self rohit kori and i reside at worli-mumbai,

                  This is with regards to product hisense smart tv i purchased from flip kart on[protected] and the product got delivered to me on expected date i. E[protected], however with regards to the installation i got the sms from jeeves stating (Case id - finh-dg8fd8-cjyd6d-u35flj-i4ejris) and installation will be completed on[protected] by 8.00 pm.

                  Since 2 days i have been chasing with customer service executive for the status of the engineer assign to fix my tv but till now i haven't received any confirmation regarding the same also they are only telling that we have forwarded to the back hand team and by eod it will be done.

                  None of the executive since yesterday has transferred my call to his senior manager to discuss the issue i called more than 8 times since yesterday, its been more than 48 hours and i am really disappointed with this terrible service, hence i request to please take action regarding the same as soon as possible.

                  Kindly do the needful asap

                    I claimed protection plan of "redmi k20 pro" on 12th june, on 13th june it was picked up by them.

                    I was assure that my phone (Blackout of screen and proximity sensor) will be repaired in 10 to 15 business days as per your policy.
                    I kept calling in that 10 to 15 days for updates but not received any proper response from them.

                    Every customer care executive told me to wait for 2 days or 48 hours
                    On 7th of july i received a call and asked to pay 1500 inr processing fees and for my id proof and invoice that was not there in earlier mail.

                    I agreed for that also, you told me that a payment link will be generated and will be sent to me by mail but not received till date.

                    After one month they are saying aadhar card is not valid please provide new documents. But in mail there are asking for aadhar card as id proof.

                      We purchased a microwave from ifb from flipkart on[protected] and purchased additional 2 years warranty along with it from jeeves flipkart, which is valid from[protected] to[protected].
                      When our microwave suddenly stopped working on[protected]. We called jeeves several times but didn’t get any response from them. Then we sent our 1st mail to jeeves support on[protected]. On getting no positive response we followed up on the same mail on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Even after that we didn’t receive any positive response from jeeves apart from “we are looking into it”.
                      Then we made a complaint in social media platform (Tweeter) to flipkart[protected] and followed up on it[protected] and[protected]. Even then we didn’t get any positive response. Finally, after being chasing flipkart and jeeves for more than a month we called ifb and got it repaired for ₹2500 (₹2150 repair charge+₹350 technician charge) by paying from our own pocket despite having warranty.
                      Finally today on[protected], we got a call from flipkart saying we are working kn your complaint please provide us some more details and time.

                          I have complaint to jeevs about led tv 43 inch. They jeevs service took my led tv for repair on 2/2/2022 now the date is 15/3/2022 they didnt get my led back. I called to customer care but they are telling 2 days 3 days but didnt responding. Iam thinking its fraud..

                            I bought complete mobile protection with my phone of jeeves which cover any damage related to phone. So on july 21st i had registered to claim the insurance but somehow from jeeves end they couldn't registered my complaints completely. Regarding this i have call complaint numerous times and got no positive response from jeeves it's been almost 16-17 days now. They are not registering my insurance claim. I hope consumer complaints solve my problem. Thank you.

                              Hi, my name is dr. Abinash pati. I registered a claim for my black shark 2 on[protected]. My plan was valid till[protected]. My device was picked up for repair on[protected] and was to be delivered back to me in 10-15 working days. Now it’s been 23 days and all the executives say is wait for 5 days over and over again. I don’t know what is wrong with my phone as my issue to begin with was just a faulty speaker. I didn’t get any help from jeeves support. I am hence seeking help here.

                                I have bought washing machine in 2017 with extended warranty support from flipkart. It stopped working on june 15th 2020. I have been following up with jeeves consumer support from past 1.5 months and no one is properly responding to my ticket. They have told that they have ordered for lg parts "mother board" and "pressure switch" and will repair my washing machine once the parts reach their ware house. When i followed up again, they said the ticket itself has been put into cancelled state without any reason.

                                This company is doing fraud and has wasted my time and money. Please request you to follow up on this ticket and get my appliance repaired.

                                  Jeeves is rejecting my claims even after charging the access fee from me. Now they're being registering my claim, not they're refunding my money. It's pathetic to know that these insurance companies are cheating and scamming innocent customers. I had purchased jeeves 1 year complete mobile protection (499rs) on 21st december 2019 along with my realme x2 phone. My phone had an accidental damage in march 2020 so i reached to jeeves in order to get the resolution. They asked for 500 as excess fees. I paid it. Then they suddenly rejected my claim and denied to refund my money. It's been 4 month i've been in constant touch with flipkart as well as jeeves but they're giving me useless updates. I'm feeling cheated and scammed.

                                    I took this complete mobile protection plan so i filled a claim with jeeves and paid them the fees they asked for about 2 and half months back till now my device is not even picked up for repair and when i called them today they say my claim is rejected

                                      On 02.06.2020 my phone not detecting sim network, which already i confrim with your customer service[protected] & your customer care confirm that the phone was retutrn within 15 days. you person arrange pick up from Blue dart on 30.06.2020 against AWB No. [protected] & same phone reached in your noida centre on 03.07.2020.

                                      As per your return policy phone should dispatched from you within 15 days, but now already 15 days over but i not received my phone.

                                      i severally calling with your customer care number, but they not get me proper answer with solution.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I have bought an ac from flipkart and suffering a lot since 5 days after installation done from jeeves.

                                        The local partner here in dhanbad is not at all supportive and i am suffering from the start day.

                                        Today again they are saying that they need time till tomorrow for gas refilling.

                                        I need the solution today otherwise i will cancel the order from flipkart and will write a worse feedback abt flipkart and jeeves both.

                                        I need solution today.. I cannot wait anymore. I have waited for 5 days.
