I have complain to repair my mi led tv from 09 july 2020 but they give reply part is not available. When i call customer care they tell it will get 2 to 3 month to repair. I think it's a fraud company and not have any support system

I have complaint to jeevs about led tv 43 inch. They jeevs service took my led tv for repair on 2/2/2022 now the date is 15/3/2022 they didnt get my led back. I called to customer care but they are telling 2 days 3 days but didnt responding. Iam thinking its fraud..

    I bought complete mobile protection with my phone of jeeves which cover any damage related to phone. So on july 21st i had registered to claim the insurance but somehow from jeeves end they couldn't registered my complaints completely. Regarding this i have call complaint numerous times and got no positive response from jeeves it's been almost 16-17 days now. They are not registering my insurance claim. I hope consumer complaints solve my problem. Thank you.

      Hi, my name is dr. Abinash pati. I registered a claim for my black shark 2 on[protected]. My plan was valid till[protected]. My device was picked up for repair on[protected] and was to be delivered back to me in 10-15 working days. Now it’s been 23 days and all the executives say is wait for 5 days over and over again. I don’t know what is wrong with my phone as my issue to begin with was just a faulty speaker. I didn’t get any help from jeeves support. I am hence seeking help here.

        I have bought washing machine in 2017 with extended warranty support from flipkart. It stopped working on june 15th 2020. I have been following up with jeeves consumer support from past 1.5 months and no one is properly responding to my ticket. They have told that they have ordered for lg parts "mother board" and "pressure switch" and will repair my washing machine once the parts reach their ware house. When i followed up again, they said the ticket itself has been put into cancelled state without any reason.

        This company is doing fraud and has wasted my time and money. Please request you to follow up on this ticket and get my appliance repaired.

          Jeeves is rejecting my claims even after charging the access fee from me. Now they're being registering my claim, not they're refunding my money. It's pathetic to know that these insurance companies are cheating and scamming innocent customers. I had purchased jeeves 1 year complete mobile protection (499rs) on 21st december 2019 along with my realme x2 phone. My phone had an accidental damage in march 2020 so i reached to jeeves in order to get the resolution. They asked for 500 as excess fees. I paid it. Then they suddenly rejected my claim and denied to refund my money. It's been 4 month i've been in constant touch with flipkart as well as jeeves but they're giving me useless updates. I'm feeling cheated and scammed.

            I took this complete mobile protection plan so i filled a claim with jeeves and paid them the fees they asked for about 2 and half months back till now my device is not even picked up for repair and when i called them today they say my claim is rejected

              On 02.06.2020 my phone not detecting sim network, which already i confrim with your customer service[protected] & your customer care confirm that the phone was retutrn within 15 days. you person arrange pick up from Blue dart on 30.06.2020 against AWB No. [protected] & same phone reached in your noida centre on 03.07.2020.

              As per your return policy phone should dispatched from you within 15 days, but now already 15 days over but i not received my phone.

              i severally calling with your customer care number, but they not get me proper answer with solution.

                Dear team,

                I have bought an ac from flipkart and suffering a lot since 5 days after installation done from jeeves.

                The local partner here in dhanbad is not at all supportive and i am suffering from the start day.

                Today again they are saying that they need time till tomorrow for gas refilling.

                I need the solution today otherwise i will cancel the order from flipkart and will write a worse feedback abt flipkart and jeeves both.

                I need solution today.. I cannot wait anymore. I have waited for 5 days.

                  This is sakthivel saathappan i am having mobile protection (Policy no jppoffk2243565) from jeeves company bought through flipkart purchased on aug 12, 2019

                  I have given mobile for service on 2nd of july 2020 through bluedart tracking id [protected], service was done and returned through ecom tracking id [protected] on 9th of july and it returned due to poor service by ecom your delivery partner on 17th of july. And they haven't attempted to deliver the parcel they have kept for almost 8 days.

                  Still the mobile lying in jeeves customer care facility. I have been calling frequently to get an update from 10 of july. But there was no proper response or update, every customer care representative has an ready made answer to wait for two or five business days. And i have waited for almost one month without mobile.

                  If the mobile got lost or damaged due to improper handling by jeeves or ecom. I can assume this might be the reason not delivery or giving any proper response for 1 month. Kindly send the replacement for mobile.

                    Last time i raise the refund but refund was rejected due to fake visit (No technician visit). By the jeevas now jeevas customer care very unresponsible he didn't know what is the actual going. Mr saya kumar fake visit to customer and technician mobile no off. So take it seriously i want my refund at any cost if not than this concern will forwarded to upper level. All the evedancy are available

                    Today Mr Mantu Kumar Visited the site and he found that the battery is draining during the camera test the battery is draining 14% in 20 mints and he also told me if the 20 % battery drain in 20 mints than you got the resolution I want to ask from Jeevas team the 14 % battery is draining in 20 mints it means battery capacity is good . No one told about battery capacity is good .And during heating issue if the mobile heats up to 50 per than it will the issue. Bad experience from Jeevas.

                      I bought a new vu tv on flipkart and got extended warranty till 2022. Now last month it stopped working, i called customer support. Technician came and apply for the part, furthur no action was taken, after 10 days i called again at jeeves, they said the part had delivered. Technician came after 3 days with a part but the part was not same. He installed but as i doubted it did not work. Technician bijender called the service provider, they decided to change another time. Now i do not believe that they will send the genuin part. I called to jeeves customer care, the suggest to mail for replace the product with a new piece. Now i am waiting for response but there is no mail or cali.

                          Hi, i am only receiving general mails from your auto-generated system.

                          I actually want to know what is the status of my claim it's almost 1 months 10 days and every time i receive a revert that we will get back to you... Will get back to you and so on. I am tired of calling your customer care service centre and there is no response from them and request you to kindly update on my claim status as soon as possible as this is becoming a painful and frustrating situation for me.

                            I purchased a vu television in october 2018, from flipkart. The installation was done by guys from jeeves.

                            At the time of installation they suggested to me of their extended warranty service for 2 additional years and i paid them immediately, for which i received an online invoice.

                            The television started having some problems in start of may, since there was a nationwide lockdown they said that they will be able to work on the issue after lockdown is lifted. Which i agreed to as i understood that this is practical and waited.

                            Now they are coming up with all kind of excuses that the numbers don't match on the invoice etc. I have no clue about what's happening since the product invoice was provided by flipkart and warranty invoice was provided by jeeves. If there is a mismatch then it is their fault which i am not aware of.

                            I have read numerous issues online where they haven't been providing appropriate resolution to customers which makes me believe that this is a planned way of how they work.

                                    My VU TV is not working since 13 Jul 20. Since, it was in extended warranty, so I contacted Jeeves for the same. Today is 30 Jul 20, still no response. Escalated the issue through flipkart as well. They're (Jeeves) continuosly saying that they will send an engineer within 48hours. Still no action.
                                    My claim ID at JEEVES is CLJP[protected].

                                    Additionally, Sumesh Nair from Jeeves promised through email that they'll send a representative on 25 Jul 20. Still no response.

                                      I bought a led tv and installation got done but having sound issue after 2 days. I am eligible for refund within 10 days in case of manufacturing fault.
                                      Jeeves engineer came twice and found manufacturing fault and also he mentioned in job sheet.
                                      But there is girl named sadhna at meerut jeeves service centre mohanpuri, she called me started shouting at me and said that get your led repair we will change the speaker or i will cancel the service request.

                                      Now i am struggling with led return process and she said i cancelled your ticket and i will not give you return.
