I have complaint regarding my mi tv after many call and email they have register complain and provide case id -:mobile no-:[protected]
Caseid -:0g9ewnosc[protected]. Now 18days gone but not getting any update and many email but not get a single reply

i have complaint mi tv for repair but jeeves not take any action to repair when i call or mail they say we have escalate you complain last 10 days but issue as it's persist

    Jeeves was not able to fix the issue, this issue is going on for a year. Finally they said that they cannot fix and they will replace the part. After 45 days without any notification i received an email stating that they have initiated the refund.
    I emailed them asking for the details, as they have deducted about 50 % of the product value in the estimation email.

    they did not respond to that email, instead they sent email mentioning, "As discussed please provide us the account information.

    i replied them as no one called me then how do you mention as As discussed.

    after that its been more than a week without any email response or call from Jeeves.

    i called Jeeves customer service, they are saying that they cancelled the ticket because i did not pick the call. i remember missing 1 call cant they try calling me again the same day or till now no calls after that. I have given them 2 numbers.

    Can they provide me the call recordings where i accepted for their 50 % deduction.

    How can they send incorrect information and also not even a single reply from them for more than a week.

    Can someone look into it and assist me on this. .

      More than 2 months since mobile sent for repairs, still not returned.

      Whenever you call their toll free numbers they will always say that they will escalate the matter further to their backend team, still no results.
      When they have no answer they say that they will arrange a call back from backend team in 24 hrs, i have not received any call back from their back end team in the last 2 months.

      No proper revert on the mails also.

        My TV having 2 years extended warranty from Jeeves, details as below and as of now service not done from the Jeeves and same request claim also, they agreed and mail given as in progress as enclosed for your reference

        Enclosed mail conversation from Jeeves company, they confirmed your claim in progress on 06th July 2020 but as of now not done.

        Everyday I was called to Jeeves Team and conversation with their team lead also, her name Ms./Mrs. Nidha also but no proper response.
        First they confirmed resolution date on 03rd July 2020, next again promised to me on 18th July 2020. But till now no response from them.

        At Least jeeves team not communicating the Brand factory for delivery of the product, their end no updation of the product also. Every day asking 48 Hrs time for getting Courier docket number and service updation.

        Dear Consumer Team, no need service from Jeeves team and no patience from my end getting service from their end.already 54 days completed but service not done.

        Find enclosed below documents for your ready reference

        2) Flipkart Purchased Invoice
        3) Response from Jeeves for claim on 06th July 2020

        In case any call record required from my end, will provide with you, almost 70 calls done from my end to both executives and team lead also.

          My redmi note 7 mobile has accidentally slipped out of my hand aside a result the screen and the camera are broken. As i have complete mobile protection plan which i have bought through flipkart from jeeves, i claimed for it on 2nd of june and i paid the processing fee of rs.500/- which they have asked for. The devidence had been picked up on 9th of june and got a message from jeeves too. But there was no response from jeeves after 20 days as it is their company policy to hand over the mobile within 20 days of period. When i contacted them, they said that the service has been completed on 29th of june and will be dispatched and had given me an awb number (Tracking number). When i tracked down the package the status is same for all the 15days initially that the shipment is not ready/shipment is not handed over. When i contacted the ecom express the delivery partner they said the service centre has not physically handed over the shipment to them. After hell out of tries when i contacted the service centre which is f1 info solutions they were saying that they don't have the mobile. I was shocked and contacted the jeeves again they said that they have escalated the issue and will be reached out through their backend team. But i never got a call from them. I have been constantly contacting jeeves from 1st july the answer was the same and my issue is never resolved. Today is 26th july it's almost 47days and yet i didn't n't got my mobile and receiving the same answer. Please help me out @[protected]/[protected]@gmail.com

            My tv having extended warranty with jeeves (Flipkart), they have confirmed me on 19 july 2020 that i will get 80%refund as tv is not reparable once old tv is picked up in 48 hr, but till now no one has picked up old tvand from last 5 days i am getting same reply that it will be picked in next 48 hr nor they are processing amt

              Claimed an complete one year complete mobile protection policy on16th June 2020, pickup complete on 17th june 2020, product delivered to your authorised service center on 22nd june 2020. Today is 25th july2020 No update from Jeeves, no a mail. not even a single sms. Every time I called they all talked same words. "give us 5-6 business days our concern team will update you". No update from Jeeves, Register an issue on flipcart but they were unable to provide any information about this.
              There was no update about this delay, and no specific date on which I'll get my mobile phone back.
              I think it's fraud company which is supported by flipcart.

                "i was asking jeeves extended warranty team to confirm the refund amount i. E 21499 rs. For tv + 1725 rs. For jeeves extended warranty amount. I. E. Total amount = 23224 rs. At the earliest" so that i can provide bank passbook or cancelled cheque to proceed further.

                As i am not satisfied with the provided "depreciated amount" i. E 15049 rs., because issue mentioned by jeeves is totally wrong. Issue is in the "pcb" of tv and not in the "pannel" of tv as jeeves mentioned.

                "but i haven't received any update from jeeves even after asking number of times on mails and on calls". This is really disgusting and pathetic service from jeeves.

                        I brought iFFALCON AC from flipkart and its delivered on 29 th june and Service activated on very next day. But the installation and demo for the product not yet done. I ddint yet get a call from service team. In between 4 times i am contacted the flipkart customer service two time they escalated the issue, but not yet my problem was solved. What the hell is this, very pathentic service are the team proving, i am very disappointed. How can i trusted this such kind of a service team if my product need service and repair.

                          I am utterly disappointed the service provided during my complete mobile protection claim. my phone was picked up by courier on 5th of june and was delivered at your service centre on 8th june. I am still waiting for my phone gets repaired.

                          But, that’s not the real problem; the problem is this company’s customer service. I daily called at it's customer care to know my phone’s repair status but i never got any satisfactory answer from any of their employees, since last 47 days. They even don’t know what is going on with my phone at your service centre. They, daily reply me “your request has been escalated to our backend team and you will get a phone call within 48 hrs”. But i never got a call from back end team. I asked to talk with their supervisor or manager but i never get contacted. They don’t have any contact with repair technician, really i don’t know how this customer care is running.

                          I called flipkart as well to resolve my issue because i am a regular customer of flipkart and trust flipkart. But what i heard from them is “we are not responsible for whatever is going on in jeeves”.

                          I don’t know what i do, where i escalate my issue, what’s going on with my phone. Jeeves claims 10 days guaranteed repair.

                          I hope jeeves will try to improve it's customer service. If jeeves can't repair my phone then replace and send me new phone as soon as possible.

                          Return my phone asap. This is the limit.Or else i'm suing the company. You have no idea how viral i can get this issue and the fraud you all are pulling here. And if the phone isn't returned back in the same condition as it was sent, consider yourself in jail time.

                              Hi Team,

                              I am facing my washing machine issue from the last 7 to 8 months. I am still awaiting for the part replacement. Now my patience has been over now. Guys had been visited 3 to 4 times with the same wrong part again and again. Now they are telling, IFB is not making this part so that why they are sending this improper part. This is a very disgusting situation, they wanted to complete this extended warranty period though this.

                              Now I am coming with the final solution as per your company policy if you TAT will be failed then Jeeves will issue An EGV of sum assured.

                              Request you to please initiate a refund process and take my machine back as I am very frustrated with this kind of service where your executive and service center is not supporting.

                              Please confirm on this at the earliest, so I will be ready for the next course of action.

                                  It’s been over 45 days and I still haven’t received my phone.

                                  My phone is asus zenfone max m2 pro

                                  Firstly I filed for a claim on the 20th which got processed on the 1st or 2nd of June and then I dropped my phone on the 2nd of June and the only update I got from the companies end was that there was a mess up with the claim to confirm my phone’s model number.

                                  My claim was delayed and then my phone hasn’t been sent to the service centre back.

                                  My phone is ASUS zenfone max M2.
                                  I haven’t received any update as to where my phone is and what is going on. Nor I’m unable to connect through the customer care number.

                                  Neither the service centre nor the customer care as any clue about and my status of the phone.

                                  I have called more than 80+ times in the last35 days and THIS IS HARASSMENT AND MY PHONE IS STILL SHOWING PENDINNG IN SERVICE

                                  I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE PLEASE CALL OR ELSE I WILL FILE A CASE.

                                  This is not fair I need a call from your end to resolve this matter this is really not fair.

                                  Please either return the phone with the appropriate amount of 40% of the value or else the phone repaired.

                                  THIS IS MY 4th or 5th mail for my grievance.

                                    I wanted to file my claim and today is the last day. It is showing that the claim is valid till 17 july 2020 but i am not able to claim it. I talked to customer representative but the experience was soo pathetic i cant even explain there was no humenly talk it was like talking to a computer repeating the same thing.today is the last day to register claim and they are saying your policy has expired but technically it is not. I want to avail my claim Any how I will be going o review you so badly and will be definitely taking legal actions against you

                                      I had bought this scam insurance from scam company jeeves consumer services private limited on 5th of june 2019 along with purchasing an mobile phone xiaomi red mi note 7s worth rupees 11000/-.
                                      On 21st of march 2020 my device fell & broke so my insurance cover was still on so i filled a claim with jeeves consumer services private limited, from calling their customer care number[protected].
                                      My claim was registered on 23rd of march after paying 500re as per their request (Though it is not mentioned any where before, lost more 500re).
                                      After calling their customer care hundred of times i used to get same reply that your device will be picked up soon in 3-4 business days. Though my mere luck my device was finally picked up on 26th of june 2020, although for weeks i hadn't got any mail or message regarding successful pickup of device.
                                      As per jeeves consumer services private limited t&c they have breached all their sla & i am liable for token of apology which they are refusing.
                                      Also today on 16th july 2020 marks 117 days since my claim has been registered my device hasn't still reached me yet also no status update, no communication from jeeves consumer services private limited. I think my device will take a month more to reach till my address that to not sure the device will work or not.
                                      If you could kindly help me procuring my device back as i have been using someone else mobile since 4 months, & toa is definitely expected from jeeves consumer services private limited in the form of electronic gift voucher for this mental harassment.

                                        Now i have logged a request for an extended warranty cancellation and refund my rs 1990/- on 21st jun, despite of several mails/calls till now jeeves not refunded my amount, customer care is worst, no solution from jeeves, i hope through this i will get solution.
