This is sakthivel saathappan i am having mobile protection (Policy no jppoffk2243565) from jeeves company bought through flipkart purchased on aug 12, 2019

I have given mobile for service on 2nd of july 2020 through bluedart tracking id [protected], service was done and returned through ecom tracking id [protected] on 9th of july and it returned due to poor service by ecom your delivery partner on 17th of july. And they haven't attempted to deliver the parcel they have kept for almost 8 days.

Still the mobile lying in jeeves customer care facility. I have been calling frequently to get an update from 10 of july. But there was no proper response or update, every customer care representative has an ready made answer to wait for two or five business days. And i have waited for almost one month without mobile.

If the mobile got lost or damaged due to improper handling by jeeves or ecom. I can assume this might be the reason not delivery or giving any proper response for 1 month. Kindly send the replacement for mobile.

    Last time i raise the refund but refund was rejected due to fake visit (No technician visit). By the jeevas now jeevas customer care very unresponsible he didn't know what is the actual going. Mr saya kumar fake visit to customer and technician mobile no off. So take it seriously i want my refund at any cost if not than this concern will forwarded to upper level. All the evedancy are available

    When the technician visit the address what is the timing?
    Note i didn't got any technician rescheduled massage than how he visit the address today and where give the appropriate place?

    This is fraud company doing with the customer today is my last day of refund / replacement the product in 2gud.com and the company this type of working doing and jeevas customer care didn't now anything

    Today Mr Mantu Kumar Visited the site and he found that the battery is draining during the camera test the battery is draining 14% in 20 mints and he also told me if the 20 % battery drain in 20 mints than you got the resolution I want to ask from Jeevas team the 14 % battery is draining in 20 mints it means battery capacity is good . No one told about battery capacity is good .And during heating issue if the mobile heats up to 50 per than it will the issue. Bad experience from Jeevas.

      I bought a new vu tv on flipkart and got extended warranty till 2022. Now last month it stopped working, i called customer support. Technician came and apply for the part, furthur no action was taken, after 10 days i called again at jeeves, they said the part had delivered. Technician came after 3 days with a part but the part was not same. He installed but as i doubted it did not work. Technician bijender called the service provider, they decided to change another time. Now i do not believe that they will send the genuin part. I called to jeeves customer care, the suggest to mail for replace the product with a new piece. Now i am waiting for response but there is no mail or cali.

        Mobile phone submitted under warranty on 21st june, till date i have not received my mobile even after complaining again and again.

        5 reminder mail sent on escalation id, still no response
        Every alternate day i am calling and same response from customer care representative... Give me one business day we will resolve...

          Hi, i am only receiving general mails from your auto-generated system.

          I actually want to know what is the status of my claim it's almost 1 months 10 days and every time i receive a revert that we will get back to you... Will get back to you and so on. I am tired of calling your customer care service centre and there is no response from them and request you to kindly update on my claim status as soon as possible as this is becoming a painful and frustrating situation for me.

            I purchased a vu television in october 2018, from flipkart. The installation was done by guys from jeeves.

            At the time of installation they suggested to me of their extended warranty service for 2 additional years and i paid them immediately, for which i received an online invoice.

            The television started having some problems in start of may, since there was a nationwide lockdown they said that they will be able to work on the issue after lockdown is lifted. Which i agreed to as i understood that this is practical and waited.

            Now they are coming up with all kind of excuses that the numbers don't match on the invoice etc. I have no clue about what's happening since the product invoice was provided by flipkart and warranty invoice was provided by jeeves. If there is a mismatch then it is their fault which i am not aware of.

            I have read numerous issues online where they haven't been providing appropriate resolution to customers which makes me believe that this is a planned way of how they work.

              I was purchase vu tv in 27 jun by flipkart but not purchase extended warranty then installation time 30 juni have purchased 2 year extended warranty by our company. Then after 1day tv problem observed & tv return by flipkart refunded my money but extended warranty money not received plz feedback

                I ordereda vu tv. The installation has not been done by jeeves and i am getting only reschedule dates. Please install my tv as soon as possible.

                    My VU TV is not working since 13 Jul 20. Since, it was in extended warranty, so I contacted Jeeves for the same. Today is 30 Jul 20, still no response. Escalated the issue through flipkart as well. They're (Jeeves) continuosly saying that they will send an engineer within 48hours. Still no action.
                    My claim ID at JEEVES is CLJP[protected].

                    Additionally, Sumesh Nair from Jeeves promised through email that they'll send a representative on 25 Jul 20. Still no response.

                      I bought a led tv and installation got done but having sound issue after 2 days. I am eligible for refund within 10 days in case of manufacturing fault.
                      Jeeves engineer came twice and found manufacturing fault and also he mentioned in job sheet.
                      But there is girl named sadhna at meerut jeeves service centre mohanpuri, she called me started shouting at me and said that get your led repair we will change the speaker or i will cancel the service request.

                      Now i am struggling with led return process and she said i cancelled your ticket and i will not give you return.

                      Why sadhna cancelled my ticket and who is she to process my retun or cancel as i am eligible for it as per flipkart policy.

                          Jeeves was not able to fix the issue, this issue is going on for a year. Finally they said that they cannot fix and they will replace the part. After 45 days without any notification i received an email stating that they have initiated the refund.
                          I emailed them asking for the details, as they have deducted about 50 % of the product value in the estimation email.

                          they did not respond to that email, instead they sent email mentioning, "As discussed please provide us the account information.

                          i replied them as no one called me then how do you mention as As discussed.

                          after that its been more than a week without any email response or call from Jeeves.

                          i called Jeeves customer service, they are saying that they cancelled the ticket because i did not pick the call. i remember missing 1 call cant they try calling me again the same day or till now no calls after that. I have given them 2 numbers.

                          Can they provide me the call recordings where i accepted for their 50 % deduction.

                          How can they send incorrect information and also not even a single reply from them for more than a week.

                          Can someone look into it and assist me on this. .

                            More than 2 months since mobile sent for repairs, still not returned.

                            Whenever you call their toll free numbers they will always say that they will escalate the matter further to their backend team, still no results.
                            When they have no answer they say that they will arrange a call back from backend team in 24 hrs, i have not received any call back from their back end team in the last 2 months.

                            No proper revert on the mails also.

                              Everyday I was called to Jeeves Team and conversation with their team lead also, her name Ms./Mrs. Nidha also but no proper response.
                              First they confirmed resolution date on 03rd July 2020, next again promised to me on 18th July 2020. But till now no response from them.

                              At Least jeeves team not communicating the Brand factory for delivery of the product, their end no updation of the product also. Every day asking 48 Hrs time for getting Courier docket number and service updation.

                              Dear Consumer Team, no need service from Jeeves team and no patience from my end getting service from their end.already 54 days completed but service not done.

                              Find enclosed below documents for your ready reference

                              1) Jeeves Extended Invoice
                              2) Flipkart Purchased Invoice
                              3) Response from Jeeves for claim on 06th July 2020

                              In case any call record required from my end, will provide with you, almost 70 calls done from my end to both executives and team lead also.

                                My redmi note 7 mobile has accidentally slipped out of my hand aside a result the screen and the camera are broken. As i have complete mobile protection plan which i have bought through flipkart from jeeves, i claimed for it on 2nd of june and i paid the processing fee of rs.500/- which they have asked for. The devidence had been picked up on 9th of june and got a message from jeeves too. But there was no response from jeeves after 20 days as it is their company policy to hand over the mobile within 20 days of period. When i contacted them, they said that the service has been completed on 29th of june and will be dispatched and had given me an awb number (Tracking number). When i tracked down the package the status is same for all the 15days initially that the shipment is not ready/shipment is not handed over. When i contacted the ecom express the delivery partner they said the service centre has not physically handed over the shipment to them. After hell out of tries when i contacted the service centre which is f1 info solutions they were saying that they don't have the mobile. I was shocked and contacted the jeeves again they said that they have escalated the issue and will be reached out through their backend team. But i never got a call from them. I have been constantly contacting jeeves from 1st july the answer was the same and my issue is never resolved. Today is 26th july it's almost 47days and yet i didn't n't got my mobile and receiving the same answer. Please help me out @[protected]/[protected]@gmail.com

                                  My tv having extended warranty with jeeves (Flipkart), they have confirmed me on 19 july 2020 that i will get 80%refund as tv is not reparable once old tv is picked up in 48 hr, but till now no one has picked up old tvand from last 5 days i am getting same reply that it will be picked in next 48 hr nor they are processing amt

                                    Claimed an complete one year complete mobile protection policy on16th June 2020, pickup complete on 17th june 2020, product delivered to your authorised service center on 22nd june 2020. Today is 25th july2020 No update from Jeeves, no a mail. not even a single sms. Every time I called they all talked same words. "give us 5-6 business days our concern team will update you". No update from Jeeves, Register an issue on flipcart but they were unable to provide any information about this.
                                    There was no update about this delay, and no specific date on which I'll get my mobile phone back.
                                    I think it's fraud company which is supported by flipcart.

                                      "i was asking jeeves extended warranty team to confirm the refund amount i. E 21499 rs. For tv + 1725 rs. For jeeves extended warranty amount. I. E. Total amount = 23224 rs. At the earliest" so that i can provide bank passbook or cancelled cheque to proceed further.

                                      As i am not satisfied with the provided "depreciated amount" i. E 15049 rs., because issue mentioned by jeeves is totally wrong. Issue is in the "pcb" of tv and not in the "pannel" of tv as jeeves mentioned.

                                      "but i haven't received any update from jeeves even after asking number of times on mails and on calls". This is really disgusting and pathetic service from jeeves.
