I initially registered a complaint on Feb 14th regarding my AC not working properly. An engineer was assigned for that and the problem found to be gas leakage. The problem was fixed by Engineer on Feb 23rd. Post which it was working properly for 15 days. Since the lockdown was announced, we have to move to my relative house nearby for almost 40 days. When I came back on Apr 1st week, the Ac was not working properly. I tried registering a complaint at once but due to current COVID 19 situation, I'm unable to register complaint. At last I registered a complaint on May 4th. It's been almost 20 days since the complaint was registered. The problem was not resolved yet. Though it is the situation of COVID19, the essential services needs to be working...
Also it is a mistake from JeevesTeam. The same problem was raised 3 months back and it was resolved by service engineer in the month of February only... With in 3 months the problem occur again coz the problem was not resolved properly.
As per the police of 90 days warranty, it is a mistake.
