I had purchased an asus brand mobile handset with the following details: asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black, 64 gb) 1. [imei/serial no: [protected], [protected] i bought an 'accidental damage protection plans' from 'jeeves' as well along with the purchase of mobile handset which would be valid after the expiry of brand warranty and is meant to be valid for a period of one year. I had an accident in which my mobile screen was damaged....

This is a horrible experience i am having from jeeves. They were suppose to install my dining table on 31st march and now it’s 2nd april, teacnician did come, upon calling he said he will come tomorrow. I called again, a child picked up the call and gave me a different number i called that different number and no one responded. I am seriously done with jeeves services. I had to call flipkart for this. I want my table installation done today....

My policy number is JPPOFFK658390, i had given the phone to repair on 12th Feb 2018 and have not recieved it back yet. It has been more than 2 months now and I am not getting an update from them. Purchased mitashi ac @ jan 18 but only after one year on 30th march 2019 i started it, its not working anymore.
After one hours of operation it's not chilling anymore
Compressor also running but no cooling in room.
Also in turbo mode nothing is happening.
Mitashi ac are not so good.

We bought a tv with extended warranty with jeeves, the warranty is till 2020, now i am having issue with the jeeves as they have not replaced or solved the issue with the tv for more than a week, when we contacted the toll free we are not getting proper answer and as confirmed by there technician replacement for tv display is not yet done.
