I have not received the refund amount yet, it been more than 3 weeks still not received the refund amount. I have given them the account number and they have transfer amount to the wrong number, so now i have given the updated account number, they always say backend team will call you back and i am waiting since 3 weeks still not received the call.
When i call the customer care, they say we don't have any access, backend team will call you, and when i say transfer call to the senior, they will put your call on hold for 40 minutes, then get back to you and say senior is busy.

    So sir i tell you everything thing in brief.
    १ महीने पहले मैंने flipkart से एक फ़ोन ख़रीदा था। जिसका दाम कुल 8999 है। तो मुझे उसके display में कुछ प्रॉब्लम आ रही थी तो मैंने रिटर्न फाइल की पहली बार में अनलोगो ने कहा कि tech visit होगा। पहली बार तो कोई आया ही नहीं बस एक कॉल आया एक लड़के से और कहा कि कुछ photos वॉट्सएप पर भेज दीजिए तो मैंने उनका विश्वास करके दे दिया पर उन्होंने वह रिटर्न रिजेक्ट कर दी। मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट को बोला भी। तो उन्होंने सिवाय apology के कुछ और ना कर सके। और दोबारा रिटर्न फाइल की। दूसरी बार उस आदमी ने किसी और को भेजा था। वह आया और फोन की कुछ तस्वीरें लेके चला गया और बोले ठीक है आपका काम हो जाएगा। लेकिन अब भी रिजेक्ट हो गया। बार तीसरी बारी आयी तो क़रीब 17 मिनट्स उसी पहले आदमी ने बात कि और बोला अंत में कि कुछ पैसे देने पड़ेंगे तभी जो है काम होगा वरना नहीं। तो मैंने रिष्वत देने से साफ़ मना कर दिया और फ्लिपकार्ट को भी बता दिया। लेकिन चौथी बार तो हद्द हो गई जब उसने धमकी दी और बोला के पैसे दोगे तभी होगा वरना नहीं जाओ जो कर सकते हो करलेना मैंने पूरी बार कंप्लेंट में बताई फ्लिपकार्ट को तो उन्होंने कहा कि अब कोई परेशान नहीं करेगा आप निश्चिंत रहें। लेकिन अब पानी सर के ऊपर से जा चुका है। कुछ मदद करे please। और हमेशा वह लोग 8 बजे या 8 बजे के बाद ही भेजते है अब बताईए यह भी कोई टाइम है भला।
    आज 1 महीना होने को है लेकिन फिर भी जो है फोन अब तक रिटर्न नहीं हुआ। इसका दोष सिर्फ में jeeves में काम कर रहे कुछ कामचोर और घूसखोर लोगो को देने चाहता हूं।

    उस घुसखोर आदमी ने पहले भी और लोगो को ठगा है मुझे यह एक दोस्त से पता चला। और क्या वह ख़ुद को मालिक समझता है ? रिश्वतखोर कहीं का। और उससे मेरी बात फोन पर ही हुई है। और वह लोग हमेशा ग़लत आदमी को क्यों भेजते है जैसे कि मेरा अपॉइंटमेंट है Mr. X से साथ लेकिन वह किसी और को भेज देंगे। और समय हमेशा uncommon ही रहता है।

      I bought a mi android tv from flipkart on july 8 and the installation date was scheduled for july 9, afterwards july 10. I have took all these days a leave from my job and waited for the technicians to come and install the product. They didn't come for these days and rescheduled a date for july 14th for installation when i contacted their office at jeeves service center, no.47/802a, vaduthala gate, p. O. Cochin - 682023, cochin, kerala.
      I was not able to return the product or either able to make a complaint over this installation failure in flipkart. I am not able to open the package till today. Even if i want to return the product the technicians from jeeves should come and confirm. It have paid full payment of rs. 22, 999 at the delivery itself. Feeling so shame for this poor attitude for both the ends.

        My phone was picked up on 18th June 2019, delivered to jeeves on 21st June, today its 10th July, still, my phone is not repaired.

        Repair and return my phone ASAP. I will go to consumer forum if I don't get back my phone within the next 1 week.

        Your policy states 10day repair or replacement, it's already 20 days, where is my phone, return my phone asap.

          I bought a realme 3 handset with defective battery. I raised a refund request in flipkart. A technician from jeeves came and tested the device. He did nothing and said the phone is fine. He left and rejected my request. I again raised the request. They scheduled the same guy to test my mobile. When i called him to schedule a time visit me... He said i will come by 5.30 pm and blocked my number... I was calling him for 3 day.. And he picked up the call after my return period is over... He said he will come by evening... But he never came... And rejected my return request by himself... I raised this complaint to flipkart.. And they asked me to wait till 12th of july... I want my money back... Worst service from jeeves

            I purchased my Real Me 2 Pro mobile from Flipkart with Jeeves complete mobile protection plan (JPPOFFK803808)and as my phone slipped from hand and the front screen was damage thus contacted Jeeves, they firstly conveyed to pay INR. 500 as processing fee to proceed further even it was under insurance active plan, as was almost only 6 months old. Further for pick up only they took 2 weeks and was finally picked on 04 June 2019 & got written mail confirmation from them same was received at their end on 08 June 2019, further it is worst experience i am getting as till date 08 July 2019 no body knows exact status of my phone in customer care & above all on 28 June when contacted customer care at [protected] Yuvraj confirmed that i am getting my phone back in 48 hours with demanding on any complaint number for easy follow up further he refused and later on re asking he gave me a number [protected] & on 30 June i received a call from customer care that phone will be delivered in this week (Week 27) and today 08 July they are saying phone under repair.
            Till now i have mailed various time to their mail id [protected]@jeeves.co.in & customer care but no confirm response got till date. On asking for any other senior or contact mail id they don't have any ?????

            It has been a headache with such a unprofessional company & i just want to know whether these kind of companies are taking customers on ride, as Insurance they should have a Grievance cell with mentioned mail id and contact details. Is Government is having regulations on this kind of cheats company making customers fool and taking to a ride.

              I bought a vu tv from flipkart and 2 years extended warranty from jeeves. After 1 and half year mother board of the tv got defected and i raised complain to fix it on 8th june. After submitted my documents with jeeves a service man comes on 12th june and takes that mother board with him saying he will come with new mother board within 5 days. After one week i called customer care they have no information about my part. It took 20 days to come back the service man with another mother board, but after checking in my tv it din't work. He took back with him again and still (7th july) i am waiting for him or any information of that part.

              I am fed up with the service jeeves providing to the customer. No tracking of your complaint. Pathetic service, even their customer service executives have no information about the part.

              Please resolve it asap or i'll raised complaint against your fraudulence.

                I had purchased redmi note 4 from flipkart and had opted for extended warranty plan. My phone screen was having color split issue so i registered my phone for repair under warranty. Jeeves took my mobile phone on 11/6/2019 since then i had been chasing to get my phone back and what i get is one week time to watch.

                This is in reference to extended warranty coverage from Jeeves/Flipkart.

                I had purchased Redmi Note 4 on 17/10/2017 along with Extended Warranty sold on Flipkart.(policy no JPPOFFK184603)
                I registered for repair of my mobile screen colour split and my mobile was shipped to Jeeves support centre on 11 June 2019 in accordance with Jeeves process and required documents.
                Policy assures repair/replacement of faulty parts and return within 10 working days.
                Accordingly, I had been repeatedly calling support centre for repair and return status of my mobile, however there has been no update all this while.

                When I had sent my mobile, there was no issue other than colour split line on the screen. Mobile was in good working condition with absolutely no concern related to battery or performance.
                After multiple calls to Jeeves support and follow-up emails, on 7th July, almost after a month's time I am being told that my mobile phone battery is swollen and can't be repaired.

                If Mobile had battery issue, why did it take so long for you to notify ? To me battery issue seems to be due to your negligence, mishandling or incorrect power treatment.
                I request you do the needful and return my mobile in proper condition.

                  I, Mrs. Sowmya would like to bring following things to your notice.

                  I purchased POCO F1 - Mobile (order number - OD[protected] along with FlipKart Protection invoiced on 27/04/2019 and received on 28/04/2019 (Invoice ID -FAB0D[protected]) . However the mobile encountered some software issue on 29/05/2019.

                  Therefore i returned the mobile for service under FlipKart protection plan and was picked on 30/05/2019 (Complaint ID Received - JPPOFFK1744190).

                  Since then i have been continuously following up with the customer care for status of my mobile. Till date i have not the mobile nor is there any proper updation on the status of my mobile.

                  I have also escalated the same to FlipKart customer care (IN[protected] but no response.

                  As i have spent a hefty amount of around Rs. 21000/- and still waiting for the product.

                    They took my phone on 19 of june and now its 4 july, but there is no sign of my phone and they are asking for 5 more extra days. Till then my vacations will be ended and need to move to other place for my studies. This happening have badly impacted to my experience with this company. Further, there will be no future transaction with there services and i will not recommend this services to anyone. I am suffering a loss of time and money due to their services

                      Hello jeeves my policy number is jppoffki566918 around 26th march i had filed a accidental damage insurance and i had registered for it and done all the required details and also paid rs 500.in the month of april i had called around 10 times regarding my pickup. No one in your company was least bothered about it and always used to tell me to wait for 24 - 72 hours same thing happend in may still my phone was not been picked up i had called around 20 time still pickup was not been arranged i had taken it very seriously and talked it with your manager even he told me to wait for 72 hours same thing my device was still been picked up i waited till june same thing. I had called around 30 times same issue happend my phone was not been picked up. Once one of your staff people kept me on a hold for around 1 hour and then cancelled my phone. Then i talked with one of your staff people named mrs preeti she told me that this issue has taken a long time our insurance rule has been broken so u will get a call from the back end team around 80% of your mobile device amount will be paid because its been 3 months and im still waiting for the pickup. Didn't get a call from your back end team either then after waiting for 2 days i called your team and they are telling that you wont get 80%, this is too much first your staff tells you that you will get 80% and the other one tells me that this is false. Listen jeeves company this is too much u have made me wait for more than 3 months and this is ridiculous keeping on a hold for more than 1 hour, every time telling me to wait for 72 hours but still not arranging my pickup, i have never seen such ignorance in my entire life. This is ridiculous. Im requesting you to please arrange my pickup by today. Its been 3 months. You have broken the rules
                      If you cant arrange my pickup return my 80% of my device amount as promised. I need my device to be picked up by today itself its been 3 months.
                      Take a strict action against this.

                        Redmi note 5 screen got broken.
                        I have called jeeves customer care
                        They asked me to give alternate number they said to upload a video from a link they sent to alternate mobile number. Didnt get any message on that.
                        Gone to jeeves customer service centre
                        They asked me send a email with photo of phone.
                        In the email they have reverted again to call the customer care.

                        I have called customer care 10 time atleast.
                        No refund, no message.
                        Even called digital customer care same issue.

                          The pick up is not initiated when i call them they keep on saying 48 hrs
                          It's been 2 weeks now.
                          Fraud company
                          They took my rs 500 also
                          The customer service is # bad
                          I am thinking of lodging a consumer case

                          What the profit of doing this insurance then also paying 500 bucks for wasting time on calls with no results.
                          Customer care executive don't know anything just they say ur name for the policy id to make some trust.
                          Lol!

                              I buyed honor 10 mobile from flipkart with jeevas flipkart protection plan..
                              In may i registered complaint to jeevas for physical damage and water damage of my handset, and i paid dem dere 500 fees as per norms.
                              Then they sent courier boy to my home fto pick up handset, den i sent them mail dat i am out of town kindly reschedule my pick up.
                              On the other hand i recently buyed new led 55 inch tv which i had kept for return to amazon due to some reason..
                              Then next day courier boy came to home to pickup my phone and he didn't mention dat he was here to pick up my phone and i was not in my home so my parents thought dat d boy came for led tv, den dat delivery boy took my led and sent it to jeevas and mobile phone is still with me, 20 or more days passed i didn't get any information regarding my tv nor jeevas show any interest in my matter. I called dem no of times but dey always keep on telling me to wait for 48 to 72 hrs... I want you guys to look into the matter so that i can get my tv back and send my mobile for repair as complete mobile protection plan is activated.. Thanku very muchent from my huawei phone

                                  People of this company are so unprofessional that they are not providing information correctly.
                                  I registered complain on 08th june 2019,
                                  Paid 500 on 08th june 2019
                                  Sent mobile for repair on 11 june 2019.
                                  Mobile not yet received till now "26 june 2019".
                                  As per their policy they should deliver the device within 10 business days. Whenever i cal to know the update they just say "we've intimated our backend team. Our backend team will call you within 48hours". Till now i have made 30-40 calls and mail but not get any response

                                    Just keep the damn money. Return my phone asap. Or else i'm suing the company. You have no idea how viral i can get this issue and the fraud you all are pulling here. And if the phone isn't returned back in the same condition as it was sent and if the same crack isn't on the phone, consider yourself in jail time.

                                    And don't you dare reply "jeeves consumer services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint."

                                    I got my phone. It was a bit late than scheduled time but they delivered it in 20 days from the supposed 10 days. But they repaired it. Forgive me for being harsh.
                                    For me its been 60 days brother. Very bitter experience. They are not professionals.

                                      People of this company are so unprofessional that they are not providing information correctly.
                                      I registered complain on 15th may 2019,
                                      Paid 500 on 18th may 2019
                                      Sent mobile for repair on 22nd may 2019.
                                      Mobile not yet received till now "24 june 2019". 1 month 2 days.
                                      As per their policy they should deliver the device within 10 business days.
                                      No portal to see update of my insurance policy. Whenever i cal to know the update they just say "we've intimated our backend team. Our backend team will call you within 48hours". Till now i have made 30-40 calls and no backend team approached me in 48hrs.
                                      These guys are no unprofessinal and lazy.
                                      Once they gave me phone with different imei number. They promised to give me jobsheet but didn't gave one yet.

                                      Any update? Called to backend team:
                                      Told below point to backend team thrice 1month back, no turn up since then
                                      1. I'm not ready to accept mere 80% of refund
                                      2. I'm not ready to accept compensation of 500rs

                                      Below are the point where i am interested to close this issue:
                                      1. Amount i paid for the insurance.
                                      2. 500rs paid for the service on razorpay which you failed to do.
                                      3. New device or full amount (5k) of the same. Or my device of same condition which i sent you with display replacement money (which is of 2203 - as per previous plan id of similar device - link)
                                      4. Compensation of waiting time of 2 months where i faced lot of mental trauma and wasted my time.
                                      5. Please revert to me if not ready for this will intiate legal action on this.

                                      Note:
                                      1. I was the one who calls every time for updates (called nearly 60-70 times).
                                      2. No portal to look for an update (should have one from insurer as per Indian penal law).
                                      3. Customer care were not friendly and only update they had every time was on delivery of the product to the service center.
                                      4. Spoke to mangers as well Arnold, Revathi etc but there of no help.

                                      When I am switching the TV the display is not working and light blinks and no sound and no picture is coming so please send your technician to solve the problem as early as possible

                                        I have claim a repair of my infinix note 5 mobile and it was picked up by jeeves on 8th june 2019 against claim id ad[protected] under plan id jppoffk1351287. The customer service executive told me that i will get back the device within 10 business days but till today i didn't got it back. I called jeeves customer care so many times but they are not able to give me proper information about my mobile. The junior executive transferred the call to his senior but the senior executive was so rude, he kept my call on hold for so long then disconnected it.

                                        Is this your customer service?

                                        I don't know anything, if i don't get my mobile back then i have to go to consumer forum or any other extend if required.

                                        So i request you to kindly go through my problem and resolve it as soon as possible.
