Redmi note 5 screen got broken.
I have called jeeves customer care
They asked me to give alternate number they said to upload a video from a link they sent to alternate mobile number. Didnt get any message on that.
Gone to jeeves customer service centre
They asked me send a email with photo of phone.
In the email they have reverted again to call the customer care.

I have called customer care 10 time atleast.
No refund, no message.
Even called digital customer care same issue.
Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    The pick up is not initiated when i call them they keep on saying 48 hrs
    It's been 2 weeks now.
    Fraud company
    They took my rs 500 also
    The customer service is # bad
    I am thinking of lodging a consumer case

    What the profit of doing this insurance then also paying 500 bucks for wasting time on calls with no results.
    Customer care executive don't know anything just they say ur name for the policy id to make some trust.
    Lol!

      I had purchased an insurance policy(or one year screen protection plan) for my smart phone, which was I bought during July18. Now the phone has screen damage and I have registered my claim on 22nd june19. But they are not sending the link to upload the video of damaged screen and other information like Bank account details, ID proof. I have called them regarding this on 24th and 27th June 19, but the response is negative.

        I buyed honor 10 mobile from flipkart with jeevas flipkart protection plan..
        In may i registered complaint to jeevas for physical damage and water damage of my handset, and i paid dem dere 500 fees as per norms.
        Then they sent courier boy to my home fto pick up handset, den i sent them mail dat i am out of town kindly reschedule my pick up.
        On the other hand i recently buyed new led 55 inch tv which i had kept for return to amazon due to some reason..
        Then next day courier boy came to home to pickup my phone and he didn't mention dat he was here to pick up my phone and i was not in my home so my parents thought dat d boy came for led tv, den dat delivery boy took my led and sent it to jeevas and mobile phone is still with me, 20 or more days passed i didn't get any information regarding my tv nor jeevas show any interest in my matter. I called dem no of times but dey always keep on telling me to wait for 48 to 72 hrs... I want you guys to look into the matter so that i can get my tv back and send my mobile for repair as complete mobile protection plan is activated.. Thanku very muchent from my huawei phone

          I was register my complain on 3 june and pay on 8 june and my device was picked up on 11 june.
          I facing many problems here they are not response of my emails and calls they says our backend team will contact you within in 42 hrs day or shortly but didn't get any call from jeeves.
          And they are not confirming the date of my device when its repaired or device

            People of this company are so unprofessional that they are not providing information correctly.
            I registered complain on 08th june 2019,
            Paid 500 on 08th june 2019
            Sent mobile for repair on 11 june 2019.
            Mobile not yet received till now "26 june 2019".
            As per their policy they should deliver the device within 10 business days. Whenever i cal to know the update they just say "we've intimated our backend team. Our backend team will call you within 48hours". Till now i have made 30-40 calls and mail but not get any response

              Just keep the damn money. Return my phone asap. Or else i'm suing the company. You have no idea how viral i can get this issue and the fraud you all are pulling here. And if the phone isn't returned back in the same condition as it was sent and if the same crack isn't on the phone, consider yourself in jail time.

              And don't you dare reply "jeeves consumer services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint."

              I got my phone. It was a bit late than scheduled time but they delivered it in 20 days from the supposed 10 days. But they repaired it. Forgive me for being harsh.
              For me its been 60 days brother. Very bitter experience. They are not professionals.

                People of this company are so unprofessional that they are not providing information correctly.
                I registered complain on 15th may 2019,
                Paid 500 on 18th may 2019
                Sent mobile for repair on 22nd may 2019.
                Mobile not yet received till now "24 june 2019". 1 month 2 days.
                As per their policy they should deliver the device within 10 business days.
                No portal to see update of my insurance policy. Whenever i cal to know the update they just say "we've intimated our backend team. Our backend team will call you within 48hours". Till now i have made 30-40 calls and no backend team approached me in 48hrs.
                These guys are no unprofessinal and lazy.
                Once they gave me phone with different imei number. They promised to give me jobsheet but didn't gave one yet.

                Any update? Called to backend team:
                Told below point to backend team thrice 1month back, no turn up since then
                1. I'm not ready to accept mere 80% of refund
                2. I'm not ready to accept compensation of 500rs

                Below are the point where i am interested to close this issue:
                1. Amount i paid for the insurance.
                2. 500rs paid for the service on razorpay which you failed to do.
                3. New device or full amount (5k) of the same. Or my device of same condition which i sent you with display replacement money (which is of 2203 - as per previous plan id of similar device - link)
                4. Compensation of waiting time of 2 months where i faced lot of mental trauma and wasted my time.
                5. Please revert to me if not ready for this will intiate legal action on this.

                Note:
                1. I was the one who calls every time for updates (called nearly 60-70 times).
                2. No portal to look for an update (should have one from insurer as per Indian penal law).
                3. Customer care were not friendly and only update they had every time was on delivery of the product to the service center.
                4. Spoke to mangers as well Arnold, Revathi etc but there of no help.

                When I am switching the TV the display is not working and light blinks and no sound and no picture is coming so please send your technician to solve the problem as early as possible

                  I have claim a repair of my infinix note 5 mobile and it was picked up by jeeves on 8th june 2019 against claim id ad[protected] under plan id jppoffk1351287. The customer service executive told me that i will get back the device within 10 business days but till today i didn't got it back. I called jeeves customer care so many times but they are not able to give me proper information about my mobile. The junior executive transferred the call to his senior but the senior executive was so rude, he kept my call on hold for so long then disconnected it.

                  Is this your customer service?

                  I don't know anything, if i don't get my mobile back then i have to go to consumer forum or any other extend if required.

                  So i request you to kindly go through my problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

                    This letter is to notify you about the worst and disgusting service that your company provide to me regarding my complain (Plan id jppoffk1623872). The problem i am having with the honor 7s that i bought from the flipkart on 22nd march 2019.

                    I am extremly dissatisfied with your cheap and worthless service because you are unable to give the correct informtion about my phone honor 7s. I have already attempted many times to resolve this problem, more than 15 times your executive misguide me or give me wrong information about my phone. Some of your executive tell me that parts is not available and someone says mother board having problem, every time i called to your complain no they give wrong information or cut my calls. I also get a call by your executive to take 60% value of my new honor 7s mobile its to annoying. One suggetion for you please stop your customer making fool, finally i came to know comapany jeeves consumer services private limited is fraud.
                    They do nothing except making the customer fools and doing fraud with your services.

                    Its almost two months i havn't received my phone yet no calls no emails from your side. I have paid you for phone insurance as wel as for the phone pick up (Courier charge) i. E. Rs 500 too.
                    The reason for this last mail is only to inform about worlds most disgusting services that you are providing to your customer.
                    Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.

                    So i have attached of my records proof.

                    Any of your higher authority can contact me.
                    Contact me within a days to confirm that you will honor my request. I have also collected all my proofs of complaint for the consumer court. Now i'm in last step for logging fir against your company in the consumer court.

                      I have submitted my mobile for insurance claim purpose. Today it is 21st day. And they are not receiving the call. No update on mobile. What am i supposed to do ? My claim id: AD[protected]. This is very poor service from jeeves. This needs to be resolved asap. Or else there would be no option left for me other than taking a leagal action on flipkart and jeeves. Total fraud company.

                        I purchased Daiwa LED tv on Mar 2017 & taken extended warranty with Jeeves Consumer services.Now my Tv was not working.so called many times to customer care but there is very poor response from Jeeves team.While asking service they are telling send your gov ID card, warranty certificate.it is not fair. other wise they will not providing service.if someone don't have any mail id then they will never get service.so it is wastage of money & also fraud with customer.

                          Installation for TV Unit should done before 10th June... however there is no call regarding this till now... when I called toll free number for several times... everyone promised me that it will be done by EOD... I did not receive any call or message till now.. how many times escalate.. reallyworst services... ever after several follow ups.. nobody bother to call ...

                            I am facing difficulties while claiming my extended warranty even after providing the required documents no actions taken yet.
                            thier customer service is pathetic have no information at all. they hang up the call after keeping you wait.

                            Hi, I have purchased VU Premium TV from flipkart along with extended warranty for 2 years from Jeeves.

                            Have returned the product to flipkart within replacement/Return period as product was faulty. Flipkart accepted the request post technician visit and refunded the whole amount except Jeeves extended warranty amount.

                            On 30th June I have sent an email to [protected]@jeeves.co.in to refund the amount which I have paid for 2 years extended warranty for VU tv. Now till today (16th July) have sent 55 emails and also 70 calls to their customer care number. However; I'm not getting any revert from them on email and also they are saying the same thing over the call that they are escalating this issue to backend team and you will get the resolution and amount will be refunded with in 48 hrs.

                            NOte: Have also send all the required documents 10 times on their email id: [protected]@jeeves.co.in

                            but till now resolution from their side.

                              I have bought a AC from Flipkart. They allocate Jeeves for installation. Initially Jeeves send me some sub-contract people, they don, t have enough experience on installation. They haven't follow instruction for installation from AC manufacturer. They haven't purge air from they product using vacuum pump. Because of that i felt cooling issue in few days. I ask Flipkart to replace the product. They take it back and replace new one behalf of that. Now again flipkart allocate Jeeves for installation. While Jeeves contact me for installation, i ask them(Jeeves) to send, good experience and well known people for installation. Still now they haven't sent personnel for installation. I organised some local service engineer for installation. Paid twise that installation amount. Jeeves don't bother about customer satisfaction and their product life. Please who plan to bought electronic product from flipkart, don't allow jeeves for installation. Try to do it by your local engineer.

                                I purchases 2 year extended warrant to my refrigerator but jeeves consumer service centre tool free no not entertain any extended warranty complaint ant not enrolled any complaint. I call service center toll free no., several time each and every executive pass another person and lastly he say you send email with purchase receipt extended warranty receipt and id and address proof but each and every document provided when purchased extended warranty.

                                  I have raised a complaint 6 days ago..Plan ID: JPPOFFK293552. But till today no one has attend for the service. Could you let me know for how many more days we need to wait for a service. It is pathetic to take this warranty from Jeeves. For a single service it is already 5-6 days has passes.
                                  Today when I called one of your representative, he informed that today he has lots of work and so he cannot attend today for my service.

                                    I raised a ticket for repair of my device Realme 2 pro on 22nd May 2019 and it was picked up from my home on 22nd May 2019. They have promised me to deliver back my device after repair within 10 business days which is also stated in their policy. 4th June 2019 was the 10th business day as per them and still as on 7th June 2019 which is 12th business day as per them they have not yet started diagnosis of the problem and they are responding just by telling there is technical problem. Even of their executive when I called on 4th June lied that my device is repaired and kept in quality check and I will get my device within next 48 hours. When I called again after two hours to know whether device is shipped the other customer care executive informed me that it is not yet serviced. I call them daily and they inform me same thing that I will receive call back within next 2 hours regarding the status of my mobile and still as on 7th June 2019 I have not yet received a word from them. Even though I purchased it from flipkart but even they are not replying to mails. I have the call recordings of the conversation that I do with Jeeves.

                                      I had raised a claim for theft of my phone and I was told by the insurance company that 6500 rupees would be reimbursed into my bank account.For reimbursing the amount, they asked for an FIR copy with the signature of the sub inspector, Stamp of the police station and IMEI number of the phone, which the police is denying to give. According to the police, FIR is booked only for theft mobile phones which cost more than 50, 000 rs. Instead the police had given me a certificate of theft with the signature of the sub inspector, Stamp of the police station and IMEI number of the phone. They said that it would suffice for claiming the insurance amount. I have provided them that certificate and they have rejected my claim and are denying to reimburse the amount without a valid FIR and the police is not booking an FIR.
                                      The insurance company has given me a really tough time. Their customer service is also very poor. Contacting them was very difficult. Whenever I called them, they told they would get back to me with the concerned department but they never did. They have no sense of responsibility! I am a student and I was having my exams at that time. They misguided me and wasted my time and energy. I would like to sue them for mental agony.

                                        I have bought noble 50" tv along with jeeves extended warranty & the tv went to comma stage a month back. After complaining to jeeves service center, the engineer came & booked for replacement parts. Now it's over a month & still the spares are yet to be received. As per sla of jeeves, any spares replacement will be within 15 days or they have to replace or refund the amount paid by calculating depreciation. I have fed up with their call center & finally logged a complaint with consumer helpline @ https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/

                                        Hoping for a solution at the earliest.
                                        Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Even after escalation no one is there for AC installation
