Regarding changing of conductor

This is to inform that, Mohalla Chitragupt colony, power house, barganda, Giridih, the LT line of JSEB are damaged and in very poor condition. Due to this, the conductor always cut and fall down on the road, which is a clear threat to any accident. this is also to inform that there is a Sagwaan tree sideby, which disturbs the path of the conductor.So, It is a request to remove the tree and change the conductor, so that the power can run smoothly. failure of regular power supply

poor power supply

i live in biyada housing colony at bokaro steel city......here we have the power supply from jharkhand state electricity board ....i feel very sorry for the condition of power supply over here at biada colony at bokaro steel city . .............no proper power supply and no continuity in power supply...
many times power use to be off for 6-8 hrs continue......and no timing(scheduled) for the electric supply cut...

bribery for new connection

the officers in this city charge bribery for new connection of electricty.
they say on our face give money or they will not provide you connection.
they even charge bribery for a new metre fitting.infact the whole department is hungry for bribery the amount of bribery varies from 5000 to 10000 according to the officer. i request to please take action for welfare of poor customers....
