I am complaining with a lot of grief. There is no power supply in chandil region from 1 pm. It is over 12 hours and noone is able to say the reason. The customer care number is of no use as no one picks up the phone. It is very disturbing. I have complained earlier also but no reply or action on that has been taken. Whenever there is a little rain there is no power supply for over 10 hours. My earlier complaint number 1722544. Kindly look into the matter.

Dear sir/madam,
This is to bring to your notice that there is big failure in electricity supply in whole area, of block kurdeg, village khalijor pakritoli dist: simdega jharkhand 835212, since 10 june 2017 till now. The electricity supply has gone off due to damaged transformer and several reminders were given to the local power supply unit to get the transformer repaired but they pay no heed.
This is absolutely disgusting as they do not respond, instead they ask to collect money to buy transformer. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we are talking of digital india without centricity. It’s complete failure of the electricity board of jharkhand where it has not maintained proper execution of power supply in kurdeg (Khalijor pakritoli). Imagine people are struggling to survive for life and the local power supply in charge asked to pay for transformer else there will be no electricity in that area.
Secondly this is again unimaginable that the electricity bill has been sent to the families on regular basis without the usage to electricity, which is again another failure of the board where if no power supply was available, bill should not have been sent out and waved off the amount. How can one pay for the service they have never utilised. Is this the way your department function in 21st century? I don’t think so; i think we are 50 years back.
Kindly investigate and sort this out as soon as possible so that the inconveniences faced by the people is done away with and proper power supplied is maintained in the area and we do not face this challenges again. This is causing lot of trouble as people have no power supply from 10 june 17 till now. Hope you understand the issue which the people have faced so far and you will consider this in urgent basis.

Dear sir, i rajkishore pandit usually make online electricity bill payments, but last month when i made an online payment of 472 rupees on 07/09/2017 on consumer no - gbds000004, the amount didn't got deducted and i have got a bill of 683 rupee currently. I have complained in the office also but no actions are taken yet. I am attaching the e-receipt and the current month bill. Please settle the issue as soon as possible.

There is no electricity supply in chandil region from 3pm in 2/10/2017. Nobody is able to say the reason. When we are calling in the customer care number given in the website. Nobody is receiving the calls. I have lodged a complaint earlier also there has been no action on that. I am a student and i am facing problems to study for my exams. This is very disappointing. No authority is answering properly of the reason for power cuts. Kindly take necessary action.

Sir,
I am belongs to giridih district from jharkhand. I have faces many problem due to poor power suply.in our district maximum 2-4hour power suply in a whole day. I have a battery and inverter but it cant charge. Itna ghatia power suply isse pehle kabhi nhi tha. I cant sleep at night. Becouse your power suply cut on whole day and night. Iske karan se subah dukan nhi khol pate hai time pe. Plz cheque giridih power suply.

It has been more than 13 hours and there has been no electricity supply in chandil region. The electricity supply discontinued from 29th september 3pm onwards and there is no supply till now. I am a student and i am facing problems to study for my exams. It is very hot. Nobody in electric office is reacting to our complaints. The power cuts are very frequent in the chandil region and no one clearly explains the reason for the same. I am writing this message with lot of hope. Kindly take necessary action.

Respected sir/madam this is to request you that on 26 september 2017 non holidays days at 10:30am gone to submit electricity bill to markaccho power house office, sub division, domchanch, division-koderma village arkosa, ps-markacho but refusing to take the electricity bill, we have. Tried to call many times to markaccho scootive, je sir but didn't receive our call, and also not giving proper amount of electricity to markaccho area and other area (Giving only atleast 5 hrs electricity in a day) hope u will solve our problems permanently

Chaibasa city is a developing city since many years but the electricity department of chaibasa are # useless and garbage. Too many powercuts and low voltage supply. Electricity bill comes at time with high amount but the electricity service is very useless in chaibasa, so i want to request to take action against chaibasa electricity service or discontinue supplying electricity here and get the # out from here to clear the space for new and eligible branch of electricity department to supply here good and reliable electricity. All electricity engineers are useless and careless about electricity supply here.

Electricity board office morabadi, ranchi should appoint human beings in their office. Employees appointed there are misbehaving with consumers whenever any lady goes their to complain.
The junior engineer mr. Santosh kumar is telling they'll not accept any complain before 10 am and after 5 pm.
After 5 pm the gate remain close, and that campus (Situated in morabadi maidan) becomes a bar, prostitution and gang party area.

Constant power cut for almost 4 days in my area, hazaribagh and in spite of various complains no action is being taken. Why every department is irresponsible and not listening to our needs and necessity. We pay bills and we need regular power supply, we are humans but unfortunately you think o[censored]s animals or even worst than that that is why you are not providing us electricity in such hot weather.. Same on you

Hello i live in muri jharkhand, since my childhood i am facing problems of electricity in my i am 28 years now but still our power supply is very much poor in our area, the same electricity is supplied in ranchi city but they are having good electricity but we poor people couldn't get the good power supply, everyday in the evening no power our children's couldn't study nor we can cook food, it's very bad condition in our area, please do something for us

I have lodged complain against chaibasa electricity department for providing poor elctricity and too much powercut. And since complaining three times also no action has been taken. Is the jharkhand electricity board is sleeping or are they only sitting for filling there accounts with money only? Its so disgusting that after complaining three times also. No action has been taken against these #. Is there any kind of problem they have to work or doesn't care about it. Or if you doesn't care then you better forget about the money also. Why you send electricity bill? Don't send it if you can't provide good service. Excellent service why so come for money like a shameless donkey and wild dogs roam around for garbage foods.

I recntly complained two times against chaibasa electricity for there too powercut according to there mind. But still action has not taken against them. All electricity engineers are useless and # if small amount of rain occures then also they cut the power supply. This is so disgusting we are unable to making our work go regularly due to this problem and i now strictly request to take hard action against them or i will file a complain consumer department against jharkhand # electricity engineers.

Sir, my consumer no is bn6578, my meter is unserviceable from last 3month and still my meter is unserviceable till now, but my electric bill is 39772.04 /-bill no - [protected], 10/08/17, i have complained regarding my meter unserviceable & wrong electric bill to s. D. O golmuri jamshedpur, no concerned authority is taking any necessary action regarding my problem, bill operator 's error will affect on me. I am force to go electric office again and again but no body is listening, for this problem who will responsible me or electric operator, bill operator' name is mr. Rupesh kr tiwari, s. D. O is mr. I nisha rani family of an ex servicemen is facing a lot of problem due to an electric pole which stand on in my plot and that pole is bended inwardly, my home is in gorkha colony near shiv temple, hatia, ranchi and hence wire is just above my home.

With due respect i want to urge you to remove this pole for protecting our lives. It will be very thankful if you do something which are need full.

Chaibasa electricity is playing game with us. They are providing very poor electricity supply in city particularly in forest department. They cut electricity whenever they want. Due to this students are facing very much difficulties in online studies who are totally dependent in online studies. This electric depatment also work by there rule by releasing notice that due to construction there will be electricity termination from 10 am to 6pm evening. So this is so disgusting and disapproval and must be taken strict legal action against this department. Very much sick with the electricity of chaibasa. Please take action against engineers and electric servic department for stopping there mind games. And if possible suspend them and recurit new workers over these useless half 22 workers. Take strict action against them please.

I'm a living in ward 20, loknath nagar colony in chakradharpur. There always a problem of power off due to low voltage in some of the houses.
If there where normal power cut than there were no objections at all by the people but is it a justice to lighten the other house in a neighborhood and not yours.in the same neighborhood some houses remain in darkness and others have light. Why there is such difference in supply. It is almost every time occurs. If you can't solve this issue it will become a major issue.
