I am a resident of bhatia basti, kadma. Niw a days their is a lot of power cut which results in incomplete charge up of 5he backup batteries/inverters. Temperature is rising day by day with an alarming rate and during this time if their us a power cut for 4-5hrs or more continuously then it becomes unbearable. Today also the power was cut at 8am but has upt not come. According to the newspaper there will be a power cut of 4hrs ie. 8am-12pm but it is not so.
Hope you have understand the problem will look after it.

Chaibasa electricity department is playing games on providing electricity. They cut power anytime they want for long hours without any further notifications. Its a very hot summer and they cut the power on night and afternoon. Very useless garbage service. Power cut is the major problem in chaibasa due to irresponsible ill mentality electricians in chaibasa. Very very bad service powercut problem very useless service. Must get punishment.

We stay here for the last 10years n the condition has never improved. Full day has max of 3 to4 hours of power. Which is not in continuation also. Please look into the matt. The generator is on for all day n night quiet literally. I[censored] inspect you will find the same. The transformer seems to be insufficient to cater to the requirement of the area. There is also issue of hooking from our lines. Requesting u to look into the matter.
With guests at home, it brings down the impression of jharkhand as a state for such poor infrastructure. Specially in the peak summers.

Chaibasa electricity department is providing very useless garbage electricity. They are very careless of there work useless fellows. Too many powercuts in chaibasa they are very useless # only cut the power whenever they want. Due to there useless work we face very much inconvenience very careless and irresponsible electric workers on chaibasa. They must get punishment for there useless service but they are stubborn to make us suffer on this hot summer. They are totally # useless workers. Electricity is not enough provided power cut is the biggest issue here. Very useless types of workers and engineers work in chaibasa electricity department. They must get beaten for there isolating us from our convenience to work. Curse them they will all die by thunder and your grid will be getting blast all and your every useless engineer will die.

Chaibasa electric mens are # they are providing useless electricity with too many power cuts. Now its summer but they # are playing mind games they are so disgusting they cut the power on this summer to make us suffer like a hell. They must bet beaten for this there hands must be broken but its against law so why must they kicked out from this area for providing useless electricity. Very useless # very worst workers they must get suspended for there irresponsible works. Very garbage electricity department

I noticed it two times that whenever there is thunderstorm in the hinoo region the power supply is cut for 4 to 5 hours in the night till morning. This is the second time for which i am compelled to complain about them. I hope that the complain will be taken into consideration.
We are suffering in this summer. Before the services were good but by this year i dont know what are they doing.

Chaibasa electricity department is dumb as #. There electricity service is very very useless. When rain occurs on night they will not provide power on night. When rain occurs on day they will not provide power on whole day. Useless electricity department. Only increasing units but never doing something new like making all electricity wires under ground to avoid rain and strome. Totally useless engineers don't have common sense to ynder ground all main line wires under ground. Very shameful not providing electricity properly in chaibasa very useless fellows.

Low voltage at shivdyal nagar (Kadma 2) in hazaribagh in jharkhand.
I m resident of hazaribagh (Kadma 2), in this area voltage of power/electricity is very low. We can not use fan even iron and light too.
We face a huge problem at this season specially.
This is not a today problem always has low votage problem in this area.
Please shortage our problem shortly, for this i shall be grateful to u.

Chaibasa electricity department is the # department. Anytime powercut. No good electricity supply on this summer if rain occurs they cut the power whole day or night. Very useless electric workers must be punished for there stupid act. They must be get beaten for there stupidity but its against law so they must be suspended for there # stupidity chaibasa must get almost 20 hours electricity which these currently # don't provide. Useless # #s always make inconvenient for us in this hot summer. Cursing them to go in burning hell without water and food.

Our vill gandhajore basti fall under ward no 33 under bokaro distt but it is painfully to inform you that heavy load shedding is happening here. If we calculate the electricity stand here on an average per day is only 5-6hours in a day. Kindly look after this matter and deep concern about this matter. Hello sir,
This is vedant ranjan from cic basti barkakana, ramgarh (829102). This complain is about non supply of electricity in barkakana during day time from last three days. Firstly we remained silent but seeing the condition i am compelled to file a complain against this matter. We people are suffering from shortage of electricity... From last three days.. There was no current from 1 pm to 7pm which is approximately 6 hrs during the day time. Immediate action must be taken on this...

Sir i am kishore kumar from purvi tundi barbad. Applied for commercial electricity connection on july but mistakenly they had given me single phase connection (3kv). Then i talked with their senior for the procedure for getting 3 phase connection (5kv) and also given written complaint for not getting consumer number in december 17, today 4 month passed but they did'nt given me consumer number and saying without electricity bill they do not convert 3kv to 5 kv. My full work is stopped just because of that. When i try to talk with senior about consumer number and electricity bill, they tell me to wait. Sir its almost 9 month after connection. Please do something

Chaibasa is very developing city with led street lights maintained highways new shopping malls and many more but chaibasa electricity department is still doing useless and garbage job. Its a totally nightmare all above that whenever rain occurs the power cut happens for long time without any hope of coming. And when it comes they play hide & sick games by providing on off on off alternatives power supply for few minutes on and several minutes off. I have complained many times about chaibasa electricity this disgusting act but no action has been taken against them. All they are doing like an old age wires in up rather underground. Due to that malfunction is compulsory happening day by day. I want jharkhand goverment must take legal action against them for there stupidity or i will go against jharkhand state elctricity in high court to take action against both.

I hereby, want to state that for the last more than three moths and before also, the power cable( owned by us) has been cut and stolen run over bamboo, so there is no power in the campus for more than a half a year. Now there is some state highway road widening work is going on and more over we were not there due to our job commitments but our relatives have been staying there in the dark, though there is power to the next neighbour 30-40 mtrs from my location.

I have complained so many times to the local electricians technicians working as on off role with your organisation ( Mr. Anil, Arvind, Chandan) and also given them money to pull the power from the nearest location and connect to the locality.These are the same people who pulled power from my earlier laid cable to the new residents who started residing there.

Sir, I want to state that we have taken connection way back in 2010 through Nishikant and Shabbir (From Electricity department) at the time there were no others peoples resided there and initially, it was tapped from the nearest transformer 600 metrs (both ways) from my location wire running over bamboos (4-5) by paying 5000 rs to Nishikant for drawing the power including the cost of the cable.
After three years Mr. Anil another electrician took 8500 INR for the cemented pole-3 Nos for the electric power cable laying and finally extensioned it 30 mtrs from my house and from there again I have paid/laid my own cable for 60 mtrs.

I have given him in advance around 500 to 1000 rs from time to time for the used electricity bills since we are not stationed over there.

Now, on examining the consumer bill online I came to know that Anil had not paid bill for the 11 months moreover he never picked up the call.

Sir, I ensure that I will pay the remaining dues as soon as possible through online and I am continuously keeping watch over this, requesting you to please help me getting the electric power to my house, the said consumer connection.

Moreover requesting you to to please clear the way to enter the house as the overhead electric cable (11kVA) was lying down on front of the gate of the house as we are going to move in our premises permanently very soon.

Chaibasa electric department is providing worst electricity in afternoon. They are not providing electricity properly powercut all the time in afternoon playing power on off games. I would like to request to take action against chaibasa electricity department and suspend irresponsible workers for better electricity in chaibasa all our work get interrupt due to these # power off on games. And cancel all useless engineers license for lifetime.

On 16th november 2017, some electricity officials with police came for inquiring the meter.
They have noticed the meter seal was broken and charged penalty for rs 10, 000.
We have appealed on the same saying we are not aware of the fact and no energy has been theft, you can further investigate our home.
Also we said to check the previous electricity consumption records, there is nothing abnormal consumption which conclude the fact of theft.

Without opportunity of being heard and further investigation, they have penalized us.

I want to highlight some of the severe issues which along with me, many people in our locality are facing.

1. How on the basis of mere seal broken officials could blame us for the theft of energy?
2. Every month one official come to see the meter reading and take a picture for the same, why the same has not been intimated before to us.
3. Fake "complaint" option on the website :there is "complaint" tab on the jharkhand electricity website but the same is not working i. E. When i click on the complaint tab, it does not open.
4.in toll free number [protected]/[protected] no body pick call, struggling continuously since three days.

I haven't able to paid my electricity bill since last 12 months due to financial crunches.

Also now a days in our locality the charging of penalty for theft without investigation becoming normal practice, many o[censored]s from the same locality requested the officers but they are neither investigated nor listening to us.

Also electricity bill have not been since last 12 months due to financial crunch.

They have cut our electricity, seeking help from your side regarding:
- we want compromise in the electricity bill (If any possible),
- investigate the issue from scratch,
-waive off of penalty,
-dismissed the case filed against us for the theft of energy.

It is highly disappointed to know that the language he used was very tough and we cannot tolerate such behaviour by your employee with us. Please take appropriate action for the same.

My consumer code is krk 4147. Location - shivshakti nagar, haider ali road, kokar, ranchi. Few months ago my meter had been changed to digital electronic meter, but for connection the wire has been used improperly, as aluminium wire is connected with copper wire. Due to this there is regular power supply break occurs. As per electricity board staff they can not open or connect the new wire without proper approval from the board. So you are requested to do the needful so that the matter can be solved.

Sir, my consumer no dr1h09308 chas rural bokaro. As per my bill no [protected]. My total unit consumption is zero. But my billing amount is around 2800 rupees. But actual bill must be fixed charge for 08 month.
My current meter reading is showing 68.8kwh as we are not permanently residing here.

Please do the needful for early rectification of issue.

Even after several follow-ups' with the je of kokar for getting the broken wire connection from ht line to the transformer joined which got disconneted due to strong winds, he gave false assurances since late afternoon but the fault has not been rectified since the whole night & we have been kept in darkness still not corrected till the morning.
We are prompt bill payers and this is what we see in before us.
Really it shows the negative approach towards the tax payers of the society.
