Sir/madam With due respect i want to say that my electricity bill is not fair .i had changed my old metre with a new metre after 1 month electricity bill reading person says that my new metre number has not entered in the computer and hey fined me 144 unit because of that problem i have to pay extra which has read my meter in this month so please resolve my problem i have given below all the necessary information thanking you yours faithfully consumer name hk cs7990 paid for new metre date is11 february 2015 metre installation date 17 february 2015 tupudana industrial area doranda division

    Respected Sir/Madam (In charge Consumer Forum) This is to bring to your notice for the irregular services and the inconvenience caused by Jharkhand State Electricity Board. The people of Bilasi Area in Deoghar district are facing of lot of irregular services from the Electricity Board.SDO and J.E. of Deoghar electricity office is so much corrupt that they ask for Rs. 300/1KWH bribe for each new connection or Load extension for old connections. I am roaming here and there from last 1 month to increase My load from 1 KWH to 3 KWH.They asked for Rs. 2000 everytime I went there even in free camp that organized on 2nd Saturday of every month i.e. today. As a honest citizen I want to extension my load from 1 KWH to 3 KWH.But officers and in charge specially SDO(People says he earns more than 5 lakhs as bribe every month) is so much corrupt and undisciplined that he talks using abuses to normal poor people went there for corruption free camp. I want you to take proper action against him so that dream of our respected Prime Minister of corruption free India could be a reality. I am complaining on behalf of all the people who have been ruined by the kind of service provided by the board. Thank you

I am presently not staying at the mention flat, (Sunanda Kundu, F.no.1/B, Shovan Appt.Durga Mandir Road, Dhanbad) however it has come to our notice that bill for every month is abnormal high then usual.My consumer no.is DD1H3D2003HB000000MPD00469.         there is always power disconnection all the time they cut power from 12 noon to 8 pm in the evening its annoying if you people dont want to give electricity why do you even provide with the connection, we always pay our electricity bill on time and still you cut the power supply all the time.

          We are a resident of Ratnawali Apartment, Lalpur Chowk, Ranchi. Our area transformer burnt few days ago and the technician charged Rs. 5000 to repair it. When we told this price is too high, he told he wont repair if Rs. 5000 is not paid. They also told it will not get burnt soon but again within 15 days the transformer got burnt. This time again same issue. Now it has become a habit. They don't repair the transformer properly as they know they will be getting Rs. 5000 straight away. The worst thing is they are authorised JSEB technician.

            My self (Pradeep Kumar Agarwal is tenant in the Flat of Sri Baldev Raj Bhatia) is residing at 4A-Subham Apartment, Lake Avenue, Kanke Road, Ranchi-834008. My Consumer no is-GK 1228, B.K. No-062, Circle-Ranchi, Division-New Capital, Sub Division-Upper Bazar, I have to say that in my November 2013 bill the reading was 8677 and at present (27/9/14) reading is 8733, I mean to say that the meter is in properly running condition but even then the meter reader is not mentioning the present reading and showing in the bill 8677 which was last recorded in the month of Nov 2013 and hence the department is sending the electric charges on fixed basis. Hence I have to request to adjust my extra bill paid amount according to meter reading and for meter rent and etc. Thanking You.

              Sir/madam, Here in chandil, condition of electricity is pathetic as power comes and goes more than 25 times a day. It raises suspicion about some illegal nexus and illegal power supply. Its better not to supply power at all if it has to go like this. Soon we are planning to file an RTI along side high level inquiry as culprits are challenging peoples basic rights. It gives us a thought that somebody is playing with the switches at the supplying grid. Soon it has to end or to face the public petition.

                Sir, Most humbly and respectfully we would like to state our deep grievances and concern over a problem that we are facing for the past one year. Sudden power cuts are proving to be a very big concern for our society. There is also a school in our society namely ‘Child’s World’ which has humongous issues regarding these power cuts especially in the rainy season. These problems are due to the absence of proper wires, poles and transformer out here. We are bound to take electric connection from other transformer which is at a considerable distance from our society that even through loose wires. These wires are another matter of concern. They are kept hung up from a distance of 5 to 6 feet from the ground which is very accident prone and may even can cause to death . So it would be highly admirable if you give your Herculean effort for the same cause by providing us the wires, poles and transformer and take the needful action to solve our problem as soon as possible. For that we would be highly grateful to you.

                  Sir, I am a resident of Godda District.We receive electricity by the service provider named R.K.Bhagat & Company Mahgama.The problem is that my house is 1/2 Km south of Godda College.The electricity is continuously supplied till Godda College but we are not getting electricity for the past 7 Days. We have complained locally on several occasions but there is no body to pay heed to our request.They say that there is some line fault.But the fact which we could gather is quite serious and putting this in words would form an allegation of criminal order. We are getting electricity only for 15 minutes in the complete 24 Hours for the past seven days. Kindly help us in getting this problem sorted out otherwise we would be forced to file a litigation in the court.                     Dear Sir, Some people in my area are using power by hooking for years and some others are using multiple phases without permission. Due to this reason continuous power flactuation, overload on transformer and low voltage problem continuing. My area is Village-Jamboni, P.O.-Khandamouda, Via- Baharagora, Dist- East Singhbhum, PIN-832101 Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and take strong action against the defaulters.                       wrongly the reader reported a meter reading that cost a bill of Rs-7000 in month . I approach immediately to the meter reader and he assured that he will correct this next day, but he does not come. Then after I approaches their office at HAZARIBAG where the bill has been deposited for correction and was advised by them that the reader will correct the reading.I submitted all previously paid bills xerox and lodged a complaint letter but now in the next month it has not been remended and i got a bill of about Rs7220... Due to this discrepancies I am unable to deposit the bill. I was mentally harassed by the jseb.

                        Respected Sir/Mam, I Rohit Jaiswal(C/o Ram Lakhan Shaw, Naya Bazar, Kabari Patti, Dhanbad)on behalf of all the residents of this locality would like to register a complaint regarding the electricity misusage which we are noticing each & every day that as soon as the clock strikes 10:30 evening, the voltage drops below its minimal point and starts fluctuating drastically thereafter.It appears as if somebody starts hooking to their advantage and misusing the electricity regularly. We are facing the problem daily.We would be really thankful to you if you please look forward in this matter and take some appropriate measures to solve this problem.                           This is to inform that, Mohalla Chitragupt colony, power house, barganda, Giridih, the LT line of JSEB are damaged and in very poor condition. Due to this, the conductor always cut and fall down on the road, which is a clear threat to any accident. this is also to inform that there is a Sagwaan tree sideby, which disturbs the path of the conductor.So, It is a request to remove the tree and change the conductor, so that the power can run smoothly.                             This is to bring to your notice the incapability of the electricity supply board to provide basic ( forget regular) supply of electricity. We live in S.n. ganguli road, ranchi. The power cuts have been very frequent in the last month. Every time we call the authorised people for a an answer there is a new excuse ready eg. Thundering, rains, 33kva problem, grid failure etc... half of which we don't even understand. All we know is that we dont get power supply for more than 8-10 hrs a day all in bits and pieces .the last I have been told is that our supply comes from Hatia grid which comes in lightening zone. What I don't understand is that either with today's technology isn't there a solution to this or can't the supply be distributed to various other grids if hatia grid is incapable! I HOPE TO GET SOME ANSWER AND SOME RELIEF FROM THIS PROBLEM
