I bought an overpriced (And honestly worthless) lyf wind 1 just to use unlimited "true" 4g internet. Before that i was paying rs 1600 per month on my broadband connection. I disconnected it because i planned to use jio's 4g connection for 3 months. It has been one month since i got the connection, but the problem is i received a message a hour ago that my jio preview offer is being migrated to jio welcome offer. The only difference between them is that the welcome offer provides only 4gb of 4g data after that speed is not even of 2g (An irony because they claim to be a "true" and only 4g network). I was promised unlimited 4g internet till october 26, but jio has rescinded their offer under which they promised when i purchased their, well, worthless lyf handset. I demand to get the jio preview offer on my jio connection back till october 26. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from a big company like jio.

    Please unlock my lyf sim, i have already purchase a lyf phone, now compeling your customers to use preview offer in lyf phone should not be there, please unlock my sim [protected] to be used in iphone6, so that i can conveiniently use your unlimited offer.

    It is not conveiniet to use both the mobiles whole day. moreover lyf is a lower quality model and i don'nt want to use that model, the charging is dropped very fast.

      Sir i have purchased reliance jio sim no [protected] in the month of july 16, during purchase i have been informed that i will get free internet along with free calling for 3 months from date of purchased but sorry to inform you that neither i am getting internet signal nor i am able to call some no in this circumtances i feel cheated pl look into the matter and resolved my problem at the earlist.

My jio number is [protected]. But i didn't get any confirmation message on my alternate number [protected]. So kindly activate my jio sim as soon as possible.

            I have visited today at reliance digital shops bartand near city centre dhanbad at 6.10 pm and he flatly refuged to provide sim to say that it is out of stock and he said that they are daily receiving 50 sim only and distributing till 2 pm. I requested that i am an employee and i will be free till 6 pm in the evening kindly consider and provide me one sim in tomorrow evening but he refused and said you have to come in que in the tomorrow morning at 11 am.
            I really shocked by his behaviour and do not understand that what should i do for this. M k singh, dhanbad.

Once the form was rejected then I filled rework form on 29 aug since then no progress is there and distributor is saying I cannot do anything now no. Is [protected] and no.                   I purchased a new jio sim on 30th august. Jio sim details is as follows

                  Imsi : [protected]

                  I got the followingmessage on 03rd sep:

                  "dear customer,
                  Thank you for choosing jio. We have received your application for new connection. Your order number is no000005yuzk.
                  Thank you,
                  Team jio"

                  Its more than a three days now and connection is still not activated.
                  And no further communication from them as well.

                  I visited the store multiple times but nothing done.

                    The number [protected] is continued with Jio 4G but the speed of is very slow at Modinagar Police chowki Niwadi road 201204. But in Delhi NcR its speed are 30 approx and I have checked it. Please take the request into consideration to increase speed of your 4G at given address.
                    Dear Sir, Jio Sim took 4, 5 days later I got sms that your documents have been submitted. But 27 days later came sms, you have the wrong document, I can not turn on your Sim card. My Jio oder id is NO000008B7VT / MY Jio Sim card number [protected]

                      Dear Sir, I purchased LYF water 8 mobile with JIO sim No.[protected] on 13/8/2016. it started working after 5 days. Since 29/8/16 to31/08/2016 till date there is no internet connection and VOICE numbers are not outgoing with the reply -ALL ROUTES ARE BUSY- it is showing a drama to people and making public as fools by saying 3 months all free.

                        I registered my name on 25th aug to digital express hisar, haryana... They said v dont have sim right noe come another day, i went there 7, 8 time different different days and they gave me another date

                        Now people came at store at 5am, store opens at 10, they give only 30 tokens per day upto 11 am, and start giving sim 11am onwards to 30 people

                        And very rulde behavior of staff employed there
                        Please activate my sim I'm so worried
                        Not expected this type of service from reliance jio
                        I have bought jio sim card on 4 sep, 8 days happen till now sim ia not activated my jio number is :[protected]
                        And registered number is [protected] on jio app

                          Till now i have not received any messages or order no of my jio sim activation.
                          My friend has also taken jio sim on that same day (31.08.16) but he has received his order no from jio team on his alternate/registered no, but i have not received any order no or messages from jio team.

                          Please provide me by sending message on my registered/alternate number with my order no for the activation of the jio sim.
                          Please activate my jio sim as quick as possible.
                          What is the status of my activation process?

                          I am looking forward for a positive reply from the company.

                          I have called the Jio toll free customer care no but they have not accepted my call.This step was repeated 4 to 5 times but none of the tie they have accepted my phone calls. Then I emailed them on company's email id at [email protected] but they have only replied me with that "Due to overwelming response their may be some delay in responding my query." But after 4 emails they have replied me with a compaint no which is SR000001D5H3 They also replied me that their team will resolve the issue within the next 48 hours. These are all the detailed information.

                                  I bought relianec jio on 20th august from a their outlet at venus nagar, chennai 99. Till date it has not been connected.

                                  Their customer care number is not available all the time ([protected]). Twice i managed to reach them and registered a complaint. The last complaint number us sr0000015l2z.

                                  I called up the reliance outlet which is also very difficult to reach. Managed to speak to kalai who is responsible for this activity. But no results.

                                  I want this to be escalated but there is no one or there is no mechanism to resolve this problem.

                                        And Reliance DX store is also Charged Rs. 300.00 for giving a new JIO sim, and early activation. But till today 05.09.16 JIO SIM is not activated.
