Happened to visit the store and while chitchating with guys there, one of Jios officials came there.I did not know he was there official.i just randomly mentioned how bad jio is, That is when he asked the problem to store guys who told him form has not been uploaded yet(till that time they were telling forms are uploaded but since server is down i am not getting message)
He asked store guys to escalate matter and get my form uploaded same day itself as it was 11th day.Following this incident in another 4-5 hours i got call from a jio official of designation of Asst Manager, who promised to get it resolved
In next 30 minutes i recieved confirmation of form upload, that is order no.
It took another 4 days, and couple of calls to the person who helped to get this resolved, finally on 06 august night sim got activated, but had to wait till 7th morning to televerfiy as televerification servers were down.
I apologise that i am not posting number of Jio person who called as it was his personal mobile number, and he is helping lot of customers over here.Posting it here would bombard him with calls and even that help to others might stop.

no updates yet,
not even order number has been recieved
not sure where the CAF form is yet,
Store is not able to provide update, JIo costumer care says contact store,
Made 5 visits to store but no help, seems they are busy too much
Store took my number twice and said they shall check and update, but never did they.Now they say some forms they have uploaded some are given to jio directly, since i have not even recieved order number i duno if form is missing,
