I am a firm believer in the digital movement jio has brought and in spite of having samsung note and galaxy thought to experience jio with lyf.

But to my utter disbelief it started becoming overheated during operation and specially during charging.

But the real shock came when it bended last week after charging.

The camera is not also working properly and taking blurred images.

My wife approached your service centre at ekta heights (Above icici bank), baghajatin, kolkata with the problem.

She was treated very roughly by one of your lady front executive and aligated it was our fault, not covered by warranty and she should return back.

After raising voice and escalating she was addressed by my one of the senior staffs and today we got back the set.

The entire contents have been wiped and no body even cared to back up or inform before doing so and the set is still bent.

The state of service is really unheard off and is very unlikely what the reliance brand stands for which will become evident if you deploy mystery shopping.

My wife was shocked and so was i to have such a customer experience.

Buying the set and getting the connection was a wonderful experience and addressing your customer care is your prerogative but

I sincerely request redressal and replacement of the lyf set as i sincerely believe a brand like reliance jio stands for trust.

I am not escalating the matter to connsumer forum as i have deep respect in your brand and the visionary of your leader.

Expecting a resolution soon.

    I made a mistake while typing the mobile number while recharging my phone via paytm. I misplaced one digit. I called the customer care and they refuse to help me. Please help me to resolve the issue.

    Recharged to my jio number which was on my name. They gave that number to someone else since I wasn't using that number for past 3months.They dint intimate me regarding this. I recharged that number on Sunday 3/12/2017 for 399rs. I need refund.
    On 7.12.17 at 8am when I opened my phone I found that whole of 1gb data has been used at 5.45 am.
    This is ridiculous and call for change of service provider.

      Hi,

      I am trying to port out my number from jio as my phone does not support volte. I have submitted my request twice and every time jio has rejected the request. This is bad service by jio.
      I have received the upc as well but the problem is that reliance is rejecting the mnp request due to reasons are best known to them. I have been trying again and again but every time it's rejected. Reliance should at least send an sms and inform what the problem is that it's rejecting. My bill is also not pending as it's in credit status. No communication is being received from reliance. Have also been trying to connect with customer support but that too has been shut. Request to kindly do needful.

      On 6 Dec 2017 at about 4:26 pm I recharged my Jio no. for ₹399 plan. I used 'Phone Pe' app to make the payment. Amount was deducted but recharge was not made. Please refund the amount or recharge. The beneficiary was [protected]@icici.

          My bill plan is for 303 and a part from this i had already done 399 exclusive plan valid till february.

          On november i had done payment of 704 + 704 total of 1404 against all pending outstanding till 31 oct.

          Now i have received a fresh bill for period of 1 nov to 30 nov with total bill of more then 900

          On asking for by detailed bill again and again no one from jio team is sending me my detailed bill.

          And on asking why they have charged extra the answer was it was your pending payment of last month.

          Then on sharing the detailed last bill that i had received from jio against payment of 704 ; for which i had domen total payment of 1408- they are not giving reply.

          They are charging extra without any reason and doing harasment with people by not providing any details of bill neither uploading it on jio app.

          Total fraud with consumer as every time there statement change’s on reason for extra bill as according to the plan opted at any cost the bill can not exceed 450 inclusive of taxes.

            I would like to inform you that i received a message on 23rd nov stating high volume outgoing calls. I was asked by customer care executive to limit the volume of outgoing calls. And i strictly followed the instructions. Still i was receiving such messages. Then one of your customer care executive told me that this is a technical error kindly ignore such messages. But on 07.12.17 late in the night and on 08.12.17 morning i received messages stating that my outgoing calls has been barred. More over in my statement downloaded from my jio app it shows that i have called to my own jio number and the conversation has lasted. Which is absolutely hypothetical and non sense.
            I called at customer care center to register my complain and provide me the docket number. The executive asked me to write at care @jio.com. I write the same issue at requested to lodge a complaint. But it falls on deaf ears.
            Further, i requested them to please provide following details:
            1. What is the definition of normal usage and threshold limit beyond which the zone of abnormally high calls exist. Please also provide detailed and explanatory terms and conditions of rs399 plan and rs. 149.
            2. Why the jio customer care executive don't provide a uniform set of response, misguide consumer and don't lodge the grievance?
            3. What is the logic of this misguided statement, in which a person make calls to oneself?
            4. Please provide mechanism of grievance redressal.
            5. How to track the complaint status if in case customer care is not reliable?
            Which is not answered at all. Inspite of responding to my concern, the executive suggest me to recharge the number at an earliest to avail the services of calling.

            Please do the needful.

Our company bought many jiofi routers but that employee from jio sold me jiofi and commited me to provide me the bill for jiofi as it is required in our company.               I'm Sandesh Aswal from kotdwar, whilst I was working in office i put up jio fiber connection in dehradun. So as the employee came to set the fiber connection, i had a jio set of box that i asked him to return.
              But now it's been more than 4 months.
              And that employee hasn't processed any transaction.

              I having issue with the jio employee named as Vishal Saini who is currently working in jio fiber net LUCKNOW viskahnagar headoffice as well also working with side business dealing with Sikka network in LUCKNOW. He used to ask customers regaring Sikka broadband I want him too out of the jio organization because your employee is misleading the company taking salary from Jio and working for other company I have come to know from sources he is also involved in fake transactions regarding Jio

                    I have ported idea [protected] to jio.

                    Signal is coming but i m unable to receive any calls from any number.

                    I am missing all my important calls,

                    . No one are able to connect to my number. Its very critical that i have to be available on phone.

                    Mnp 90 day rule is not acceptable is this case

                    I am ok if they can backport my number to idea. Idea was lot better in technical resolutions

                    Speed of network is very very slow in our place.Gandhinagar colony, Puduppariyaram p.o, olavakkode, palakkad.Even the google is not opening at all.Most o[censored]s are depending on this sim for our internet and a pathetic condition to us now
                    I work for a software company located in Hyderabad, Hitech city. In our office, we get all other network signals except jio. Compare to starting signal strength got very weak. Hitech is a center city here we are not getting a signal and in my village, there is zero signal strength. You will lose customers if your signal strength is very low.
                    When my jio plan is over its work very good and good speed but I take new plan my internet speed is very poor and poor. And many times my network is gone . It's very thif service I don't like to use this again. Jio Is the bad connection so don't use anyone this service anymore

                      My jio phone isn't updating.. After downloading the firmware it is auto restarting and getting in phone language and not updating, and the phone also is much hanging and thers is no video call is there, if i download jio video call its cancelling on its own

                        I am a prime member after seeing advertisement in tv/hoardings and myjioapp i recharged 399 dhana dhana offer in sep-3rd (Where offer was still valid according to there media release link) but i was getting charged for post paid bill cycle too even after taking this offer : (Very disappointing.

                        So i had paid 399 + postpaid bill value 303 + tax every month.
                        On repeated call and visit to store & service centers i got different answers and no resolution yet.
                        I got my service stopped also from dec-06-2017 but billing and 399 is still running.
                        They call only to ask when bill will be paid and send mail saying open and check bill for details.

                        Please start action to advertise correctly in media and ask customer care to give one answer and don't trick customers with wage answers and justification and request to come to store/service center...

                            I logged request to deactivate number on 21st nov and i got call next day. I strictly said that i want to deactivate number but on 27th nov, they closed my request saying that i agreed to be retained.

                            Again, i raised same request on 2nd dec, got call next day where i strictly said to deactivate but till date no action is taken.

                              Whenever my 1 gb data exhausts it stops at 6.14kb remaining, now i have a 5gb additional data through a voucher that never activates due to those 6.14 kb, i called costomer care and they say use the remaining 0.01mb left and the 5gb pack will activate, but i switch to low speed at 6.14kb remaining and am not able to use that 5gb pack. Costomer care is not helping any more.

                              I recharged by mistake to no. [protected] of Rs 509 by using PhonePe apk on 6th December 2017, transaction ID- NX[protected] . My number is [protected].

                              When my daily jio data is exhausted to 100% there is still 6.14kb remaining, and I have a 10gb Add On data that never activates due to those 6.14 kb, and there is no way it is getting used up... I tried sending files of 6kb or 7kb... But it doesnot seem to use my data and hence i cannot access my Add On of 10 GB

                                Yesterday my 4g dat got exhausted hence i recharged my phone with plan of 153. I received mail saying my recharge is successful and data is renewed and i have 0.5gb per day till 2nd jan 2018. So as i was travelling this morning, i had made recharge yesterday and after confirmation messages of recharge i stopped using data. This morning when i reached bangalore railway station i was suppoesed to leave a mail to my office regarding my delay to office and book a cab to office.
                                For this i switched on 4g data on my mobile, then it said my data is exhausted and i dont have enough balance in my mobile!! Boom!! I called customer care 4 times, following is the response from each executive (I had to narate whole story 4 to 5 times to everyone and finally no solution!!)
                                Executive 1: your data is exhausted for today (8.30am when i switched on my data my data is over!! Really!!)
                                Executive 2: i can see u have 0.5gb in ur account but may be settings is wrong, please check ur settings blah blah blah (I told her everything is right and i have made no changes to my settings and pretty sure its not settings issue over my phone)
                                Executive 3: now comes the twist, this executive told me, this data pack is not applicable for non-jio phones, wherease 1st 2 executives confirmed on my mobile type and raised arequest to network team assuring this issue will be resolved soon. I demanded to talk to supervisor.
                                Supervisor: after again repeating the whole story, she said they cant help, neither they will refund money.
                                And i was running late to my office and neither i had mailed them about my delay, so even after explaining my emergency, for all 4 of them they took my 50min early morning and finally they said they cant help neither can they refund.
                                What about my money and data pack now. Please note, this same incident is happened for 2nd time. Earlier recharges also i have faced same issue.

                                What part of emergency didn't they understand???
                                No data no refund???
                                Why the hell couldnt they find any solution for my issue when already paid money???
                                I asked them to convert it to other plan, i begged them to do something as it was an emergency

                                Pathetic service by jio.

                                  I have recharge my jio sim from rs 399 and validity upto 16 jan 2018. All calls free and daily 1 gb data daily in this plan but from today i am not able to make any call. Today i am found one msg that i am missuse this plan but i am only make a call on my family or family members. When i talk to customer care they advice me to reacharge rs 149 for continue outgoing call. But in term and condition not any place this is not mention that i am not making unlimited call to our family and friends. So please help from this type of fraud promise given by company. Tomorrow on 27 november a customer support was calling on number and give me assurance that my out going plan will be access again but it is not truth. I make any on any number so please help me.

                                    My jio no. [protected] aur is number par 2 data add on pack activated hai. Ek 5gb jiski val. 2 feb 2018 and 10 gb jiski validity 16 dec 2017 hai. Issue ye hai ki daily limit puri ho jane ke baad 5 gb add-on me se data use hone lagta hai jiski validity jyada hai lekin ye customer ke hit me nhi hai.. Kyuki 10 gb add-on pack ki validity kam hai to pehle 10gb wala pack use hona chahiye ab dikkat ye hai ki muje 10 gb use krne ke liye pehle 5gb add on wala pack use krna hoga. Jo ki sahi nhi hai... So mene reliance jio se request thi ki 10 gb add on ki validity badhai jaye ya fir kuch esa kiya jay jis se me pehle 10 gb ko use kr saku... Taki 5gb ka benifit bhi sahi se mil sake.. Mene reliance jio se contact kiya lekin reliance jio ne meri koi help nahi ki

                                      I was a post paid reliance jio prime customer. I have paid rs 399 for availing services for 70 days /also paid for summer offer scheme however they have additionally charging 309 per month in their billing, hence i feel all scheme by jio in substance to cheat post paid customer.
                                      How can they charges for two different services where as i am availing only one service.
                                      I was always loyal to reliance industry however this experience literally shocked me.
                                      How they can be unbiased to post paid customer like this, else they should have guide us to protect our interest.

                                        The balance in data plan gets exhausted immediately on renewal every 24 hours of my newly activated sim even though i don't use it. I have informed over phone as well as in the form form of written complaint to [protected]@jio.com. However, the problem is not yet solved. I have also sent the screen shot over mail but to no avail. The matter may be looked into.
