On 31st july , 2011 I purchased 2 tyres of J K tyre make for my Maruti Zen car from a dealer in Jamshedpur( Mr. Vishal tyres). When i drove next day with my new tyre from home to office , my back left tyre got bursted . I went to dealer who said it has to be inspected by J K tyre engineer . I sent the tyre to regional office of J K tyre. After 3 days of harassment they finally told me that tyre bursted because of customer's fault and not by manufacturing defect . Also, the regional office representative behaved rudely with me . Dealer also made false promise that J K tyre will replace the tyre on 2 conditions - 1st when tyre gets damaged because of manufacturing defect and 2nd if tyre has travelled upto 50% within a year . Also dealer fitted the defective tyre in more than one hour and that too forcebly as he was not able to fit the tyre initially in rim with same ease he fitted another one.
I need replacement urgently by J K tyre.

instead of repeated reminders n requests honda siel indai/jk tyres limited failed to replace two low quality radial tyres provided to mr deven datta in his honda city (vmt model)purchased on 22 sep 10 (veh registration noCHO1AE7836) which were worn off within the warranty period
n have been giving lame excuses for the loss caused to the customer and a huge embaressment n financial loss caused to the customer by the company.
ur requested to please pursue the matter n takea serious action the company fo the embaressment n loss caused to the customer

urresponse to the complaint no given above is not satisfactory as per the customer,u r requested to pl advise any other suitable dealer other than divine honda to pl check the vehicle tyres since the reply given to me by divine honda executives is not acceptable because of the following reasons;
1. the mechanic agreed to the wear n tear but the executive didnt.
2. i was being told by the executive that radial tyres ar e for comfort n they have lesser life(is this the logic on which honda siel works?????????????),
3 becuaseof the load of the engine in front the tyres have worn off ??????????
4. radial tyres have lesser life because they r costly.....(does it soundsense??????????)
5. there is no requirement of tyre rotation before 10000kms even if the veh had plied on rough road conditions.....(this is when ur executive was told tht veh had travelled i rough condn in initial 5000kms)...

I Purchased brand new Scorpio SLE on 20th Feb-2011 having JK Tyres ( Radial / Tubelss etc..etc) . On the way to my home from Showroom itself , I shocked to see that one of my tyre got punctured. I stopped my car on the spot and within 2 minutes my brand new tyre got flat. More surprised to see that it has 5 no of puncture's . Here it is important to mention that road is normal city road whereas SUV are built for off road driving too as I know. I am very much upset with this and i want to register my complaint with top level of JK Tyre group as well as Mahindra . Or someboby suggest me what should i do?

Recently i have bought a chevrolet cruze. Last week on my way to Delhi from dehradun, my car went off road on the highway to avoid a truck on the opposite way, my forward left side tyre blasted off. luckily the speed was under control and i managed to control the car. Later i approached my chevrolet car dealer in dehradun ( DPM AUTO SALES DEHRADUN ) to CLAIM THE TYRE AGAINST WARANTY. Inspite they took me to the Jk tyre whole sale supplier in dehradun. The supplier very bluntly refused to renew my tyre. Now please someone tell how safe you are on road using such tyres and with such support from the company. i am very much disappointed. I would have understood if my tyres must have been old but 20 days old tyre. Finally i have to buy a new tyre because for the whole week i was running my car without a spare.

This is to complaint regarding the purchase of 2 sets of tyres with tubes,dated 6/12/2009, from M/s High Speed Tyres and Batteries, address, 47 Mohan Park, West Guru Angad Nagar,Opposite Radhu Palace Cinema, Delhi 92, phone number[protected].

The defect came to my notice and i submitted it back for replacement through the company to the M/S High Speed Tyres and Battteries, address mentioned above, dated 12/09/2010. Despite my repetitive reminders to the Dealer, there was no response from their side. I got a confirmation message from JK Tyre regarding receipt of the faulted tube at their end, receipt number being[protected], dated 20/10/2010. I again got a message from JK Tyre on 27/10/10 that my claim has been accepted and they offered me replacement at 25% wear. Still nothing has materialized as of yet.

The dealer is not paying heed to my any request regarding the same and never entertains me/or my request in a good behavior.

Please do the needful and it has been quite a while now, almost 1 month and 17 days.

Dear Sir,

With huge belief we had opted for HINDUSTANT Pureit, but looking at the service, we think, we make a mistake. I had lodged a complaint for changing PUREIT BATTERY on 19.11.2009, wherein we were assured that the battery will be changed within 3 working days, but when on 24.11.09 I enquired at call centre ([protected]) they regreted for delay and lodged a complaint no. C[protected]on 24.11.09, and than on 26.11.09 I received a SMS stating that my complaint no. C[protected] has been attended by your representative and whether we are satisfied?? This SMS I have received when nobody had attended to my complaint nor battery was replaced, when I again contacted on above call centre no, and informed them about the SMA, they again lodged a new complaint no. C[protected] dt. 26.11.2009 and assured that within 48 hours the battery will be replaced.

From above you can see that for replacing a battery I had registered by complaint on 19.11.09 and till 26.11.2009 the battery was not replaced, again and again new complaints are lodged with assurance to give service within 48 hours, God knows when this 48 hours will come??, When regularly followed up with your local AIROLI Person ([protected]) for 2 days he assured that complaint shall be attended and battery shall be replaced, since yesterday he too had switched off his mobile, this is not a service????

We too JK Organisation, knows how important today customer is, If HINDUSTAN PUREIT gives such an service to his customers, I think, you are giving a option to your competitors to capture your customers.

I sincerely believe my above complaint, will be seriously taken, and tommoroww your executive shall definetely visit to attend our complaint at following address:

I bought a Zen Estilo Vxi car with OEM fitted JK tyre, - vehicle and tyre made in Aug 2007.
Till date the vehicle has done 26,000 kms.
The tyre wear is normal and the car and tyre are under warranty.
The tyres are of very poor build quality the tyres are bulged, giving a bumpy ride.

Tyre repair shops tell the tyre is of poor quality and has manufacturing defect.
JKi customer service is non existant and is very surprising the tyre to develop such defects within 2 yrs /26k km.
Two tyres are in bad shape and the rest three are slightly better.

How such poor quality tyres are fitted?
is Maruti responsible for such tyre selection or JK responsible for such poor quality?
Ultimately we the car buyers are left in the lurch, high and dry.

i have got a maruti swift lxi 16800km old.using tyres provided by company at the time of delivery.my prob is that 3 out of 5v tyres are having deformation problem.one tyre deformed to an extent that it started leaking and i had to changed that immediately.now 2 tyres are deformed , my car is vibrating while running.i doubt u guys will do anything in this matter??????????

I am having Maruti Zen Estilo car, purchased in Jan 2007 Which is having 5 tyre of JK tyre which were supplied with new car. It is 26000 KM old and suddenly it was started vibrating while running. After checking it was found that out of 5 , 2 tyres having manufacturing defect and it was tempered so vibrating and it was told that it is dangereous too.
Please guide me what to do ?
