Dear sir

I have purchased 2 tyres on the 24/06/2017 from new bharat tyres at kadapakada kollam 691008.
Today after the vehicle has just run for at about 10km the tyre is burst. I request you to kindly do the needful for the replacement as the dealer has promised me. I need it replaced at the earliest

I get a car alto 800 on 24/06/15 with five jk tyres and three of the tyres burst because of their poor quality within 24 months between march and may in sequence. Ever tyre have a single crack line and it has not a single cut symbol neither tourn off. I have lodge a complaint on jk tyres web address and they contacted me. Now jk tyre's technician met me today 13/06/17 at 3 pm and told me that your tyre have cut as usual i was thinking like...

1.Two tyre with Size and Des: 175/65 R l4 were purchased from Keni brothers Panaji -Goa in sept 2016.
2. In March 2017, last week I took the car to Goa airport to drop son to.On way back just on main road, tyre got burst .disturbing my travel.
3. Next day tyre was taken to the dealer who in turn asked us to give the tyre to the JK tyre office at "Santa Cruz" panaji and gave a letter to the JK Tyre office to do the needful.
4. Accordingly Tyre along with dealer letter was delivered at JK Tyre &Industries Ltd MU-PN-GOA S.R.Furtado, Valuz Apartments Gr Floor, Ubbo Dando Santa cruz 403005 Panaji
5. The JK Tyre &Industries service Engineer Inspected the tyre to REJECT the tyre instantly.and Today on asking they gave me back dated letter dated 5.4.2017.which reads as under:

storage space. We regret that we can not accept responsibility for customers property for more than 2l days from the date of this advice. If we do not hear from you within this period, we may dispatch the goods to your destination by goods train or through Regd, Transporters at our discretion on freight to pay basis. Please note that if goods are not accepted by you we will have the liberty of disposing of the same at our
own discretion."

Our Contention& request:
1. On the Main Road cut on side wall of tyre is not understandable. Its Manufacturing defect only.
2. Tyre has not run even 2500 kms
3. We feel Tyre may be of very Old stock at the time of supply which may please be examined.
4.And I request you to take early action in the matter for replacement of tyre.
as the tyre was purchased for our company Car. as we deal with several tyres for our different vehicles.

I angshuman dawan purchased 4 no of jk tyre from jk tyre dealer, named shyam tyre at burdwan w. B at october month in the year 1916. I shaffer very much problem from those purchased tyre.
I also told the problemt dealer. Today one representative who is appointed for our area, meet with me at the shop see all tyre and told this is not manufacturing problem this is alignment problem. I am not satisfied. Please give me laboratory test about this mater withen 7 days

Dear sir/mam,

I had given complain regarding my car tyre yesterday i got a massage that claim is not accept under warranty and it does not have any manufacturing defect.
How is it possible that its not manufacturing defect only 18 months back i bought new car and on the same time all tyres are new why only i am getting problem in one tyre because there is manufacturing issue. So i just want to request you please check again and accept my tyre complain.

I baught tyre from authorized dealer of jk tyre named as v care automobiles now the shop is closed forever now there is air leakage from outer side where the monogram of jk tyre is mentioned there are two leakage in the tyre which throws air out very fastely please help me resolve the problem as the shop is closed I am unable ask anyone.
Please give me a solution of it.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Maruti Suzuki-four wheeler vehicle on 29th.Apr.2016 from Vipul motors, Faridabad, Haryana, India. Would like to share complaint about the poor quality of JK tyres. Car has multiple punchers with in one year span, majorly at the rim of the tyer. It’s my personal vehicle and very rarely used. Would request for tyre replacement from the company.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My self Dr. Abhilash (researcher in rubber tree genomics), I own and use a few of vehicles which run on JK Tyres, and last day I had avery bad experience; While travelling from Ernakulam (Kochi) to Kayamkulam in my car (Maruti, Swift) together with my kid the rear wheel burst resulting in a lot of inconvenience and loss - THE TYRE IS PRODUCT OF JK Tyres and Industries.

From customer point of view this is really terrible and to be frank may affect the good-will of JK Tyres. I am into R&D sector in rubber and is very well aware of product quality, and moreover my brother owns a couple of outlets with Dealership in Tyres including JK and is opening a new outlet as well.

We realise that, the incident has occured due to the manufacturing defect in the particluar Tyre from JK, So I request your immediate attention in this regard and do make adequate remedial measures including replacement.

To make the point clear, i am concerned of the way in which incident happened and do require your team to inspect other Tyres as well to avoid future similar incidents.

We live in India and overseas as well and never encountered such incidents of tyre burst with in city speed limits.

I purchased mahindra xuv in apr 15 with jk tyres. On 18 dec my one of tyre punchered and told my son to replace with spare wheel and get it repsired. On taking out spare wheel i saw that tyre had no air and had a crack of approx 4 inch. I spoke to sales person of punjab mahindra at sghighway ahmedabad. He told to go to service center. On 20 dec i went to punjab mahindra service centre he checked and told to go to jk tyre engineer office at sarkhej. Engineer (Mr vivek) was not there and i contacted him on mobile. He told to send photos by whatapp. I send tyre photos and seeing photo he declared cut in tyre. I told him that it is not a cut it is crack. I repeated that cut only come when tyre is used. I requested him to check tyre's conditition physically. He told that i cannot come at sarkhej office. He said that that i should go to narol office. I went to narol office and he checked the tyre and its series with other which was of same series. He told that tyre is new and nsd measured was 8mm which happens to be new tyre. Inspire of facts he gave report of cut and not crack. I told him when tyre is new and it was never used by me how cut is possible. For that he told i do not know. He said that it ws cut hence cannot be replaced. Pl look into matter and replace with new tyre. Pl believe on army person otherwise nobody will believe on jk tyre and one nobody will purchase jk tyres. Pl see more than 20 such cracking of tyre complaints. This is manufactural defacts ad substandard material is used. If nothing is heard it will be my compuldon to go to court with tyre.

I am from kerala (e-mail address : [protected]@rediffmail.com), lodging this complaint about the jk tyre (185/60 r-15, vectra tubeless tyre) supplied by the manufacturer of the volswagan vento, which i purchased three years back. out of the five tyres supplied, two of them got damaged, having lengthy crack on the right side of them. i think it is because of poor quality and manufacturing defects. hence i humbly request you to take action to replace it through your cochin office in kerala.

I purchased maruti swift from dealer KDMOTORS bhuj.dealer and have running of 12000 km. Tyre got leaked from the edge of it frequently .without puncture. Please check and repair or replace the tyre.This is defect from manufacturer having poor quality and need to replace tyre with new one.this shouldnot happen in just 11000 km running. Company should owe the responsibility and replace the defective pc

I Have brought my New Maruti Swift Car in May 17, 2016, after running of 12000 KM, tyre got cracked . I have visited tyer service center, they advised me to contact JK Tyre due to manufacturing defect.

I have contacted to Maruti dealer for the same. Maruti dealer has send tyre to replacement, I have talk to JK Service engineer BUT He tel he will come on 18 Oct in jabalpur, please solve my problem, and replace my 1 tyre, and check all tyre.

I am cicil from cochin...9 months back i purchased 4 jk tyre ultima sport 165/80 r 14. and after driving 8000 kms i found on 3 tires sunken side wall (not the joint) after 11000 km it is increasing and one tyre there is no problem it means quality and manufacturing problem. i am afraid to drive and it is safety related problem so i strongly requesting to replace free of charge...

I am using jk tarnado for my car chevrolet spark, after running of 20000 km the tyre is not properly working, it s became up and down for which the car is bubling, iwas thinking about allegment but after due verifiy it is found that the tyre has problem even the show room also satis fied with my proble but he denied to replace . there fore i request yuo to exchange my tyre .

I purchased a swift dzire in 2012 from brd dealer, konnikara, thrissur dt.
The jk tyre which was in the car at the time of delivery is having high noice while driving and when i contacted the above dealer, they informed that jk tyres have this issue and cannot be replaced as its given by maruti company.
I have enquired with maruti customers whose car is having jk tyre, all are having this type of issues.
If maruti company is giving jk tyres which is of low quality, it should be replaced with a good new one.

Or else we are going for filing a case against maruti company and jk tyres

I was very surprise when I bought jk tyre for my swift car because it was not so expesive than other brand. But I am shocked when I saw my cars tyre is changinging it's shape.I was scared may be it will burst any tyme but tyre didn't get burst insted it got punture with the cracked area. I don't know what jk tyre company can do for me. I don't even drive too. Much my car. Only 10000 km per month. But I lost all my money buying this tyre if company doesn't replace it. I hope the company will understand me and will do me favour. Let see. Thanks any way

Myself kumud ranjan had complained directly to the j k tyre office for my two tyre of swift dzire, after submitting to the service advisor i got assured that claim will be done and then we will be inform you, after that that service advisor had left the company and he asked to talk to the mr rai in patna, i called many times to him, he asked that i didnt get two tyre, i got only one tyre, and we cant give the awrranty because, it had manufactured in 2008, but my burning issue is this i had purchased my car in 2011, then how i get 208 tyre, and regarding another tyre, he asked i dont know, whom y have submitted, talk to him, but that person had left over the company.
in complete context where is the fault of cosumer, i am attaching my car rc book for the date of the purchase of my car, it is registerd as my sisters name.

I had life threatening experience when i was travelling with my family from jaipur to gurgaon my car's rear tyre suddenly made a sound and i lost control of the car and somehow managed to save my life and other passenger's life. I got down and saw a big piece of tyre's first thick layer got disconnected from my rear tyre and the steel wire strings came out. I would here by request jk tyre which claims to be best tyre manufacturing company to replace my tyre as soon as possible and should focus on quality of tyres so that people should trust you more.

I purchased fiat punto on 13th oct 2013 (From oberio fiat noida) & total running of car is 20000 kms.
Company has provided jk make tubeless tyre with car.
Since last 6 months i was facing vibration problem while driving. When it was checked for balancing/alignment, found that one of the tyre is faulty, it is not damaged but because of manufacturing defect one part of tyre projected out. (Deformed shape).

Please take a necessary action on this. As per you company web site, it shows 5 year of warranty.
