I have purchased two 14 " tyres for my tata indica vista in may 2017 from aluva, kochi. Now one of my tyre got damaged (Had got hole in the outer side of the tyre. Attaching pictures of the tyre here for reference. Looking for a replacement of the tyre as it was not stuck with any object physically before.

This is to inform you that a order placed by executive engineer, electrical mechanical division, pwd, varanasi vide order no. 452/2mg dated[protected] fro rs. 39153/-, e-transfer from the department at 17 may 2018 to jk tyre & industries limited, 17/2 jalilpur parao, varanasi, but supply still pending at your end. Due to non-supply of tyre hamper government work and division faced lot of prblem.
So i request you to please arrange this supply as soon as possible and send me to feedback. Payment and order is attached.

I have bought new volkswagen ameo diesel on dated 29/11/2017.JK Tyre was fitted as company fittment on vehicle.It was only runned 17800km.While Travelling a distance of 200km on National Highway no.6 from Balasore To Bhubneswar after covering a distance of 90km on date 18/05/2018 the rear rh tyre suddenly burst with a sound vehicle was at 90km/hr speed it suddenly dragged to rh side road divider.Me with my family of 3 member was travelling in that car.Then I slowly controlled the car and turned to left side of the road to park.The tyre was totally torn off and inner side of the tyre was totally in two pieces.I gave complaint at VOLKSWAGEN BHUBNESWAR Showroom they send a mail to JK Tyre Sr.service manager cuttack.JK Tyre given a false and cheap statement that my tyre runned flat a long distance and then get torrned off suddenly.Please JK Tyre dont play with the safety of the passengers travelling with a faith in your tyre.I want JK Tyre to provide a new tyre against my burst tyre.

Unfortunately i decided to change my all 5 maruti alto (Old) tyres with jk tubeless redial tyres.

Bought 5 tyres vide invoice no.2554 dated 23.3.18 from puri tyres & tubes centre, shop no.78, tikona park, nit faridabad.

1 tyre got punctured from the side of the new tyre without any iron nail in it. It was clearly a manufacturing defect or the tyre was a poor 3rd class quality dried up due to its age. Got it replaced vide invoice no.201/2018-19 dated 15.04.18 by paying rs.150.

Surprisingly, another tyre out of these 5 tyres, got punctured like the earlier one but this tyre at 2 places on the side of the tyre. Dismayed, contacted the dealer who showed his inability to change the new tyres purchased except replacing it for rs.150 again vide invoice no.285/2018-19 dated 21.4.18.

In view of the above, my faith in the jk tyres has shattered completely.
Myself being a senior citizen and suffering from certain ailments, it is not feasible for me to take a chance with your these 3rd class tyres to travel anywhere taking the risk of my life besides the hurdles of changing punctured tyres as above.

I therefore demand a full refund of my money that is rs.9000+300 spent on these substandard tyres in my entire life.

Earlier apollo tyres i got with my new car have run for 11 years without trouble.

I need a full refund immediately and nothing else. Otherwise i shall be free to go to consumer court in the matter.

I had bought 2 JK Elanzo NXT( 205/60R16) Stencil noC1415GCO1 from Tyre Shoppee Noidain april 2016.I was told by the retailer that the tyre has 5 years warranty against manufacturing defects which includes bubbles from sides. One of the tyre got bubbled and I handed over the same to the retailer.Another tyre has lost its rubber layer from one side but the retailer said that he will get the bubbled one replaced by JK Tyres first and the other one later.
Vijay Kr Ram has rejected the replacement request stating that the illogical reason of side wall breakage 14th March, 18. The report is attached for your reference.

JK Tyre is cheating people by not honouring the commitments.I had bought these tyres for Rs 11000/-( INR Eleven Thousand).

Request your help in refund of money /Replacement of new tyres.

I have purchased your tyre last year may 2017 and with in a year tyre is disfigured at some point & shape is completely distorted, i dont understand the reason whereas temperature is not so high which effects the tyre and bging is such a shape.
Tyre is in its manufacturing warranty period and hope you will resolve the issue immediately.

We purchased four tyre from your authorised dealer m/s chhabra tyre, sahibabad on 10.08.2017 in size 175x65x14 for our car. The dealer assured us its are very good tyres. Before one week we were going to najibabad, the front tyre gets burst and car dis balanced, however we stopped and checked, saw the tyre damaged. While returned with stepney we show the tyre to the dealer who made castle in the air at the time of selling, he slightly refused and said we can not do anything and no replacement of the tyre at all at our point.
After purchased the tyre car run approx 1000 km and suddenly the damage of the tyre give surprise. For the last approx 30 year we had been using ceat company tyre and as such there was not any complain for their use and running. All tyres till has been replaced approx after run of 50-60 thousand kilometre.
Now i request to the honourable authorised company official kindly look into the matter and clarify us whether the product quality is so inferior or are we being misguided?

I had my passenger bus in maharashtra kalyan. I had very bad experience for j k tubeless tyres on the way of journey the tyre get busted while given to concerned authorities for inspection they give us the reason that due to low pressure the tyre got burst and said they can’t give you replacements really very bad survey.in future never trust on j k tyres

We given 2 tyre of 9.00-20 of front tyre and rear tyre at ankleshwar JK tyre C&F depot. Our both tyres clear in claim process. We called them before 4-5 months for our new tyres, but they not given proper answer. Suddenly we got news that ankleshwar's JK tyre C&F depot closed. They did some fraud so, company closed all process. Now its the prestige of JK tyre. We trusted on JK tyre's name. We have mobile no.[protected]/ [protected]. We are sending receipt which was received by CHETAN. Tyre number is mention in this receipt. If company's C&F agent do this kind of work than how we will keep trust on other j.k tyre's dealers. Please revert us how we will get our both tyres which was passed in cliam.

I bought a new ertiga zdi car aug 2017. Last week in cross cut road, gandhipuram, i felt the tyre got punctured and while trying to park to side of road, the wheel got over a stone and hit hard and on inspection it is found that the tyre is worn out and cannot be used. I had hardly run 2000 km and now the tyre has to be replaced. I request you to replace the tyre at free of cost since it is under warranty period

My s cross zeta front driver side tyre cut from side wall after 3 & half months purchased. But j k tyre rejected the tyre due to cut by side wall. I think it's a poor quality made from j k tyre and used by maruti s cross all wheels. Why maruti purchase from j k tyre? Very poor quality and it's dangerous for driven any car on the road. Please do something to change this types of quality made from j k tyre and don't use in four wheeler in future. My car tyre size 205/60 r16 92h nxt mean tubeless tyre. Really don't purchase any maruti car if it is with j k tyre.

I have purchased maruti suzuki scross back in april 2016. Recently i found crack in tyre's side wall and ideally there is warranty for two years for tyres and 40000kms. My car has ran only 9800kms and that too tyres are in warranty but company is refusing to help me regarding this saying that its not a manufacturing defect. Need your help with this issue as soon as possible.

I purchased swift zdi through invoice no. Vsl17000190 on 26.04.2017 form authorized maruti suzuki dealer prem motors pvt. Ltd., rajasthan. After one month from purchasing the vehicle front right side tyre started bubbling and when vehicle was inspected by the employee of the authorized dealership at gangapur city, distt. Sawai madhopur, after 15 days of oral complaint, the employee of authorized dealer directed me to go to sawai madhopur at authorized maruti workshop. When i visited the authorized workshop at sawai madhopur, the service engineer kept the tyre for inspection from the service engineer. Even after repeated request and complaints neither the tyre was changed nor satisfactory answer was given to me. After lapse of one month when i again visited the authorized service center then only i was informed about rejection of my claim due to on the ground neglected trade cut. Whereas on the tyre there is no such spot or cut visible.

I have purchased polo car 2015 december. By today 24 september 2017, i noticed front left tyre side wall wounded.. It is tubeless with 185/60 r 15 size. It's not even completed 2 years and ran 14k kilometers only. It is not really advisable to drive with such a wounded tyre. Since it is a new car, i need the replacement for this tyre.

Please provide solution to this. It's new car.

Ph: [protected], purchased a nano car fitted with jk tyres. One of the back tyres now has exposed and broken steel treads (On 6.8.[protected] kms purchased 30 months back. I am attaching a picture of the tyre taken now. It happened on the highway. Since all the other 3 tyres are ok there is a quality problem in this piece.

I purchased a chevrolet cruze car in jan'15, which came with jk tyres as oem, two key concern to note about the tyres is that they are of inferior quality and have worn out early, my car has not even done 30000km and my drive is limited to city driving from my house to my business place. Also one of the tyre has developed cracks, which normally happens with old tyres, as the rubber looses its quality. I made a complaint of the same to the jk tyre customer care department (Stn. No. B2614, vide claim no. Wf[protected]Cfd no. 456). But i got the standard answer, that the claim is not accepted under warranty as it does not have any manufacturing defect. Such kind of replies can be made against any complaint/feedback, which clearly highlights the dubious claims the company makes for there tyres (3 years unconditional warranty). I am disappointed with the same and would need an immediate resolution to my concern.

Dear sir my name is ashish pandiyar from bhopal. Last year i buy the car alto 800 lxi from satyam motors misrod bhopal. As per my information my car is in under warranty. I had problem in my car tyre that i need to change. As per company policy it's free under warranty so i went their jk tyre distribution center where they refused to change my tyre in free without giving any specific reason. This is totally unacceptable and unfair for me as as customer. I kindly request you pls take action on them give me justice as soon as possible. I attached company letter too.

They didn't mention any specific reason to sort out my problem...

This is regarding swift dzire vehicle which i own. I am facing noise issue in the tyres from quite some time now. I have got it checked at authorised workshop who have said that the tyre is defective. I want my complaint to be resolved at earliest.
