Tyre has been cracked outside please solve this issue

My 50000 rs is pending in yor accout..pls refund my money..my mistake work with jk tyre

Recently i was purchase swift vdi in feb 2018 its have jk tornado my car was driven only 34000 and have tyre 60% material but it have bubble on tyre it make noise on road to much i am totally disappoint with jk tyres.

The front tyre of my bike have a bulging problem . The tred parr of my tyre have a many bulg comes out suddenly

Purchased tyre on[protected]. Tyre 145/70 SR 12 ULTIMA XP(B0819). Returned on feb 12-2021 for having manufacturing defect but still i did not get back the tyre. Kindly solve the issue

I have an issue that nobody is resolving from jk tyre

I have bought 2 jk Elanzo Nxt Tyres 205/60/r16...
Just after 7000kms the rubber from the side of the tyres started ripping apart, because of which whenever I take a U-turn my car bobbles like anything. I have done my wheel alignment 3-4 times but still of no use. Above 100kmph the car juggles like anything. This is surely a manufacturing defect the rubber from the sides of the tyre is ripping. I have also made a complaint to your official website.
And now i got a call from jktyre and they are saying that the tyres I bought from the shop Were manufactured in 2015 so we cannot do anything about it.
First of all I was not being told that the tyres manufactured date is 2015. And nowhere on tyres it is mentioned. Just a 4digit number which today only I got to know that this decodes as manufactured date.

You being such a big company should care about your customers also, instead your employees is saying that Sir we admit its our fault but tyres are out of warranty so we can do anything from our side. This is totally unacceptable.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and help me in getting my tyres Replaced. Otherwise
I am afraid that i will be constrained to invoke my legal remedies against your company in the Court of District Consumer Forum Jammu and this complaint will Serve the purpose of Legal notice also.

I am using jk tyre since 2014 . I replaced my 3 car tyre with same brand and same model tornado JK tyre. My tyres are giving noise right from beginning. I got checked my tyre with car comany Maruti Hira auto Rajpura .They have given me certificate that noise is due to car tyre they replaced my tyre with another one and checked the noise .The noise was not there. I informed the company submitted my complaint with ticket no CPPB6784510L20 dated 10/12/2020. JK tyre engineer visited me checked my tyre submitted his report to company but I have not received the reply in written whether the company wll change my tyre or not. My repeated calls to engineer and JK Tyre toll free number has gone unanswered. I am unsatisfied with the unprofessional attitude of JK company as they have not given me written reply after their engineer submitted its report.

My tyre is just 4 months old came with new creta 2020 it was pictured during my visit . I went to repair person he told that tyre has manufactured defect and has problem of air bloating . When tyre was sent to warranty claim has been rejected mentioning reason tyre repaired. I was returning to Vadodara from Goa, after picture I used spare tyre but as distance was about 800 km I have to repair punctured tyre and person used patch.
You can understand that for a reasonable distance to be covered I have to ensure that all tyres are in running condition.
But claim has been rejected.

This is causing loosing faith in J K tyres as running after only 4 month and 4500 km tyre is giving problems. Please resolve issue and please again open my claim and replace the same

My old stuff is not accounted yet.
Example -
1.during period of 18-19 mansoon scheme

2.replacement problem 13.8.2019
3. In the bill of 24/8/19 .i had to meet 10% additional disscount in 3.00.17 tyres. Which is amount rs 6566.
4.last quarter disscount
5.replacement problem 9/02/20 (bilty number 2050 ) Gurunanak transport.
6. Replacement 14/3/2020
7.and last thing is. Long ago when you Have some GST matter in tubes. In which I had to get a discount of about 73000rs. It is also not come.
8. Replacement not received 02/11/20 (GR num 432)

I bought 3 tyres for my car (Maruthi ritz)from Mithra tyres kunnamangalam calicut on last year (Dec 2019)@2900 each,

and now 2 tyres got damaged like mistakes of tyres vehicle started some distraction and stability issues tyres used only 11 months and approx 6000 Kms, and I submitted the tyres for warranty at that time am realising they are gives 2017 made tyres to me

and I got a msg that to pay 1330for one tyre(claimWJEC[protected] and another one 822(claimWJEC[protected], I can't understand every company claims every tyres warranty at least 30k kilometers and how can I pay only 6000 Kms used tyres costs 40 % of the purchased value this is very disappointed

and I raised a complaint for that customer care executive gives contact number of mr Kiran m I contacted him on last Thursday he told me that he is not even show the tyres and he will be back when he shows it and till Tuesday no one contacted me, Monday i called Him and he Denys my call to day he says that he can’t do anything so I need to know that is jk tyre’s only last for 6000 kms

I am using a Maruti Ertiga ZXI from 2017. One Tyre has changed when its damaged at 2018 and Replaced new one with warranty. A Crack on sidewall of the tyre Its expanding day by day.

Dealer said, only possible to replace once its burst.
I said, Let you know once its burst and walk away from the senseless dealer's place
