I purchased a tyre for Unicorn CB 160 but within 3 months the tyre beating by stone but now the company's engineers says the tyre is all right for use. Then why provide warranty by your ccompany.If the tyre is not change then please keep it up by your company and it is my contributions to your company for making richer.

Iam a Indian Army Soldier working in pune. I watched your advertisement in tv and the same is influenced me so decided to buy tyres for my car with faith.
I bought 4 tyres from authorised dealer on july month 2021. One of tyre on my car is now cracked when it is parked at night. However it's shocked me and feel very bad. I hope ur company will replace my tyre as soon as possible and its eill be great thanks to you.

I am from phulbani (kandhamal)odisha.I have purchased the jk tyre on date 23rd december 2019.now there is bubble on tyre within 2 year which is under waranty period and it is not usable condition. But my problem is that saler is not accepting matter and told that the has not been purchased from his shop. Please look into this matter

Unexpected movement for me

Respected Sir/ Madam
This is to inform you that I got my tyre fitted from J K tyres badlapur.

(Shop No. 1, Satguru Plaza, District, near Mooze Cake Shop, Badlapur, Maharashtra 400721 ..[protected]

After fitting the tyres the rate which they gave me was way to much than expected. They did not gave me a proper Bill. Asked me to transfer 3000rs when the actual price and the overall costing has came 2670rs.

I did not said anything and made the payment.
It's was already 4 pm and above 4.22pm -4. 3
I left from there as the asked me to leave because shops can be opened only till 4pm.

So I left the shop without even checking that one of the wheel cap tyre was not fitted by the service man.
Post that I visited the shop for my wheel cap, by the time I visited my wheel cap was not there with them.
They blamed me and said you only had 3 wheel caps with you so we can't give you 4 wheel caps.
They had cameras installed with them, even after seeing in camera. They were still blaming me. The owner Mr. Prakash tamboli said there were only three wheel caps.
After my request and arguing for more than 20mints.. They have seen from the different camera angle and then they came to that there were 4 wheel caps available.

So they tried to gave me money which they costed more.. They said take this 300rs and finish off this matter.
I was not disappointed for charging more, I got disappointed because company like J. K tyres are making mistake and providing the false promises. And not returning the wheel caps.
It is just a matter of wheel cap.
If they could afford to run a business, why can't they appoint the proper members who can work efficiently..

J. K tyres you have given your dealership to sadguru. I request you to cancel the dealer ship with them... They are the only one who are ruining your name. (In thane district)
I trust J. K a lot because even in the heavy duty trucks I have seen j. K tyres..
There durability is top notch.. No doubt no questions on that..
Just because of improper dealership you are ruining your Brand name..
I respect you a lot, as a brand.
Please do not disappoint me by not solving this case.
As you are my last hope.

Otherwise I will be left with no other option, rather than going to social media.
You already have so much competition so it's my humble request to please solve this case.

My tyre with new tata sina 4825 2 month old got burst

I have purchased Maruti S Cross in December 2020 from Jeewan Motors Nexa Showroom. Wheels are in my Maruti Scross of J K Tyres. My vehicle is run only 6860 km and only 7 month old. My front tyre got bump on 11.07.2021 presently my vehicle is in work shop of Jeewan Motors Govind Pura workshop. I read your policy in which Two year warranty in J K Tyre irrespective of KM run.
Kindly replace my front tyre

सर मैने मेरी बाइक में jk BLAZE tubeless Tyre डलवाया था 6 महीने पहले, , , अभी टायर केवल 3000 किलोमीटर ही चला है, और पूरे टायर में एक तरफ कट लग गए, एक तरफ से सही है, जिससे मेने टायर डलवाया था वो टायर चेंज में आना कानी कर रहा है और बोलता है की टायर कट की कोई गारंटी नहीं होती |

कंपनी से मेरी गुजारिश है की मेरी समस्या का समाधान कर के मुझे टायर की जगह दूसरा टायर देने की कृपा करे |

Please be informed that I have bought 8 nos of JUH5 tyres from SB Tyres Ludhiana vide their invoice no. 2017 dated 25.03.2021. While carrying load of 20 mm aggregate on 08.06.2021, 01 nos of tyre got cracked from right side of the tyre.
The matter was immidiately reported to SB Tyre, Transport Nagar Ludhiana who in reply asked us to bring the tyre for inspection. After inspection the vendor was very much convinced that the damages are due to the manufacturing defect and advised us to report to your Godown located near Samrala Chownk.
On arrival at your Gowdown, we have reported the matter to your Er Sahil Sharma. Regret to inform that he has treated us like we are a burdon on him. Non of your staff has asked us to sit and even not offered a glass of water. Firstly Er Sahil Sharma refused to register our grevances pretending that application portal is not working. Subsequently after due request he has registered our complaint and finally he vide token no. CPPB0802109F21 dropped our claim stating that the calim is not accepted under warranty as it does not have any manufacturing defect.

in view of the above we once again request you to investigate as to why the customer was not treated as per good industry practice, take suitable action against Er. Sahil Sharma for not satisfying the customer and review our claim at your end.
