Kind Attn. : Shri Nilesh Chiplunkar/Shri Nilesh Kadam/Shi Rajesh Kadam,
We refer to our trailing e-mails and the constant follow up over phones advising your immediate attention for carrying out repair work to the lift maintained at our HPCL Apartment, Napean Sea Road.
Kindly note that the said lift is not in operation for almost last 12 days. Since there was not Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for repair, you had expressed your inability to attend to the breakdown. Now, the Contract Papers and the Purchase Order forming part of AMC have been sent to you yesterday.
Since then, I am continuously communicating to Shri Nilesh Chiplunkar and further to all other concerned to attend to the complaint immediately, however, feedback are received only from Shri Nilesh Chiplunkar informing that the said repair job shall be attended immediately but so far there is not any action to repair the same.
Kindly note that lift is an essential service and as one of the lift is not functional, there is lot of inconvenience causing to the residents of the building due to increase in the waiting period.
View above, we request you to ensure that complaint is attended on top priority.
