Hi team,

All jhonson lifts are installed in our society are not functioning correctly. There were many incidents when kids/senior citizens or family stuck on the mid floors.in one of the lift rope broke down after approximately 2 months of installation. People are scared in using lifts and after many complaints nobody neither builder nor jhonson) is taking the responsibility to resolve the issue and waiting for for some big issue to happen.

Kindly help us in come out of this messy situation.

    We have done installation of your product in our institution, couple of months back.
    Soon after the installation we noticed that there was rust formation on the body of the list. Immediately informed the service personnel and they visited us and have done necessary instructions to wipe the interior. But we are really sorry to say that there wasn’t much of a change.
    I would like to request you to replace the ss body of the lift at the earliest. We understand that it is genuine error in the quality.
    Hope you will take necessary measures to replace the same.

      Sg 219 hwc pod - rs.10200/- inclusive of gst 9% and igst 9%.
      Amc from 1/4/2019 to 31/3/2020- rs 61200 plus gst 9% and igst 9% (Rs.11016/-). Total-rs.72216/-
      We would request you to arrange to bring the part from your warehouse at chennai and install the same in the lift and make it operational.

        From the last 4days lift is not working and i am making complaint at gurgaon office delhi. There they connect me a person named khemraj regarding this problem. He said your amc is pending so first sent me a signed authorised person copy of amc foam threw whats app. I did as he said but still he is making us fool. Even he is not picking my phone.           I am u. V. Venkateswararao partner for aashritha nirman in visakhapatnam. My mobile no is [protected].in my recent project at new colony brudhvan appartement your johnson automatic door lift was erected in the year 2017 november 21st. Now your executives are making some false elegations regarding the lift. Your people doing such things only to get matinence contract by throwing sludge on the face of builder. This is not correct.
          I hope you will rectify your mistake immediately call your executives and ask for explaiination
          This is to inform you we are the Manasa enclave NlgTelangana State, since two months installation work not yet started in Nlg Town inspite of number of times we contacted Gopi lift installer yesterday ye responded our phone call and informed that surely he will come and start the work, but so far he is not come.             Initially we has AMC silver before doing to AMC platium you inspection the both lift and come to consulsion some parts has to change nearly amount spend Rs 44000 for both and you had transfer to AMC platium with 2 lift Job no L-H7013 n L-7014 A wing Legacy Sannidhi (Bansal Assoiciates) but last 6 month from beginning lift L-7014 gets stuck again & again in regular base,
            *First he said mseb switch problem we changed it
            *Second he said battery problem we change the battery also
            *Third time he said inventor problem we change it.
            Several time we called your consumerno and they send executive will come n solve the problem but after while same problem occurs exactly what is problem non of your executive got it till now if due that some incident happened who will take the responsible???
            We had taken the AMC platium to take quick action resolve problem immediately, so you can change the material part which not proper do the lift service properly or else we had to decide the another opinion for AMC, But we have faith on johnson so we approach you because of your staff why u spoiling your images properly gaurd them or follow with them.
            Ask your representative how many time did we follow-up the issue regarding particular lift

              amc/ abnormal cost of spares

              We have taken amc for johnson lift with johnson company. The company is charging abnormal rates for spares. A spare part single phase preventer costs around rs 800 in the market, the same company spp was charged rs 3, 360 to us. Such a big company like johnson demanding abnormal costs to its own customers is highly unjustified.

              We, m/s balaji constructions, srikakulam using johnson lift bearing ld3842 since 2012. We are paying amc continuously. Our lift amc was expired on[protected]. Previously, your visakhapatnam amc people have supplying quotations before expiry of amc. During the current, your amc incharge namely mr. Murali at visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh has supplied amc quotation after expiry of 10 days. Now our lift has breakdown since five days from[protected]. The same has informed to your service personnel at visakhapatnam. But no technician attended to repair the lift. We have paid amc charges on[protected]. We have requested more times to your amc service charge mr. Murali for supply of the spare part to our lift. He is not maintaining good relations with your customers. He is completely irresponsible person and causing more inconvenience to us. Our apartment people facing too much problems to climb the staircase since five days due to delay of supply of quotation by your personnel. He showing careless when replied to the customers over phone. Still they have not supplied the required part even we renew the amc. It shows gross negligence on part your company. These kind of service personnel not required to us. We need good and best service from your company. Finally i submit that due to your amc personnel delay only, we are unable to renew the amc. I request you to kindly take action against him and also kindly arrange to provide required spare part for revocation of our lift immediately.

                Sirs/madams, we have the above said lift number model fitted in the appartment, its one of the worst product of yours, as its been 4 years only, now the service charge is coming upto rs.59000.00 and your your service engineers mr. Maruthamani in coimbatore don't know how to behave with a customer, they are very rude in dealing with customer, quoting "we didnt ask amc from you its only you only called us for amc, now the lift cost is around 9.5 lakhs, service charge they are charging around 59000+24000 amc, totally disappointed, can you suggest someone else who can handle our case. Else we will remove the lift and fit otis, as we have it in our other appartment, we are getting better service and attention. As the model number even says lie 1580.

                  I have purchase new lift from you and with in 6 months from purchase today i was stuck in the lift and this was happened fourth time in twenty days. Your engineers are not competent for this job please send some knowledgeable person for solve this problem.
                  Problem is when i enter in lift door will close but if i want to open from inside it will not open, second problem all electric supply of lift gone although there is a electric power in my home.
                  Third lift will stop at third floor and after that if i call it on groung or any other floor it will not work

                    Our guest elevator is operating in dangerous mode manner. On 07/08/2018 at around 8:50 am accident took place and guest got head injury. We called up all your service heads in bangalore. They sent one senior engineer they said door bush was a problem. Again on 08/08/2018 around 9:30 am same incident took place. Kindly find the root cause and respond it. We sent a mails no reply.
                    I have bought 2 lifts and recommended for 3 more customers

                    Frequent failure of lift. Power failure in this 6 months. June 25 th they have changed the power boards. For 2 months it’s ok. Again since I week problem is coming frequently. They’ve to do permanent solution for this.
                    There are some problems in the day lift, which can not be solved by your staff, then you have diagnosed the problem immediately with a senior employee.

                      This is with reference to incident happened in our society of man trapped in a lift but no service from executive attended on urgent basis.
                      We lived in a society named Suvira Nest situated at Dighi Pune. On 3 August 2018 around 12 :00 am 2 society members trapped in a lift. We have called emergency customer care number but initially nobody has received call. After calling several times someone received call and assured to solve the issue but after calling again he has denied to attend on time and given the reason that his representative is not receiving call.
                      Such type of service is not expected from Johnson elevator when man trapped happened.

                        I made an order of lift as per meeting with one of the executive of company . at the time of offering order i was done with wrong commitments . when i used to call company . no one comes to site . after bearing them for long time due to their irregular work, i cancelled my order in written application handed over the same to mr bright who was one of the executive of the company and mr mukesh verma who was in marketing department of johnson company. they both agreed that due to irresponsible and lack of fullfilment of my work requirements by johnson this order is cancelled . and my advance of rs one lack will be refunded within a week time with this . its been now more than 3 months. i have not recieved my refund. none of the staff associated revert to me with proper answer. johnson lifts is complete fraud company. its my hard earned money . please look into this matter and help me get my money back from these fraud people .

                          We refer to our trailing e-mails and the constant follow up over phones advising your immediate attention for carrying out repair work to the lift maintained at our HPCL Apartment, Napean Sea Road.

                          Kindly note that the said lift is not in operation for almost last 12 days. Since there was not Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for repair, you had expressed your inability to attend to the breakdown. Now, the Contract Papers and the Purchase Order forming part of AMC have been sent to you yesterday.

                          Since then, I am continuously communicating to Shri Nilesh Chiplunkar and further to all other concerned to attend to the complaint immediately, however, feedback are received only from Shri Nilesh Chiplunkar informing that the said repair job shall be attended immediately but so far there is not any action to repair the same.

                          Kindly note that lift is an essential service and as one of the lift is not functional, there is lot of inconvenience causing to the residents of the building due to increase in the waiting period.

                          View above, we request you to ensure that complaint is attended on top priority.

                            We are on amc for lift no. L-d6884 for our fairly new lift.

                            Around a year ago we were asked by johnsons lift technician to replace the batteries. New batteries were installed with a warranty of 12 months.

                            As part of the amc, preventive maintenance was supposed to have been done every 45 days (According to johnson technicians). Right after 12 months, the technicians pointed out that battery is slow in getting charged and needs replacement again.

                            We wish to inform that the lift is sparingly used. Power failures rarely happen and there has been no instance of power fluctuations.

                            In this scenario; we are suspicious about the work done on the site. For a lift and battery that are sparingly used; and when preventive maintenance involving all check points are done on a regular basis; why an indication of fault in batteries came up after the warranty period. (I) were the batteries installed at the site substandard quality or were they used ones? (Ii) were the original batteries removed from site and replaced without our knowledge; ; (Iii) why is it that the fault of batteries came to light only after the warranty period; and why is it so faulty that it needs replacement.???

                            We believe johnsons lift as a reputed company has convincing answers to give in writing.
                            Lift is in break down mode & & no one is taking the phone of complain. The no we dial [protected]. Why we are giving the AMC. What dose the meaning of AMC.

                              My lift no is lf4341 from hyderabad. Our amc contract expired few months back. Since then we have contacted them for amc and parts replacement. We have got the quotation for amc but for spare parts i have got only quotation of total amount ofrom johnson. They refuse to give me a breakup of how much individual part costs. Inspite of repeated calls i am only made to wait. It is around 2 weeks already and the duration specified on amc contract has already started. However neither did the people accept amc cheque not are they giving quotation for spare parts. Kindly resolve at the earliest as lift needs servicing and maintainence activities.
                              Lift is in break down mode & & no one is taking the phone of complain. The no we dial [protected]. Why we are giving the AMC. What dose the meaning of AMC.

                                Pathetic is an understatement for the quality of service you guys are giving to our apartment.in spite of buying 6 elevators, continuing amc of 4.5 lks, we get the followings -

                                1. No one comes on time against calls
                                2. Repetitive nature of problem without any solution
                                3. Services and attendance are just for namesake so that amc payment can be claimed
                                4. Frequent change of people
                                5. Zero visit by managers or seniors
                                6. No proper action to find root cause of problems so that problem remains and service continues against payments

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    I am sorry to say this, Johnson lift in our apartment has a lot of problems. We have complained it for more than 3 times but of no use. The grievances we face are life threatening. I got stuck inside the lift for more than half an hour. My grandparents got stuck in the lift last time for an hour. I started suffocating very badly. Even after complaining so many times, there is no response. I request you to personally look into this matter as soon as possible. Next time there is even a death is possibly to occur. So kindly take this issue seriously. I expect a reply from you within next 24 hours.

                                      Hello sir/mam
                                      I am a emerging builder from a small city amravati (Maharashtra state) india.
                                      I have booked a johnson 6 passenger lift for my project and i have paid 90% amount as per your company norms and i have received the lift material also but not installed.

                                      My project is almost completed but i am unable to get completion certificate from the concerned authorities (Muncipal corporation) only because my lift is not installed.

                                      I have taken a big loan amount from bank for completing this project and as i am unable to give registry to my customer i am not getting any amount from them.

                                      Your company's concerned person mr. Surendra kutemate (Amravati) is just giving me dates and not actually sending any technical team for lift installation. And moreover is now not even picking up my calls, which is highly unprofessional and not expected from a huge brand like johnson.
                                      Please sir it's my humble request to do the necessary actions as soon as possible.

                                      If i am unable to give registry's to my customer on time (Which is already delayed) i am afraid they will cancel the deal and my company could go bankrupt.
                                      Please help me with this situation asap.
