Lift not working in society

My lift is stopped by your amc agent after giving quotation for AMC after 1year and not coming to restart the lift .

If only AMC is availed jhonson lift will work ?

Before purchasing your agent informed AMC is our choice after first year, now stopping my lift and asking for AMC is not at all good behavior of the company.

Lift door not closed and lift standing on 4th floor from Sunday evening dated 07/03/2021

We have a lift installed in our apartment for 7 years now and we have been paying the platinum AMC every year. But, in last 1-2 years their service has become so pathetic for which they were blaming COVID-19. This year AMC is pending to be paid for which they are not ready to negotiate the quotation given by them in spite of multiple discussions, and they are not responding to the emails, no follow-up from them.

They are literally waiting for our lift to break-down so that we will agree for their quotation and it is like a threatening deal.

In this current condition, if we sign AMC with them, I am not sure what kind of service we could expect from them.

A four floor lift for 8 flats, lift shaft connecting the gear box breaks within 6 years of installation. Even after the payment for repair being made (...) Parts arrive which donot match the specification of the installed unit in our premisses. This totaly shows that somewhere down the line there is a lack of prefessionalism, focus and neglect of you after sales service, which I would imagin would be you punchline while selling your product. During this period of breakdown we have had a medical situation wherein 1 out our occupants had to be taken to hospital and had to be carried to the ambulance by stairs. This incapibility and incompitance to resolve this issue must be immediately be overseen by one of your compitant executives as this is totally unexciptable. Even though we have not got a proper technical answer from you office about the breakdown we have made the payment for repair and yet the problem hasn't been resolved
I donot mean to question you professionalism and technical capibility but your quick intervention in this would be much appreciated as this has already caused a lot of inconvenience and safety trust in your product. We have also been regularly paying for your annual maintainance and still not clear why this major breakdown took place under your maintainance staffs watchfull eyes and if any issues were spotted why was it not flagged and lift taken out of service for repair in the first place. Rather than wait for this major breakdown which could have been disastrous to property and life.
Kindly interven to this as priority and with safety.

We do agree AMC WAS PENDING, IN THIS CASE WE HAVE PROVIDED POST DATED CHEQUE FOR 15 March 2021, in the mean while lift have faced a problem we have called entire team, the team was not ready to support, even after the complete cheque for same date, while getting previous cheque they have not seen the date

the worst ever service and looting people in the name of AMC, CHARGING A LOT

We have the lift of your company which is not working from last 1 week and we had complained the same to your local executive on Saturday i.e. 13 Feb 21. He had sent 1 technician on Monday and he found some fault in some board. Now from last 2 days we are trying to contact him for the repair of the fault as soon as possible but he is not picking up the phone not even call back.

The lift provided by your company is malfunctioning. It is stopping at middle point of two floors and always watchman has to unlock it and make it to move. This is happening from two days. No maintenance ( AMC) charges are pending.
PLEASE DEPUTE SUITABLE MAINTENANCE PERSON AND RESTORE IMMEDIATELY.

We book Johnson lift in Tirupati September they told will deliver Jan end we paid 80percent money Tirupati people not responding didn’t deliver our product I have more exceptation on ur company pls return our money back we don’t want ur lift .

I have transferred money to icici RS 5500 AMT debited through IMPS but still I din get my amt in icici plz check and revert soon

I want to go with AMC for my Johnson lift in my apartment. But, am not happy with the response over the service team. Their communication is not consistent and logical. They are not trying to understand my concern and every time, they are giving different updates on my AMC process. I can explain it in detail if you call my mobile number[protected].

We are pleased to inform you that we are from Hotel Vaibhav-inn Gomti nagar Lucknow !!

From Last Four months we are facing issues in our both lifts LH 4117, LH4118
* Display Not Working on 3rd floor
* On Ground Floor Gate sound Issue
* When Lift Is Going then lift is shaking.
And many other issues we are facing from the last four months.ispite of regular conversation with HOD Mr Sushil, Mr Abhinish & Local Team member Sudhir.

They are not taking any action on the above given problem and way of talking Of Mr Sushil Is totally unprofessional He Don't know how to speak with a senior person.

We are regular customer of Johnson Lift We have also Provided many deals and projects to Johnson Company and we have many upcoming projects in which we need johnson lift services but if these type of services will be there then we are not going prefer anyone for these company. we are totally unsatisfied because no one is taking action on above issuues.

Its Humble request to clear our above prblms and guide Mr Sushil about manners.

This is to inform you all that in Bhopal, Lotus Empilla campus two lifts were installed in 2016. After continuous maintenance done by your team. We are facing issues with lifts on daily basis. Your maintenance guys come and every time raise new issues but still it is not in a position to run smoothly.

So we have our hotel project in Bhopal.
We gave the tender to Johnsons Lifts.
Obviously we know Johnson is a leader in its segment.
But i never expected a probable deceit, unprofessionalism, and extreme case of negligence from the employees of your prestigious firm.
So employees of your firm want us to pay for a material, which they allege that it has been stolen from our site.
My take on this issue is that if they produce the 'Delivery Challan' before me, I will have no issue in bearing the costs.But unfortunately they dont seem to have the 'Delivery Challan'.Neither had they told me about the said delivery as well.

I am a Small businessman here in Bhopal. Johnson Lifts has emerged as a big player because of its fair play, adherence to certain standards in operations.My point is that how can someone claim for something from me when he/she cant produce the documentary proof of the same, which he/she claims to have reached my site.
I, as the Hotel Owner, am extremely proactive.I had told the company executives that whenever any material reaches my site, they must inform me.Sadly the company executives claim that they 'forgot' to intimate me about the same and they 'forgot to draft a Delivery Challan'.
I have also dealt with several construction projects.Even a micro-Small businessman knows the protocol of delivering material.Something that costs 10% of our project cost(90000 rs) cant be kept without the delivery challan.

2 things are possible:-
1)Either your employees here in Bhopal do not know how to function in MNC like yours.They cant follow the petty procedures which even a Small businessman follows.They as a team dont deserve to be a part of your organisation.This act in itself creates a severe dent on Johnson's brand.
2) Employees are involved in the theft of the said material.Today it is a matter of some cable, tomorrow any vendor can say that he had put a kohinoor diamond at my site, now it has been lost and thus i'll have to bear the costs.My main point is even if you had put a kohinoor at my site, firstly u got to tell me about the same and secondly u got to produce a delivery challan for the same.
If such a procedure is followed, I'll for sure bear the cost of misplaced item.

But the matter of fact is that Since ive not been told about the delivery of material.Moreover company execs are unable to produce a 'Delivery Challan'.Such a strange and wierd non adherence to SOPs creates suspicion for us.I am right if i say the company executives are trying to play smart and something really fishy is being cooked up here.How can i pay for a Kohinoor diamond when no one told me about such delivery and when there is no documentary proof of such a delivery.I get an impression that this act is just a petty tactics from the side of your Bhopal officials in order to churn out more money from us.

2019 AMC including material- No problem
2020 AMC silver - Problem occurred approx 50000 materials cost paid.
2021 AMC silver - again problem and they send me material cost Rs. 55000 demand.

I think I have taken wrong decision purchased Johnson lift in Patna.
service engineer who has visited to me is less experienced. Running lift is now at shutdown.
