Lift no lh - 6413, in bangalore rajarajeswari nagar, i booked and i paid full payment. Your people came for servicing and took away deliberately, by stopping the lift on 28/11/2026. By saying you have to pay rs 22000/- thats why we stopped. Then i called sales person ranganath he says tax difference then i said send and collect the money. He dont have human touch or customer relationship, he turned down my phone and mr ramesh he is not lifting the phone, and they supplied sub standard car body, i told him to change he car body, nobody responds one of the worst company and product i ever seen we dont know whom to call when emergency. My old parents are suffering
Now though i paid huge money

I am the resident of Suman Tower -2, Suman Nagari, Godhani (Rly) Road Nagpur 441111.
On 14 Feb, 2016 lift was commissioned in our building. It worked well for few days, then a regular problems observed in lift working. The problems are,
1. Suddenly lift stop between two floors.
2. It goes up and down with out any passenger in lift.
3. Lift shows some play during its going up ward and coming down ward.
4. Sometimes lift stop much below the lowest floor or above lowest above floor.

Myself Kishan Vir Sharma, complained 3 weeks ago regarding our lift installed at my residence H.NO. 590 & 591, Sec-17, Faridabad (HR) -121002. Till date the problem not solved. Lift is not working well. It was purchased last year. We have started to use it just before 2-3 weeks because the kothi was under construction.

The service engineers came to visit it and told that there is problem of card which is not available with us right now. We are facing problem without lift.
pls arrange card and send service engineer to rectify the problem.

I'm coming to this forum to put out the pathetic trade practices/customer services that this organisation is involved with; and to seek urgent redressal.

We have our new automatic elevator on Labour only AMC since Aug'16.
We were suprised with the constant visits by techicians to our site for servicing the new equipment.
Even as we started assuming that proactive/preventive service is in operation; we have been handed out a huge bill for 'replacement of a part'.The flow of events leads to suspect that we have been tricked for not going for a premium/all inclusive AMC.

Not sure; if this management's way of saying thank you; for buying the product.

I'm the secretory of the signature apartment, sector-3a, a. v. colony, sikandra, agra. your companies lift was working in our apartment. but before one week lift is out of order. so many times call to your engineer but they did't lift well. 85% aged person (above 68 years) living in this apartment. due to failure of this lift the can't go to temple & another place.

Complaint:
Lifts on jasmine, rgc phase-2 are in very critical condition, the lifts stops working every now and then. We are facing huge problems of these lifts from day-1.
Johnson team is totally non-cooperative. This lifts are going to cost to lifes some day.
Totally useless, i believe third grade product or material used by johnson. A good quality lift or good grade lift can not have some many issues.

1) daily there are break downs, some one gets stuck in side the lifts,

2) lifts are not available in morning and evening time peak time where in every one is on hurry.

We are repeated johnson to replace these third grade lift, don't wait for any critical incident to happen. Both developer and johnson will be responsible for any such incident.

Replacement of these faulty lifts is the only solution to this problem.

Unsatisfied customer of johnson lifts

This is regarding the lifts in block A-4, Sandeep vihar ( AWHO), Kannamangala, Whitefield, 560067. Both the lifts in tower 4 have been experiencing stoppages on a daily basis despite being new. The on site service staff are either unable or incompetent to provide satisfactory service. It is most surprising that a reputed company such as yours is providing such such shoddy service. This is causing terrible inconvenience to the residents. Request attend to this immediately and ensure uninterrupted and efficient service to the residents...

Our lift is on Annual Maintenance contract at Hyderabad, Telangana (phone no. [protected]). The lift has been mis-functioning - stopping on its own and starting when we switch off and on - the mains. Sometimes the gate was also giving shock. We have made complaints and no one turned to look at it and repair it.

Now the lift completely stopped without power. Upon a complaint, the service agency deputed a very junior technician came on Friday, 6 May and said some parts have been blown due to rain and will take time. We have no lift since Friday and not attended to it for the last 3 days by your technicians. They are simply attending to the complaint and not doing general service under he AMC, even not greesing the gates. They do not check the status of brakes and ropes. It is giving a jerk between 2 and 1 floors when going down.

We would be happy if the Company Cares for its customers on a timely way and attend to the emergencies, particularly during weekends, to facilitates residents in 4th, 5th floors, particularly aged persons who cannot come down and climb steps.

Two led light inside lift is not working it's compliant dark inside the lift...just 2 month old as it is installed light is always a problem...ur combat does not have 24hrs costumer care...for the istallation of day only there is a problem in a celling light of lift there was fluctuation...but today there is no light working there are 2 led lights installed both are not working ...hope u send your tecnition as early as possible lift no Is L-I4747

We are not getting the clarification regarding the Spare parts.

Recently a technician visited out place and checked the LIFT. After few days we had a report saying some parts need to be replaced, then we can take the AMC. We are not getting the details about the spare parts lists. We are not getting the cost breakup and we are not getting the functionality missing because of the specific sensors. The AMC executive is telling "We can only give bundle offer only for spares we cannot give breakup" and not telling any information what are those sensors specifics.

These are the list if spares in the inspection report.
1) Screen Sensor Unit.
2) Bearing Oil - This we can understand the reason.
3) Door Limit Switch
4) Single Phase Preventor Mono.

Need help in Better understanding of the details and the process.

Hi We have eight lifts installed from Johnson Lifts in our new apartments. The lifts are very rarely used as there are not much tentants in the apartments. We see the brake coils are burnt out often. We have installed Johnson Lift for our hostel in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Our lift is not working for the past 2 days and when we contacted them for service they said we have to put AMC only then they can come for service. They have not come for even free service for the past 1 year and not informed us about the compulsion of AMC for services beyond free service period. The service persons say that their head office has informed them that lifts without AMC are not eligible for service beyond free service period. We are ready to give service charges as our hostelates are suffering without lift for the past 2 days.

Lift # LG 3880 is still new. The Lift stops working every few Days!! We have complained numerous times. AND, true to your Motto: "Safety before Saving" we get frequent bills for thousands of rupees. It is obvious that the Service Provided is of very poor quality. We are living in a society apartment named Jansevak CGHS Ltd (also known as Abhimanyu Apartment). It is located in Vasundhra Enclave, Delhi – 96.It has four blocks namely A, B, C & D. Johnson has installed 1 lift per block in the month of January. All the lifts are performing badly. Till date, Service Engineers have visited 46 times to rectify those problems. Problems are many. To say a few: 1) Switches are poor in quality. They get struck and the lifts do not move. 2) After door close, lifts fail to move. Even the doors do not open up. Emergency button is pushed so that somebody opens the door from outside physically. 3) Getting a call from 7th floor, the lift comes and opens in the 6th floor. The display screen (inside as well as outside) shows 7th floor. 4) Lift is struck in some floor. It fails to react to any call from any other floor. 5) It behaves erratically. It is grounded. However, on its own, it starts functioning normally. 6) We have one additional lift in each block. It runs parallel. It is 20 years old of a local company. It runs much better than Johnson. In fact, it rescues us most of the time. Service Engineers come once in a month to do regular servicing. There are several other problems which your service engineers know better. We have johnson lift installed in our society at raj nagar extension. The maintenance of the lift is very poor and every day we have cases of residents trapped inside. Even today a young girl was caught inside and we were told that the inspection was also done today itself. We 'request u to kindly take attention to the same and get the lift inspected and checked so that no such incidents happen in future and the accountability established for any such incident in future.
