JOHNSONLIFTSLTD had installed lifts in Chandigarh Housing Board Flats Sector 51-A, Chandigarh and LIFT AMC is still active.
But Johnson employees have illegally disabled the buttons of lifts for some specific floors.
Calls made to below employees, but they refused to help saying RWA instructed them to do so.

When AMC is still active for all floors, disabling LIFTS is illegal and a criminal activity as many people including senior citizens are impacted due to this.
JOHNSONLIFTSLTD should follow what is written in the AMC contract and keep lifts in running condition till AMC is active.

This is to inform you that the Job no. L- N 9135 lift installed in a residensital society in Jul 2021, Has gone under breakdonw in Nov 2021 and till date has not been repaired.
People are made to walk 17 floors, which harressment.
can someone get the lfit repaired.

I had really worst experience with Johnson team! I have ordered one small home lift and Johnson team have sent someone and they took measurements and they gave us quotation and everything was fair by then, we have cleared complete lift payment by Oct 2021 and they said within 45 days time lift materials will be provided and connection will be provided, but from here it started from December I have kept calling the guy named Shahjan( such a irresponsible person) who visited site and explained whole process he never picks call at least once and he never responds to texts but still some one from Johnson team comes at-least twice in week and tell sir did you receive lift material, there is no coordination or understanding between there team, but the team members showed me that product dispatch date is 27 December and it’s been more than 15 days but no update!!! I told the guy shahjan who guided us from beginning is not responding properly please give his manager number but people refused to give his manager number at last after so many calls and enquiries I got his manager number, he(his name Dexter) told me that the lift colour which we selected at exterior is not available so they kept on hold! When Colour is not available whose duty is to inform customer? So if they don’t inform and kept on hold whose responsibilities is that, such a ridiculous team I have ever seen and didn’t expect this from John son team, then after I have got latest update saying that they have updated Colour in system and by this month 26, so I waited and called shahjan he didn’t respond and I texted dexter no reply after 2 days he said it’s in final production then QC then packing and then dispatch hopefully by weekend I might receive the material(which is again doubtful) after getting material also they have to come for connection I don’t know for connection how many times I have to call them and fall behind them, such a irresponsible team and waste shahjan who never responds call and all lies and no proper update worst lift purchasing experience ever….. highly not recommendable but Johnson team has to look into it and try not to repeat this and spoil customer satisfaction!!! Thanks to his manager who at least responds to Texts and calls and give us late and useless information Highly not recommendable!!!

Our lift number LE6061. For the last 2 months it’s not working properly. It’s stopping in between the floors since the inner door is sliding away without anybody touching it. During the last two months, we have raised complaints not less than a dozen times. Every time the mechanic is coming and temporarily attending to it. However within hours of his leaving, the same problem is recurring again. Every mechanic says some different problem. 3/4th of our flats have been occupied by senior citizens. Hence we request you to depute a qualified person to diagnose and repair it properly.

Lift stops working every alternate day.Even technicial has no knowledge y it is stopping

Hello,
We have given AMC for 4 lifts in my society to Jhonson service provider. Within last one year we have got request from them to provide 16 new batteries for ARD in our lift which we have provided in Oct 2020(4 EXCIDE battery) and May 2021(12 EXCIDE Batteries). However, In the month of September 2021, The service provider again told us that batteries are not working for 3 lifts, on enquiry we found that in place of 8 new EXCIDE batteries there was 8 Old Amaron batteries present in my lift.
I have raised this issue with Technical Supervisor Ambarish and Technician Tusar who was doing the maintenance work, they also accepted that there is mistake from there side but not providing any solution. I had several talks with Zonal Head Ruben, but he also provided only 4 EXCIDE batteries. I am yet to get 4 more batteries and it's been more than 3 months and not getting any solution.
ARD of one lift is not working due to this and already there were occurance wherein child and ladies were stuck in the lift.
Incase there is any casuality due to non working of ARD, Jhonson will be whole and sole responsible for the event .

Kindly provide resolution of this at the earliest. It's matter of trust of customer on the Big brand like Jhonson.

John lifts charging High AMCs, the amount that are collecting has no value for the service they have made, and no one is giving what spare parts they are changing and what is the cost incurred for that.

We paid hefty amounts for only maintainance, where as out side it comparrively chepaer, in this context company would come forward and reduce the charges to extent of premium paid vs maintainance cost incurred. This will some relaxation to people.

If not kindly advise suitable solution in order to reduce the cost

We have paid AMC for our two lifts in apartment. Service technician from visakhapatnam Johnson's &Johnson visits every 45 days fir service. He says no problem with lift. But the first lift stops very often. Upon complaining he says that there is a power supply defect, but the second lift runs smoothly when the first lift stops.
What shall we do ?

Many times i will call johnson customer care but no response from company that lift is break down please provide service man

I am Administrator Delhi Public School Karnal submitting following complaint for your kind favorable action.
On 22 Nov 21, I have requested through email at servicesales_chandigarh regarding further AMC of Jhonson Left installed at our Building. I have made various Calls to Johnson Official Mr Uttam on Mobile Number [protected]. Although till date I have not received any reply in Black & White, but telepathically on our Calls, Mr. Uttam Ji has asked to get the repair done and than Lift will be under taken for AMC. Accordingly the quotes of repair was submitted by Your Company and Mr Uttam Ji has also informed us to pay the amount in Advance. School has made many Calls for receiving the Cheque, finally Cheque of Rs. 12360/- was collected by Official of Johnson on 13 Dec 21. School has again spoken to Mr. Uttam and requested his for deputing the service rep, but this time also he said, Ist we have to sign the AMC Contract, than only Repair will be undertaken. Its interesting and funny to share that School has not received draft copy of Contract till date, which Company is asking for the signing. Extremely sorry to mentioned again, if it would have the Policy, same would have to be communicated to the Customer in advance, rather than asking Ist something else, then something else., that's also verbally. This types of Act or working style certainly give bad impression to the customers.

Keeping above in mind, its humble request to look into the matter and directions may please be given to repair the Lift immediately, against the Advance payment paid by DPS Karnal, as School is having Function on 16 Dec. Its further requested to send the AMC draft details, as its still awaiting for long.

We are under annual maintenance contract. Yesterday the service personnel shut the lift saying shaft gear problem.he says it will take 7 days for part.many old personnel and patients are staying and they are facing difficulties.please help help help them. I have learnt from some person although unconfirmed that he was pressurisising for new lift. It is surprising that for a lift part in hyderabad it will take 7 days. Please help immediately. I have ordered a new lift for a residential building. But the local office team is very poor in responding and despite several calls they do not attend and now when lift material has been delivered almost 10 days back, no one is attending for installation despite several calls.

We as customers are very disappointed with the service level. We pay almost 21 lakhs per annum excluding taxes for the AMC of the lifts the service level has degraded in last 2 years to below average.

We have done several complaints to the senior officials including Mr. Sunder Raman your service head of north. But nothing moves, they just make promises and commit time but no one shows up.

We have ordered the new lift 2 months which the marketing executive garenteed it will be reaching in 15 days now when we tried calling him he is not answering and avoiding the calls.

The site team is not able to start work every day they have a new excuse not to work inability to start work to instal a lift at the site after 3-4 months taking advance still having the same excuse site is not ready which is just an excuse which is false if we ask what is not at site they are not able to tell us.

I had ordered the johnson lift sukranti 8 passenger this march and paid the advance also had paid the major chunk and waiting for erection and all of sudden mr prabhu who is from ur company calls and informs that what we ordered is not available hence forth will give an alternative, since we have paid the advance well before 6 months ie march and calls on 21st sep and tells us that what we ordered is not available is unjustified also he doesn't give the alternative and not communicative as well, as the saying goes one seed is enough to tell about the rest of the saplings, how to trust johnson lifts, I need solution here not procrastinating and need professional approach.

Our lift has been malfunctioning and we contacted our service engineer
He has taken the amount but the serviceman has not reached the venue till date.

Sir, our lift No-LN 2709 is not working properly as i made 15-16 complaints at your complaint center but they are unable to provide any stable solution of this problem. please send your best technical team to resolve the issue as situation became horrible due to this. children and old people are afraid of to enter in the lift. please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible
