    I have add 10000 rupees in evening 27.08.2021 and I won total 24787 rupees and after that I made the withdrawal and after coupel of I login again then the junglee rummy team has frozen my account without any notice or any massage they didn't get my winning amount and when mailed them about my account then they sended me the mail I need the proof of my any supious gaming and I need totall I mail any risk management team should unblocked my account If today I will not get my winning about and my account will no un blocked I will pull junglee rummy to consumers court I will do case against the company I need resolution about my concern time and gaming while playing game in junglee rummy the location is also on always I need to verify every thing in detail if you fail give me explanation then I will pull whole company to consumer court .

    Thy Frozed my account too, thy dint unlocked my ac or deposit my withdrawal to my bank, mailed soo many times, thy only answer "SUSPESIOS ACTIVITY"

      I have done the transaction of rupees 2, 000 on dated 1st of July 2021 from Google pay as a UPI transaction which was failed and the amount was deducted from my account which was not still credited back in my account and I filed a complaint from my home town branch - Rampur bhata of IFSC - CBIN0282821 in district chhindwara Madhya Pradesh on 20th of July 2021 and I was informed from my bank that the deducted amount will be credited within 14 working days but still there is no credential in my bank account weather I provide all the all the details which was required from my branch such as transaction details transaction ID, hence it's almost a month gone from the date of complain I filed, but still no action taken so I am kindly requesting you to please search the problem whatever it is and refund my money back in my account which is mainly stuck in the gateway program as I got this information from the app where I used to transact it.

          BUT MY CASH WILL NOT GIVE THEIR FAMILY PEACEFUL LIFE.

              I seen a lot some players are taking card from stack and they are droping card after 30+30 secs time but they are getting only 20 points.. Due to like this our required cards are missing and our game is getting faulty.

                      I was playing with 3200 game and got 4 jokers and 1 sequence game was abount to win and game got shutdown and rather than winning huge amount I loose 1600 this is completely cheating and when I called customer care they people keep saying it was issue with my side that hole day website issue becoming network engineer I know all things thease people cheating with us I lost lakhs in jungele and now thease people looting like this ibused tonplay 3200 and 5000 rs games when ever I get good cards thease people do same thing how should inplay I need my money back at any cost

                        Junglerummy making everyone fool maximum inlost some 15 lakhs here and there is always website issue and when ever unget good cards automatically website get disconect you will loose money when we send details also they don't refund I need my money back I was playing 3200 rs game and 4 jokes with sequence and about to win in first round thease ### close game and looted my 1600 rather than WINNING I loose my money

                        I sent more than 10 emails and that particular day I checked with 3 different networks, and everywhere same issue but your executive keeps telling me there is issue with my side becoming network engineer ibknow how to use internet ok i will this time when ever I get good cards suppose unused to play only 3200 and 5000 rs games what that time, again u people say same thing only 5000 rs games inwipp loose 2500 that's huge amount please give my 1600 I will stop playing here

                                I am playing junglee rummy since last 2 to 3 years. I guess this is super fraud game being played online.

                                Whenever I deposit the amount i won 2 to 3 game and after that i lost and lost
                                Whenever i dropped the game carried out out for 10 to 15 hands but when I played it finished in 2 to 3 hands
                                Sometimes i am having 5 to 6 jokers still cards like no relation with each other
                                I guess those are not real players these are virtual players which are computerized players
                                It’s not possible how Junglee rummy operates in reality
                                Don’t play with emotions of anyone now you will say you agreed t&c, in that did you mentioned opponents are not real players?
                                Some of the users having user name like “mo9960e87f...” this is nothing but mobile number i tried to call them but call is never gets connected

                                  Yesterday I was playing a tournament and I was waiting for next round all of sudden a massage appeared that this table is closed ... After that I tried multiple time to leave the table but not succeeded . Whenever I open the app it directly takes me on the same table with massage

                                      Hi frnds, I m playing this fraud game since 3 4 years. I observed that once I deposited money they allow me to win few gaes after that they starte manipulating the game. All their bots win the money. I have lost around 50k in one month. I want jungleerummy to return all my money which the looted from me by game fraud. I request government please banned this fraud game This is totally fraud game.

                                        I have lost almost 6 lac by the trick jungle rummy made.
                                        Every time I deposit they allow me to win one game. Or two game they for next all the games I don't receive good cards and end up loosing all the money..
                                        Again when I add money same thing happens and this gets repeated again and again..

                                        I have lost my life savings in this game and now finding issues in my day to day life.

                                        Please ask the company to pay back the amount tricked from me
