              I never played junglee rummy or i never subscribed for any sms from junglee rummy. But i am received every now and then a popping sms from junglee rummy. I don't know how to stop them from sending sms.

                I placed an withdrawal on june 30, its under verification since 3 days
                I have been keep on calling to customer care and no one is helping me out
                I am getting false promises, whenever i call customer care they were saying it will be processed by eod but it doesn't
                I also raised a request for call back from management team, no call till now

                      I was facing this issue from nearly 1 month.i was unable to make withdrawl money to my bank account from junglee rummy account which i have gained by playing cash games.They are saying silly stories everytime.but i have been placing withdrawl with correct details.still they are saying same thing wait for sometime.atlast process is declaining everytime.they are not giving proper response from customer care too.please take it as a complaint.and help to solve this issue.thank you

                        Everytime without any palying game automatically deduct the payment.

                        Today i was open the pool rummy rupees of 500 table, due to only one person joinig quit that table against the gam id -[protected], at 4.22 am. After close that table automatically my 500 rupees deducted. This is totally ridiculous..

                          I have been playing rummy from past several years but started playing online from a year or so i have been facing issues while playing and i have already mailed them about the issues, just on 24 of june i’ve lost 39k by playing one junglee rummy i have some notes and screenshots of the player id’s as evidence that they are bots who pop every single table i play, i don’t trust this online play portal anymore, i need help to sue them in the court for fraudulent exercise on all over platforms. I need good resolution on this matter. Please do look at this issue with strict guidelines.
