On 26th of april there was coupon code saying if i deposit rs.25000 they will give me a tournament ticket. I added 25k to my account. I later when i checked my profile details it showed me one tournament ticket available i thought it is with respect to that deposit amount so i clicked on it. I am filing this complaint because not getting the resolution from their support.

I am playing this game since last month. It was okay till the time i was loosing. I lost a lot. But as soon they notice i am winning a game they push me out of table, network hung, player who was loosing suddenly declares.

They have looted my rs.12000 as of now an i didn’t find any way to get my money...

I have withdrawn 2000 rs in today monday, but it's been denained due to incorrect id number updated and second time also it's been denained due to kyc is incomplete. Please find attached screenshot for reference.

But i have already submitted my id and address proof before playing and the status of id and address proofs in verified.
