Hello..

I'm playing junglee rummy about 6 months I deposit and withdraw lot of times... 13 June morning i.e 1.20 am I request withdraw amount of 23500.

I checked later the status shows under verification later my account was locked what is the reason behind this...

This is huge amount for me. Please check and unlock my account.

    I have already been waiting to receive my payment for more than 90 hours, but still now my winning amount doesn't credit into my account against the game id-
    [protected] dated on 11/06/2020 rupees of 3520.

    So kindly requesting you to credit that payment immediately sir. Make it priority basis

    Note - i have called more than 7 times to the customer service about this complaint, they advice me only you have to wait for 24 hours. Our team will give you the conformation about payment.. Really very worst customer support

          I lost around 2 lakhs.. Refund my money, coz this game is totally fraud, fully partial.. You can never win.
          Return my money, or i will not stop till your app doesn't get blocked. I played in need, my valuable money has gone. Refund it...@

            Please don't play this game. Ultimately you will be in loss all the time. I lost around 2 lakh in this game, bots are in practice.. You can never win. I had to take loan to repay my debts. I am victim, i am alerting you, please don't get fooled. Junglee rummy can't repay my money. This game should be blocked.

                I often play with cash in junglee rummy. I git disconnected while playing a pool match today. I checked my internet connection. It was good. I even checked playing random youtube videos. But when i tried to enter my game again. The app was loading for a long time. And i got a message in display that site is under maintenance. I lost my money without even playing complete 101 pool rummy.
                Time: 2nd may 2020 1.48 pm ist.
                I checked my internet connection thrice with various apps and also with google. Can you please help me to add the money back in my wallet

                              I have noticed multiple time in game 2-3 people will always do the cheating. Most of the time i have mailed to there support regarding this issue but they always ignored it. Its look like its their people who are doing this thing and they are just ignoring it.

                                    I put a complaint on junglee rummy. They reply me that i am playing from telangana state. But i am playing with andhra pradesh. With fraud reason they blocked my account. If they refuse telangana state they will not allow those accounts and don't take money. They accept my diposite and saying a fraud resone. I am from andhra not from telangana. Give back my money.
