Dear sir,

After raise of complain id junglee rummy complaint status update [id: 2533378].

During conversation between junglee rummy executive and myself. They found some wrong word from me as i take this with consumer court and addiction of add on game.

Kindly take this issue seriously, as correct complain t junglee rummy is not taking seriously and they are blocking account by finding some weakness...

Junglee rummy software discontinuation of games during playing but they are debiting the amount.

We are proved and they agreed for the same. But did not refund me amount.

I have requested them to resolve problems but they are ignored me. Also might be so many players are facing such issues. I requested you to take suitable action on such type of issues.

    one of customer care called me he said he debited for collusion cause 11000 and remaining amount 10810 we are credited to your bank account i want my full money back if i am involved collusion why you didn't take full money i want my 11000 back they taken my money in the name unauthorised transaction

      I am playing jungles rummy from last 4 years i have lost more than 30 lakhs, i played as they mentioned it is a genuine site to play online.

      But the site is a fraud site & players are also fraud. I have refunded by jungles rummy n number of times by proving fraud games, but bcoz i have lost so much money to recover that money i have played & lost more & more.

      Now i realized to complaint on jungles rummy to recover all the money i lost.

      I have avidences & promotional activities where they tempted me to play games.

      Kindly log a complaint on jungles rummy i am ready to face any kind of situation & threats from jungles rummy.

      My sincere request is to close jungles rummy app and release the payments to all losers who palyed and lost bcoz of fraud games.

              Jungleerummy. Is become one of best fraud along other.. I am been used the account for long time but suddenly they lock my and giving some # reply that i told to block. When i asked the evidence from them regarding my cal or mail to lock, they simply denied to give and told in such a way that there wont be any compensation and they will lock when ever they want... Really a stupid website and the customer service is very bad, the high level guys are talking very causually and simply blaming customers... Dont grow ur concern by cheating customers and u guys are paid by customer money, so please be geniue to people... Piss off jungleerummy

                Company had not give information about playing 11 between AFG vs WI.                   Hi my user id is jaganp6 i am playing this junglee rummy for the past one month i have did a withdrawal transaction of 14400 but it got declined and money not credited. These people saying you played with same person many times you both help each other and winning. I used to play in very late night hence that time few people will be available hence that day ended up with same person. Its not mistake from my side.

                    I lost close to 20 laks. Don’t play and loose your family. These guys are just plain thieves. They know addiction is a big problem and they keep on letting you loose money. Government will not do anything about these frauds because the corrupt politicians are also likely getting some cut. I hope the court comes forwards and banns all these illegal websites. I want to challenge them to list all their customers on how much people have lost so far. Basically, we are lured into it and get addicted and that’s the end of our life. Please spend time and the money with your family. I am pretty nothing is going to happen with all these complaints. Atleast let’s raise awareness and not let our friends get ruined by these. I know i am never going to get back my money or the previous time i lost in the last 5 years.

                    I am not regular online rummy player. I used to play online rummy sometimes I get bored, however I will play with small amount like 10 Rs or 25 Rs. I was shocking when I read the consumer complaints posts like "lost huge amount". I would request to all online rummy players don't play with huge amount, because all rummy sites are looks like not genuine. Two families in Tamilnadu committed suicide because of online rummy sites. No one won any amount by playing online rummy sites. It is completely, totally WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. Again I would request to Indian youngsters, please don't waste your valuable time and money. Please concentrate your time to learn new things and take care your health and family. One of my friend is part of this rummy web site developers and he has given the information how these people try to stole amount from online rummy players. So if you want to play please with small amount for time pass or passion.

                        My junglee rummy id vishnulk, i have been playing this jr for the lost one year, i lost around 6 lakh ruppes litterlly, this is fake online rummy site.

                        For last year by match winning i earned rs. 61, 000 in game, the same amount updated to it department based on my pan card, hence there was other source of income from in my income for 2018-19 year. I paid 30% (Slab) (18, 300) as tax to it department. Why junglee rummy didn't mentioned to it department that i (Deposited) lost 6 lakhs in jr online game..

                        I need my money back.

I am the happiest person in the world before joining jungleerummy, now my position very very bad (Suicide) because of jungleerummy, they cheated a lot. More than 2 lakhs i lossed in jungleerummy, last fivers i loss my money, my gold, my health, my respect everthing i loss bcz of jungleerummy. Friends u cant imagine, how they looted from vip players, i discussed one of jungleerummy employee, he said that they had setup bots (Machineplayers) and they cheated players like me and he suggest me dont play in this site.in clubs in other sites they are not doing like these type of cheating

                            My user name rajtamil1988 I was playing junglee rummy for many years, earlier I used to withdraw my every now and then, but this time i forgot to withdraw I keeping around 10k in my account two days before I played one 250 rs table I found that one person using two ids and helping each other and won the total amount, , I complained about that customer care in junglee rummy after a day they replayed that the both ids which I have complained played fair games they said, , but I was playing in that table I surely know that one person use both ids to win but junglee rummy fellow don't agree that, so I have doubt on junglee rummy site and I have doubt junglee rummy itself creating own players and cheating players money, I asked about that to junglee rummy fellow, after some time I try to log in my account my account was locked it has 10 k rs, , is it Hitler site or what bllody fu, king site they locked my account with money, I have all mail conversations they sent to me, I want to complaint this to cyber crime, it is one of stealing public money by opening this kind of website,
