I would say, it is no point in following JD, they will not help you
Better you contact your Bank and drop a letter to The Bank Manager and explain as "i enrolled for a service from JD, as I was not happy, I have closed the account with them, still to complete the process I would like to cancel the auto ECS Debit. Along with mention the ECS amount with GST and JUST DIAL.
They can close the ECS. This is how I did.
