Today I searched for an architect on Just Dial for getting their contact number, then a person named Nandan Joshi called me from his mobile number [protected] and talked very rudely just because I didn't receive his call and called him back afterwards when he was busy on another call.

I request Just Dial to take proper action against this issue

Someone got in touch with my company after enquiring from just dual, where my company is registered. We called him back for Admission and then he confirmed 2 admission f9r his children. He shared he is from army.
At the time of admission for payment he sent Rs.5 to verify our acount..then he shared a.link for us to verify details and told us to press Ok if information his correct...immediately he duped us with 36k .

We have informed your company person about the same but he refused at accept and didn't respond.

Pls look into my complaint and do the needful.
We have 2 acount wd justdial, which we are going to close if our complaint is not resolved.

After requesting many times on call and mails to stop their service and canceling ECS, they are just ignoring all requests. According to JustDial.com you need to inform prior 3 months to stop services but to tell these clause their employees required 3 weeks to explain this rule. They aren't trained at allâ€¦..Even their employees don't have any previous records of client and even they don't know their employee ids. As many as calls I had done to Justdial I have to started from zero only. Next come to their senior manager level employees, even they cannot explain properly anythingâ€¦â€¦after requesting many time through call, by mail there is no any proper actions taken and this process still going onâ€¦..I mailed to stop all services in Feb 2021 and again in April 2021 and today is 8 March 2022 their 3 months duration is not over???

And justdial support number par call karne k baad bhi koi support nhi mil rahi hai... Bus yahi boola jada h ki aap plan change kar lo and leads aaengi, but tab bhi nhi aarahi h leads... What should I do now...

My sales representative has taken the cheques of total 10600rs from and told me that my business would be listed in justdial and I will get leads and enquiries from justdial. Its been more than 20 days now after activation and still I am not getting any leads. He has done fraud to me and I am going to take legal actions on him and on company for this fraud. Name of sales representative is Mr. Priyanshu Tripathi and he took cheque from me on 04/02/2022.
My financial conditions are not that strong, kindly please refund all my money as early as possible.

I have received the massage from jd omni team regards the app is going top be live in next 24 hours and website also not properly completed But unfortunately i am not able to open the link to download it. I call your no minimam 20 times and each and every one just pass on to other and take too long time. It's going on last 1 (one) months and i paid money for 12 months.

I need result asap otherwise i have to take legal action.

My package activate on same day of payment but after 15 days still my profile is not completed by Justdial. That mean my rs. 3000/- was waste for 15 days.
And Justdial assistant (pintu kumar) tell me we provide free website from Justdial i call him several time he told me sir karwa deta hoon, ho jayega bt after 15 days he told me company not provide website in your package.
He provide fraudulently information and activate package now no response from him for profile completions and also for website.

I registered for lead services from this company. But all I get is junk leads. I never got a genuine lead for the amount i am paying. Hence, i asked for cancellation of services and revoke the ECS mandate. But company is not cancelling the mandate. The person who came to me with this service said it is mandatory to take service for whole year.
Why should i pay my hard earned money to these junk company. Please help me save my money.

Justdial keeps calling me every week regarding the business I have closed. I have told the agents multiple times, but they keep calling me. As soon as I ask them to stop calling me or transfer the call to your supervisor, they just disconnect the call, and after a few days, it's the same story.

Is this how you do business by spamming and harassing others?
One of the most annoying companies I have ever seen.

Very long back i have registered my company SAFE ZONE, in just dial by paying amount they asked.
over 5 years i am not using any of those services nor there support,
though i am getting marketing call 4 to 5 time a day on few of my company telephone numbers alternatively.
I have already warned over the call that i may go legal if get any more call in the name o[censored]pdating my address and verification of business, still i am getting calls, and very much frustrated. i am looking for solution for this, not to receive any more calls from just dial.
