My company Name is Key Institute situated in Ernakulam. For advertisement, Justdial executive (Joseph) contacted me on 25th May, 2021 and I asked them to do a trial of one month. I paid for one month and was asked to share bank details and OTP which I received. I was never told about any ECS mandate reductions. After 1st month and being dissatisfied with their services, I called the executive to discontinue the service. At that time, I was told that Joseph had stopped working with them. But, even after asking to stop all services, the ECS mandate which I hadn't even known about in the first place kept deducting money from my Bank account for another 9 months till 7th February 2022 on which day I happened to notice this unusual expenditure. I wish for a refund of the 9 months which I never approved willingly.

Updated by Key Institute I contacted JustDial and they told me that it was my fault as even though I asked them to discontinue the services, I had not contacted ECS department.
