Our registered number is [protected]. Justdial.com's executive misguided us. No explanation of ECS rules given by executive named Achin sodhi. They deducted ECS from our bank without any intimation. After that they dont even helping us to answer our questions. We need our money back.

I'm searching transporter to transport my goods from Indore to Shivpuri I recieved a call from your side Shree Ram Transport calling no [protected] received a call an I booked a service after that he recived the payment then block my contact no an my family contact no also I just file a fir in police station as well please remove on priority an return my money ASAP.nother then I'll file a complaint against just dial as well .

One of agent registered on just dial took money and my original rc renewal for and now he is not answering from long time. He took 5500 from me. He was just fraud but dtill registered in just dial.
I want my money back.
He is doing fraud from long time.
I checked his address details also it was not there.
I tried contacting just dial also but didn't get any response. They should verify all the agents.

This man is making everyone fool. He commited to give money in call with just dial. He said that he will send amount within two days also after that in whatsapp he said Saturday he will send but didn't send it. Just dial has to deal with him and will confirm about the amount.
He is totally fraud guy. He is doing fraud from other people also, taking money and getting vanished. I have seen google reviews also.
Fraud is his job. I want just dial to get my money back, he is doing drama of giving money but will never give. This is not just about me, i want to be take legal action against him.
How just dial allowing these kind of fraud.
He picked call because of just dial. He was not receiving my call and not answering to my messages before even i gave him police case threat. I went to that address there is no thanu motors in tha area. I am living nearby only.
You should take legal action against him.

I have wrongly pitched a plan and wrongly and forcely started my Ecs even after many reminders to executive,

I have got offer from Just dial Executive Aman Tiwari, that i will get 2 month service at 3000 rs because there is special offer, so i have took the plan even continuesly confirming that i will not take installment plan, so he assured me that this is not installment plan, but after i paid the amount of 3000 rs, he said i have successfully joined and my service will start after 3 days, but after 3 days when i checked there is no active plan was showing, then i called to just dial hotline -[protected], they said i have to pay 1750 as monthly Installment then only my service will start and that Rs.3000 /- was deposit amount, then i realise i got cheated and miss communicate by that executive, i paid that amount via online on 11th February 2022, but now i dont want the service but they all are saying i have to forcely start the ecs and there is no refund will initiate, they have started my ecs, even they dont call me resolving the matter, even i contacted there assistant manager Mr Naveen, he was very rudely talk to me and denied for any refund and blame me for all the confusion, please help me in this matter because just dial doesn't even have a proper mail id which i can complaint about there executive. They are fraud

I had accidentally installed just dial 3 months ago, and this people took my information and has been regularly torturing me with spam calls, even when i keep rejecting it they dont have the audacity to know when to stop. They disturb me when I'm sleeping, working, studying. This people have no morals. I'm extremely frustrated. Please make this immoral people stop spam calling me

I am receiving too many unwanted calls and WhatsApp messages from unknown numbers. I would like to keep my details like my phone number private and not open to the public.

I have listed my clinic and diagnostic center for last many years.
Not much response, so decided to stop, but the sales person miss sold by saying just take trial for 1 month, which I agreed
And after 3 m I have realised, that every month they have been debiting 5092
Without any contract or information
Last year I lost close to Rs 40000 and this year, Han, and feb 11000
On 17th Feb was the debit of 5092.
Kindly Refund and STOP ECS and Frauds

I have paid 7000 to justdial on 13/1/2022 and they told me that last ecs will be deducted from my bank account in 1 week and after that plan will get activated but it's been more than a month that my plan is not active.
Last time when I reached to justdial they have given me time of 15th February that my plan will get active by this date.
I am continuously trying to reach to justdial agent Trisha Sharma and Rahul Jaiswal through calls and mails but they didn't reply to any of them and if they reply they give me no appropriate answer.
So, I request Justdial to refund my 7000 rs or else I will file a case against you people.

I have purchase just dial paid services in december
They have committed me for business leads but they are providing me fake leads which is not at all helpfull
Leads are not related to my nature of business
I have contacted them many times but staff and marketing staff is not at all helpfull
I have asked them to change my contract or refund me or stop my contract
But they are refusing to do so

All staffs are very irresponsible. All will only respond until you get paid, then no one will get to the phone, Helpline, Executive, Manager, cunning ham road branch.
I have cheated a total of 21000 & unnecessary bouncing charges.

Recently i took your premium services but after taking premium services all of your employees are invisible.
Even they have no time to respond on WhatsApp.

We trust just dial service and organization but if my detail are not secured why should we use this service

Just dial people taken amount with wrong commitment

I see my name and address is listed on just dial without my consent. I need to know what proof and validation did just dial do in order to ensure that personal information is not misused.
I see listing in kolkata by my name SHABNAM NAUHEED and my address of CGR Road

I would appreciate if this can be investigated and the listing is removed
