Believing in the justdial 5 stars ratings given to a pg, i went ahead to stay in that pg thinking it's good, but the pg was really bad, no water to drink, sometimes the water stops, the food provided here was ration rice which was unbearable to eat, at the time in the beginning while joining this pg, they speak in a humble and good way, after paying the money, these people turn into very bad people talking # about girls, and if we ask to make the payment less as we aren't eating food there, they refused saying "u have to manage and eat and we can't make it less, "and per day stay in the beginning before joining they said 200rs, after paying the advance and the money, i[censored] ask u want to pay on per day payment basis they tell u that it is 500rs,. These people of this pg were very abusive used vulgar languages and also threatened me that they would use my photos and adhar, and write in the internet that they would write # about me (That i sleep with other men) which is really bad guys, i mean y is just dial giving such abusive people the privilege to have 5 stars ratings and because of just dial fake reviews i am really fraustrated in my life guys, please don't use just dial it has all fake reviews. And fake business people who speak politely, but once the money n advance get in their hands they show their true colours.

I lots of call in just dial executive but no one help me for changes in my page of business type. We are dealing in second sale electronic items but your company as register to us as second hand dealer. We are not second hand dealer we are second sale dealer pls mentioned in our product second sale refrigerator, second sale ac, second sale led, e. T. C instead of second hand. We getting lots of inquiry about second hand and this is totally waist for us. We need only those type customer who need only second sale, factory outlet product.

Kindly change it asap otherwise refund my deposit money

I entered into contract with just in august 2019 with just dial. Their sale executive promised the daily leads to my business and and then i made payment for two months ands after i made the payment the sales executive asked me to make rs. 12, 000 payment for just dial trust seal, which he explained that it is now mandatory for all the customer and it will increase my flow of business. When i enquired about it, i found it the executive made that he made false statement in the intent to defraud me and then one month passed and i just 8 leads when i callled them they said we didnot require any services. Now in the month of september they deducted again one month subscription which they alread deducted from my credit card and when i enquired about it through mail 10-15 days they did not give any reply. With this intent i understood what type of company the just dial is. Just like iipm the amitabh bachan is endorsing the fraud company.

Now i am asking for refund their executive is not giving me the satisfactory result.

I have been getting calls every day from different people like insurance agents, advocates e. T. C. The callers address me with my name and telling that they are calling me based on my queries from just dial. But, i never refer just dial for anything recent days. I'm not sure how they get my number and name. Kindly remove my data from your database. It has become a pain. Please delete my account and all the details from your site, if i get any call after this, i will sue for not deleting my name and number, hope this time my complaint is heard and resolved,

Today i called just dial for enquiry of bouncer agency
That time just dial person ask me for rating of previous enquiry i gave one rating
Then just dial sent email to that advocate mrs. Godse about my rating
Then she called me and argued with me
Why you are giving such type of rating

Just dial is like literally harassing us since years now. Someone from the company itself has listed our number on a profile that was asked to be removed like about 4 years back. Several calls received by us from justdial and the same thing has been requested that there in no company and please remove our phone numbers and the account/listing. But justdial does not seem to listen. The moment i change my number god knows how these people come to know and they start calling on that number too. Please for heavens sake leave us alone and stop your spam calling service. Totally disgusting and frustrating now.

I am unable to stop ecs deduction even after asking justdial to withdraw their services as i am closing business.

I have been telling them to stop enquires and stop eva deduction which they are unwilling and not responding responsibily.

I have sent mails and contacted them several times in this regard.. But they keep sending irrelevant mails stating.. The memberships still stands valid.

The telecalling staffs are very irresponsible and are not providing proper channel and procedures to stop ecs..

Kindly take strict action against the irresponsible staffs and the company.

Its very frustrating when you cheat customers by not cancelling their ecs, when we request you cancel ecs from last 10 months. Is this the way you grow your business?

Stop my ecs as early as possible, i am going to take legal action against justdial if my ecs does not stop within this month. Because from last 10 months i am after your agents to get the ecs cancelled. I am very frustrated with your service now.

In the name of my business 'sumahan music'i registered on just dial the lifetime scheme 3 days agowhich costed 8800/- in total. But my account has not yet been activated because of which i am unable to view my enquiry details and leads. Really, never expected such a poor response and execution from company like just dial. Please make it happen soon.

I am registered with just dial as liberte financials & my business timing is between 3pm to 10pm but i get leads between 9am to 11am which are useless to me.
Also i am not getting leads in between 5 to 10km area.
This is waste of my money given as i am not able to get any mileage out of it.
Either change the leads time & the area of the leads given or refund my money.

This is to inform you that I have asked for transport service via JustDial couple of weeks back.
I have received a call immediately for the required service. They took some advance from me and I was having a mindset that just dial must have verified them because this call is coming through JD contacts.

He was actually a fraud and want to take more advance but thank God I haven't given him further advance.

After that, they blocked me from WhatsApp, and their intentions were clear to me now.
They were smart fraudsters as they have given me proper details of the company with a TIN number, PAN number and GST number, Driver license with image, etc. To prove that they are authentic.
My understanding didn't dig into their validation because I was thinking that JD can't board the peoples without the proper verification.

The same day I have called the JD customer care but they didn't help me and now I am registering a complaint against them.

I am also attaching the Basic details given to me by those fraudsters.

JustDial Had Created an Fake Ad in category of Marriage Hall with my contact details which is un-Appropriate one . Am Recieving unwanted call Everyday through justdial Enquiry, so tried to contact just dial team regarding this issue, but they were never taking an action . i have complained to them Lots of time for the past three months, every time they used to say within 24hours your ad will be closed. but that action never happened. i asked the complaint number they were not providing it. ln the last call i told them to connect with your superior, they hold my call for 10 minutes then the same receiver responding that none of the superior is available to respond you right now.
Our Team Person will contact you within 2 Business Days but one week Happened.

JustDial disturbing me by using my contact details..
I hope Consumer Complaint will Work for this kind of Issue. Please Help Me..

We are from isan computer education kakinada paid rs12000/- on dated 6/72019, for position contract in just dial.
In the position contract, we have purchased 22 keywords along with autocad but now autocad is not functioning in the position.

From 22nd of july we are facing the problem, and we intimate the customer care executive and emailed the same so many times.
Customer care executive also interacted with us but we did not find any solution till now.

Some guy named lalit (Possibly a competitor) has posted an incorrect review on my business listing (A class apart, noida) with you. I don't even teach him!! I have called your customer service and have received no help! I am very keen on pulling down my listing from your website and will also encourage my contacts never to list with you! Horrible to say the least!

I had a very bad experience with just dial.
I had recently contacted just dial to provide me contact details of railway ticket booking agents.
One of the agents who called me was actually a fraud and took rs. 7, 350 from me without providing me a ticket.
I had lodged an fir in the local police station against just dial and contacted the criminal's bank where i had transferred the money to start the investigation against this fraud.
According to the police, just dial is totally responsible for this fraud and have started their investigation.
P. S : do not use just dial

I ordered a bookey from vendor - jaunpur onlinedelivery.in (Flower delivery service). Got a upi link, payment was made, but i didn't receive any confirmation, even i can't track my order on app. I ordered it as a guest customer not a permanent one. I tried to reach vendor by the phone number provided on jd but its invalid. Delivery service was of today (15 seot 2019
). Am i cheated by jd???

Rs 885/- is being automaticall being deducted from my bank account as just dial person got signed on ecs mandate from me keeping me in dark. The business owner is my son prakhar maurya with name bijli plaza registered with mob. No. [protected].
Pls stop ecs deduction immediately and refund rs.885/- debited earlier from my account.
