I ordered a bookey from vendor - jaunpur onlinedelivery.in (Flower delivery service). Got a upi link, payment was made, but i didn't receive any confirmation, even i can't track my order on app. I ordered it as a guest customer not a permanent one. I tried to reach vendor by the phone number provided on jd but its invalid. Delivery service was of today (15 seot 2019
). Am i cheated by jd???

Rs 885/- is being automaticall being deducted from my bank account as just dial person got signed on ecs mandate from me keeping me in dark. The business owner is my son prakhar maurya with name bijli plaza registered with mob. No. [protected].
Pls stop ecs deduction immediately and refund rs.885/- debited earlier from my account.

Stop just dial's ecs payments

Hi all,
I am inderjeet yadav and i registered my business on 16.07.2019 at just dial. As per the executive that visited me (Named deepak his no. [protected]), i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 12 month on a payment of rs.28320/- after conversation & negation he give me offer to take two month trial rs.4720 if i don't like the service i can discontinue the service i took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque that time he don't telling me he also taking a sign at ecs paper the amount got deducted from my account in july 2017. After that i want to talk to him about how to add keywords but he reply he resign therefore he can't be obliged for telling me anything then i call customer care for how to add keywords because when i m adding a keyword there is always a business segment error then after 2 month rs.2360 is deducted in my account without my permission then i call customer care why you are deducting money from my account sir it's a month charge as our contact then realize i m in a mess then i m telling him to i dont want to continue the saying you have to give three month prior notice

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

While finding a solution i watch lots of video on youtube& google. I m still finding a solution for how to stop ecs payment to justdial

Sir, i book a cab through a service provider of your app on 10 september 19 further the cab owner who called after registering on your app told me that he will provide taxi on 11 sep 19 but he is not even receiving the phone due to which i have to cancel my trip and also booking amount of the hotel is gone waste so i request u to take strict action for the cab owner who is not only a problem for customer but also for your well-known app

They have not communicate regarding the ecs cancellation.. While applying they told we can cancel the ecs... Now when i called they are using abusive languages and threating me.. Kindly take a necesary action and help me to resolve the issue

Hello everyone. I am pravin kalaiselvan, managing director of happiefly.com... Here i would like to share my feedback here. Please do not trust justdial. Especially their marketing teams. Marketing agent rajan and vineet said that i have to pay once in a month for service. If i don't like then anytime we can cancel ecs. Today morning i realized that vineet signed a contract of 1 year from me by saying 1 month... This is how they fool people just for their 100 rupees incentives. How can they be so cheap? Money doesn't matter for me. But i wanted a good service. Pathetic people of justdial. I have never ever seen a branded fraud company ever.

I suggest everyone whoever wanted to be a part of justdial. Please don't trust them. Instead please invest money in google adwords and facebook post. You will get a great and great lead from google adwords and facebook.

I have applied for the service with the nagpur sales person from just dial named as anup patrikar. He confirmed me regarding 750₹ per month charges on the package and we finalized two contract on 10th aug 2019. Whereas actually i am paying more than 950₹ per month each. They have not given me gst bill even after more than 30 days. I am loosing total 400₹ each per month on both transactions. Total loss of 6000₹.

I have repeated called then on customer care and sales person also sent multiple mails but no resolution on both the issues.

There is no inquiries getting generated from just dial and address they put is also wrong these issues also not getting resolved.

I have 100% guarantee that just dial is a fraud company and all there transaction are either misguided as they know they can not provide the real support to people.

Everything is fake including customer support because if you try to complaint then there will be frequent call drops.

Just dial provided me with "Nanda driving school" for driving classes in noida sec-53.
That person named Vikas came for few classes & left the course 1/2 way.
He had taken entire charges for course upfront on 1st & 2nd day itself.
The attitude after taking money was very rude. Also only 1/2 hr they mentioned as driving time but The driver would make route so as to drop the previous student & also later to pickup the next person.
He would not have any board over the car or proper signals.
& later Vikas has stopped responding to calls.
Justdial is not helping to track down such fraud & there customer care just says that "complaint has been fwd".

The broker in lucknow looted us first he demand for rupees 300 and run away and after we call him he abused us as much as he can... I feel very bad worst feeling when he abused us... Please help us out here is his number [protected] his name is broker lekhraj. We call justdail for a broker to show us a room he demand for money we gave him and after that he ran away on his bike... After we called him he abused us too..

I have been wrongly informed by the executive ranjeet who came to signe the contract. I asked him strictly about ecs cancellation if not satisfied. He told just send a mail & call him. It will be cancelled immediately. When i was not satisfied with the service. I did what he told to cancel the ecs then i have been told the procedure is of 90days from costumer care.& when i call costumer care to complaint they also disconnect the call.in this month 4th time i am getting esc in bank. My balance went -. I didn't get a single call from any costumer.& not single lead properly.& what ever some call i am getting is from other marketing company like quicker etc. This is a big fraud company don't signe this company. I request to call back from marketing manager. I mailed many time but no response. They don't bothered about the costumer. They call 10 times a day before signing a contact. After that we have to call them 20 times a day but no response

A huge fraudulent company im surprised lot people going through the same.. Just dial executive got ecs mandate form signed saying only three month emi will be continue then if customer wish to continue it will be continued otherwise it will be stoped moreover i dont get any buisness from justdial if i am not getting anything out of it still i am being forced to pay. They are debiting my account everymonth. I will have raised this to my local police station.. I want every single penny to be refund they have taken from me

Justdial your customer care is terrible!!! I have been requesting your customer care to remove a review on royal enterprises and it’s over 48 hours with no call or action from your team!!! Every time i call you tell me someone will call back which doesn’t happen!!! I have emailed as well with no action. Why do you have such a horrible interface which does not allow customers to delete reviews???

Myself ranjit singh having a business profile (Shivam associates) from rabindra nagar kolkata dum dum cantonement with the just dial but last[protected] my business profile has been hacked by other person. This regarding i complain to just dial 10 times by email & customer care center but till now no any resolution come out. They are not abale to protect the customer's account security. I had call to just dial and try to understand them that it's a serious issue becoz hacker's demanding the money from the customer's but just dial just take only as usal. I have all the recordings which prooved that howmany times or days i had the complain to just dial as business client, it's mean that just dial has no abelity to protect his client business account. They are always told me that your existing contact detail's will be update soon and 2 times already it's updated too but day after day basis hackers change my contact details in my above mentioned business profile which just dial has no protect or not abale to close my business account as earlier intimated by email just due to their motive is only continuing this business contract for their profit making. They are only saying using a word that "it will take care".
Who is responsible if any incident occoured in between day's using my company profile by the hackers???
This matter already lodge a complain at dum dum ps kolkata and a copy submitted to cyber crime department at barackpore.
Now finally i confused that i am helpless or just dial helpless???

My name is nayaz ahamad. Few days back just dials sales executive sachin visited my shop and collected cheque of rs 4560 rs. But i requested them ask me before mentioning date on cheque he agreed. On thursday i got heavy heart pain so i visited hospital keeping 4600 rs in my account. But when i try to pay out my card was empty. After checking account details i came to know that just dail deducted all amount from my account. They made begger in hospital. I tried to complain in customer care but they avoided my calls by blocking, rejecting and waiting. No response from sales executive too. Plz help me to get my money back.

M/s mondal enterprises, dh road, parnasree, behala, kolkata, having telephone number [protected] repaired my geyser about one month back. He replaced three components by new ones. But within a month the geyser has stopped working. Even after repeated intimations, the repairer is not visiting my place to check the problem. He even refuses to take any responsibility.
