We purchase a package from justdial for @11, 800 amount. There is no response from any executive or manager and any other else for being responsible for their bad services. I want my money back. All they do is a waste of my money. There is not even a single call or lead from just dial. If they can't do anything then why these people are wasting our valuable time and money. Whenever we call them they give us rubbish excuses. Fake just dial fake name fake everything.

My add is registered under mobile no - [protected] (Slim trim and ready to win fitness at home - andheri).

Since 2 days my add is inactive and asking me to pay premium. I have a lifetime subscription even then justdial team has deactivated my add. When i am calling customer care they are saying no changes have been made but no resolution. I m fed up. When i am calling the rm sonu he doesn't answer the call and after calling him whole day he says he will get it rectified.
But no help from him. I want to make sure sonu who had visited my house is chucked out of the job. # must have cheated so many people. He is the biggest liar.
Get my # add activated immediately and shown on top as earlier accross mumbai, i don't want any calls to upgrade to premium as i have a lifetime subscription.
Cheaters!!! Stop cheating people.

Contract has been signed for one year...
Now they are renewing for three months and forcing us to pay the money for next three months which is unfair trade practices under notice period.

I already paid 12 months emi sucessfully
Why should i pay for more 3 months

Just dial never given me any reminder for notice period and now forcing me to pay on the ground stating that just dial not have reminder policy

We are taken contract of justdail as ecs one year back, & recently 2 month back we changed plan for 3 month contract with samanth kuamr asm because of lead issue, he took much time finally he told we cant activate that, u meet bangalore head office to resolve the issue & as per that we met noorayesh, and she confirmed that ecs is stopped now 3 month contract plan is activated but again ecs amount getting deducted and we paid 3 month contract amount also but if we called both of, no one is responding properly and they are not resolving our issue, amount is dedicating every month, requesting you to resolve the issue & refund our ecs amount which is deducting every month are else will file the case.

We contacted justdial to stop ecs so as per their contract its not possible to stop services for one year
So we changed the plan but then again justdial took our advance payment for new contract and also deducted ecs for previous contract.
And now when we are contacting justdial they are telling us its not possible to stop ecs.

So technically they are looting us..
I would recommend others to read and understand each and every sentence while signing for contract from justdial. Otherwise you will easily get stuck in their trap.

We r running a business by the name of tansen school of music in patna. We have requested to stop ecs from our account becoz we donot want services from just dial any more. But just dial concern person do not stoping the ecs. They are cheater. They have promissed that ecs will continue till 1 yr but it is more than 1 yr already passed but ecs is still continued. Plz advice us wt to be done. We wnt to take immidiate actikn against just dial. They are cheater and cheating money of small business man.

Hello i am gyanendra kumar from gyan tour and travels, i was tricked into signing ecs form and subsequently 887 rs were deducting from my bank account every month. I asked them to shut my account on just dial, but they aren't shutting my account despite requesting so much. If the account is not closed immediately then i will take legal action against this fraud.

Please provide a proper genuine travel services. I have losses 10000rs amount in jai maruthi travels (Lakshmi travels) that person number is ([protected])

They are collecting the money through online and they are not providing any confirmation and receipt... They are telling after booking and paying money only will provide the details like that.. After online trancefering money they are not responding and pickking the phone calls

I paid gas twice once online through just dial and when he came to deliver the cylinder he took cash again saying that it is not adjusted. Now bpcl is not giving refund. It's giving all sort of excuses. Sending sms that it's resolved & i'm not getting refund. My transaction id as sent by just dial is bpx4g3k4. I hope this will be resolved soon. It's more that a month and bpcl is just playing games and not refunding the amount.

I had taken service from just dial but from last 5 months i am continuing tapping on emails and phone to stop my ecs as we are no longer associate with that business, but when it comes to earning money they won't listen to anyone every month on 15th ecs got debited. I was helpless and in the end i told bank people only if they won't do anything i need to close my account. Then they told me about this forum and i am here. If anyone could help. After taking money justdial not responding only taking money from customers not resolve their problems. Everytime giving only excuses from 6 to 7 month i losted my money without getting single profit from just dial..

I am writing a mail to you regarding massive number of calls i am getting regularly enquiring me about lighting fixtures of philips. I am no where associated with philips and i am an individual working person in corporate sector in some other company. Someone said that my number is listed as philips dealer in justdail. We skylinks consultancy (Registered with [protected]@gmail.com) suffering a lot by just dial company. They make all kinds of false promises to sign you up and they ignore completely. We were completely pissed of their services, one guy called sharath came from just dial company and literally followed up many times to take their services. We finally agreed and we signed for domain + website for 60, 000 inr.

Later the website they provided is #. They can not do any customization. Later we developed the website ourselves. But they are not giving the domain to us or even allowing us to renew the domain and doing blackmail to again pay 60, 000 inr for the new website.

Waste customer care service from justdial. No response.

But from till today u haven't stop our ecs.
Just dail company unauthorized deduction of rs. 5900/- following dates

I received a calls form just dial number form many city's at any times they say you gave me a miss call's but we didn't call anyone last 2 month's i facing this problem. I called you executives many time miss. Ruchi and mr. Kartik from just dial but they are useless if you are not solving my problem then give my money back this is not the way to deal with the customer. If i take one more call i'll sue you in the court i'm pissed off.

I got duped by a fraudster called salman enterprises, begumpet hyderabad whose number i got from justdial (Top rated). Requested justdial to intervene since there was review manipulation. I shared the called recordings, screenshots, whatsapp conversation, etc. Justdial executive called tripti from the user experience team concluded that i will get a partial refund without even proper investigation. Now they are saying i should visit the fraudster's...

I got duped by a fraudster whose number i got from justdial (Top rated). Requested justdial to intervene since there was review manipulation. I shared the called recordings, screenshots, whatsapp conversation, etc. Justdial executive called from the user experience team concluded that i will get a partial refund without even proper investigation. Now they are saying i should visit the fraudster's place to collect the money while the initial transaction was through gpay. This also puts me on a lot of risks considering his behavior. The lady from justdial has little to no understanding of the issues i raised, the threats it possesses to the business itself.

Am writing this email to question and raise concerns on your fraud review process, employee ethics and manipulated review system. So i think you all should consider reading the email till the end.

I contacted salman enterprises to get help with tatkal passport application process as i panicked after my documents were rejected due to mismatch in my father's middle name (Cos of clerical error). I panicked because i needed the passport for my visa application within a couple of days. It was a simple problem that could be sorted out with simple alternatives however, he kept on delaying the whole process, ignoring my calls, messages, playing bluffs. All this while, i was the one who was suffering as i was facing some serious trouble at work due to this delay.

When i contacted him, he was explained the problem with the documents, i shared all the documents with him too. He promised to get it done in 1 day which why i preferred him over other service providers. The trouble began after i sent him the money on gpay. He started ignoring, lying all time, putting me under a lot of stress. He wasn't ready for the full refund as well to keep me engaged.

The first contact was made on 28th october, it took him 6 long days to inform me that i need to get annexure 7 (A document that needs to be signed by an ias or ips) which will help me get a passport. Now ias and ips is not someone who i can just go out and find on road, isn't it?

Finally, as i lost hope on him, i started reading about it online and got to know about the process. I ended up figuring it out myself (Just needed a bank passbook) and get the passport as he had already wasted 8 days. I was duped of rs. 4000, of which like always he says he will return 2500 but he is just playing around like always and rest 1500 seems is his service charge. I am attaching all the screenshots, whatsapp chat copy and voice recordings as evidence.

Now my questions to you as a company:

1. Since i went by the ratings (550+ & 4.4) and fell into the trap, my understanding is you do not have a process in place to root out the fake ratings. I can conclude this because, i had given 2 reviews from my numbers anonymously from [protected] and [protected] on 2nd of november. Both these reviews don't show up now. I wonder how many such people's review would have been removed. Is he able to get the low ratings with someone's help? Yes, i am questioning your integrity here. When i contacted support on 2nd of november to file a complaint, i was told that i will receive a call from the concerned team. I never received a call but a sms that shows me the address of salman enterprises. Today also when called the support, i didn't get a complaint number.

2. Why are sugar-coated reviews shown under"popular"tab? To manipulate? Do you investigate the low ratings which fall under financial fraud or look suspicious?

This whole story questions your integrity, shows no intention to prevent fraud. I expect a proper investigation on my case. It took me just 2 minutes to find an example like eagle shifting, i guess the actual numbers are in 1000s. Why should you be trusted?

If you investigate, make sure that salman doesn't call me, your people need to mediate the investigation and talking. I have suffered enough mentally, following-up with him. As he has all my personal documents, i am scared of it's misuse too and hope he will not attack me as he has my home address too. :|

This is because he had already submitted documents & payment already made. You can contact him directly if this option is not feasible to you.
It is relevant to mention that we are an intermediary and our role is limited to providing the directory information as sought by you and apart from that we have no role to play in the transaction that is entered between you and vendor. Also, note that transaction was initiated by you at the exclusion of just dial.
