We skylinks consultancy (Registered with [protected]@gmail.com) suffering a lot by just dial company. They make all kinds of false promises to sign you up and they ignore completely. We were completely pissed of their services, one guy called sharath came from just dial company and literally followed up many times to take their services. We finally agreed and we signed for domain + website for 60, 000 inr.

Later the website they provided is #. They can not do any customization. Later we developed the website ourselves. But they are not giving the domain to us or even allowing us to renew the domain and doing blackmail to again pay 60, 000 inr for the new website.

Waste customer care service from justdial. No response.

Just dail company unauthorized deduction of rs. 5900/- following dates

I received a calls form just dial number form many city's at any times they say you gave me a miss call's but we didn't call anyone last 2 month's i facing this problem. I called you executives many time miss. Ruchi and mr. Kartik from just dial but they are useless if you are not solving my problem then give my money back this is not the way to deal with the customer. If i take one more call i'll sue you in the court i'm pissed off.

I got duped by a fraudster called salman enterprises, begumpet hyderabad whose number i got from justdial (Top rated). Requested justdial to intervene since there was review manipulation. I shared the called recordings, screenshots, whatsapp conversation, etc. Justdial executive called tripti from the user experience team concluded that i will get a partial refund without even proper investigation. Now they are saying i should visit the fraudster's...

I got duped by a fraudster whose number i got from justdial (Top rated). Requested justdial to intervene since there was review manipulation. I shared the called recordings, screenshots, whatsapp conversation, etc. Justdial executive called from the user experience team concluded that i will get a partial refund without even proper investigation. Now they are saying i should visit the fraudster's place to collect the money while the initial transaction was through gpay. This also puts me on a lot of risks considering his behavior. The lady from justdial has little to no understanding of the issues i raised, the threats it possesses to the business itself.

Am writing this email to question and raise concerns on your fraud review process, employee ethics and manipulated review system. So i think you all should consider reading the email till the end.

I contacted salman enterprises to get help with tatkal passport application process as i panicked after my documents were rejected due to mismatch in my father's middle name (Cos of clerical error). I panicked because i needed the passport for my visa application within a couple of days. It was a simple problem that could be sorted out with simple alternatives however, he kept on delaying the whole process, ignoring my calls, messages, playing bluffs. All this while, i was the one who was suffering as i was facing some serious trouble at work due to this delay.

When i contacted him, he was explained the problem with the documents, i shared all the documents with him too. He promised to get it done in 1 day which why i preferred him over other service providers. The trouble began after i sent him the money on gpay. He started ignoring, lying all time, putting me under a lot of stress. He wasn't ready for the full refund as well to keep me engaged.

The first contact was made on 28th october, it took him 6 long days to inform me that i need to get annexure 7 (A document that needs to be signed by an ias or ips) which will help me get a passport. Now ias and ips is not someone who i can just go out and find on road, isn't it?

Finally, as i lost hope on him, i started reading about it online and got to know about the process. I ended up figuring it out myself (Just needed a bank passbook) and get the passport as he had already wasted 8 days. I was duped of rs. 4000, of which like always he says he will return 2500 but he is just playing around like always and rest 1500 seems is his service charge. I am attaching all the screenshots, whatsapp chat copy and voice recordings as evidence.

Now my questions to you as a company:

1. Since i went by the ratings (550+ & 4.4) and fell into the trap, my understanding is you do not have a process in place to root out the fake ratings. I can conclude this because, i had given 2 reviews from my numbers anonymously from [protected] and [protected] on 2nd of november. Both these reviews don't show up now. I wonder how many such people's review would have been removed. Is he able to get the low ratings with someone's help? Yes, i am questioning your integrity here. When i contacted support on 2nd of november to file a complaint, i was told that i will receive a call from the concerned team. I never received a call but a sms that shows me the address of salman enterprises. Today also when called the support, i didn't get a complaint number.

2. Why are sugar-coated reviews shown under"popular"tab? To manipulate? Do you investigate the low ratings which fall under financial fraud or look suspicious?

This whole story questions your integrity, shows no intention to prevent fraud. I expect a proper investigation on my case. It took me just 2 minutes to find an example like eagle shifting, i guess the actual numbers are in 1000s. Why should you be trusted?

If you investigate, make sure that salman doesn't call me, your people need to mediate the investigation and talking. I have suffered enough mentally, following-up with him. As he has all my personal documents, i am scared of it's misuse too and hope he will not attack me as he has my home address too. :|

We have also spoken to mr. Salman about the refund & was informed that amount of rs 2500/- will be provided on monday, 11th november upon visiting his office. This is because he had already submitted documents & payment already made. You can contact him directly if this option is not feasible to you.
It is relevant to mention that we are an intermediary and our role is limited to providing the directory information as sought by you and apart from that we have no role to play in the transaction that is entered between you and vendor. Also, note that transaction was initiated by you at the exclusion of just dial.

Company named "cupids arrow events organiser" registered in justdial just cheaters. Got money and simply telling all fake reason. Claiming they have 7 offices and 40 lakh turnover. Went and visit the place and it a person home with not even a name board.

They are cheating customers with help of just dial. Jd should verify before posting or approving such company.

Note: i have all recorded conversation, whatspp conversation, online transaction details which i made.

Dont play with customers in such marriage occasion, it spoils many happiness and worst ever person i have ever met.

I had got my fridge repaired from om sai service centre which i found on just dial. The serviceman overcharged (Rs 2200 for a ptc relay) and gave warranty of 6 months. Now the same problem has resurfaced after 3 months.

Contacted them on phone. They asked to send bill copy on whatsapp, but m/s om sai is not responding since then (For the past one week) to phone calls, msg and whatsapp.

Complete fraud.

Tried to give an adverse review on just dial, but they are not publishing the review on their site. Most of their reviews are edited and does not show the real picture as they apparently have an interest to show good reviews.

Before 2 month jd sales person deduct 13600 amount for a package of manesar and the package information which tell me is not match actual and i said many times sales person but he not respond me after many time he comes and show me some new package and charge again 17700 from me and after 15 days my package situation is not clear so the sales person fraud 2 times and now my money is not refund by him and i bear loss on daily basis

We have a business listed at justdial (Slim trim and ready to win fitness at home or gym registered under my husband's contact number - [protected]) and we had updated the andheri west address now today all of sudden without our consent it is changed back to mira rd address.
When called the customer care the # are only transferring the call from here and there.
There is no one to assist to resolve my issue and update the below address:

On placing request to book a taxi.. I received a cal from just dial vendor.. He sent me details on watsapp and gave another number for paytm. We believed him and did transfer of 5000. Then he confirmed on receiving payment and then msgd that driver isn’t available and switched off his phone. Given number of paytm person is denying receiving money and talking in different language.
I want immediate action from just dial else i won’t mind spending more money to file complaint and go legal against such unethical practises my companies like you.

On 22nd oct 2019 at 12:09pm we inquire to justdial for the mover & packers service provider number; we got an call from mr. Rajendra singh - r k roadlines (Mob. [protected]) booked for packing material and delivering to door to door on 31st oct 2019 from dhule to pune in maharashtra. Charges paid (Advance inr 3000/-) thorugh gpay on mob no. [protected] on 30th oct 2019 with promise to send their team on 31st oct at 10am. Now he is not responding....

On 25th oct 2019 booked for packing material and delivering to door to door. Charges paid online on the same day with promise to send team on 26th oct. Then it was postponed to 29th oct then he stopped responding. I called jd call center and they couldn't connect me to complaint cell for past 24 hours. Mr rajendra singh r k road lines is the service provider. Jd must provide qick relief and not act same way as your call centre did today... Your reputation is at stake...

My name is ankur sharma. I registered my day care on just dial in end of 2018. As per the executive that visited me (Named tanuj), i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 1 month on a payment of 1690/-. I took the offer and made first payment by credit card.
He asked for cancelled cheque which we informed that we don’t have and can provide passbook copy only. They said that they will try to make it work. He informed this is just for activation of account and if i got good response then i can continue and make the payment which we agreed.
They got a form signed which frankly i don’t even remember. We had shut the business in february 2019 but now in october 2019 when we got mini statement of account we came to know about the monthly deductions. They are deducting amount without our permission as it is my wife’s pnb account and she haven’t signed anything so how bank can transfer the payments automatically.
Now that executive is saying that we can go and complaint anywhere and nobody can do anything. Just dial is a fraud company do not fall in their trap. I will see to file a court case against them but please don’t allow them to even talk to you.

I am kartik vadhva and i registered my business on just dial with the name of mansion kitchen.
I had told him to discontinue the services before march 2019.

I had told their executives many times that please stop my ecs i don't want your services to continue anymore and they kept on saying please resume the services and we will give you some benefits. Which they whenever they say this thing and i told them please discontinue on immediate basis. Even today i have called just dial 3 times and i recorded the conversations also but they are actually not making my calls towards the customer care and ending up in between.
I am getting bounce charges every month in my mom's account. Kindly help me with this problem and they are doing fraud with people by not answering the customer care calls and continuing the ecs every month.

Hi all,
I am bhagirath sharma and i registered my business on just dial in mid july 2019. As per the executive that visited me (Named anand), i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 2 month on a payment of 5000/-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in july 2019 end. I started getting leads.

Later in august 2017, there is no lead in my busines because justdial was unable to provide bookings and they provide fake clients on app with no contact details. I also complain to justdial they said they will resolve issue but they are unable to do so, and now from 2 months deduction of 590 rupees /- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 2 months and after that i can stop my justdial services anytime without any restriction.
Now my business is in loss and i request justdial to stop these ecs but they are not listening.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

So please help.

I listed my institution in just dial by jan 2019 paying 15000 rupees to just dial representative and they promised that i would get best leads. Representative also mentioned that i can withdraw service with just one month advance notice.

As i was not getting any leads i requested them to stop ECS, thats when the drama started. customer care executive said and sent a mail that ECS CANNOT BE STOPPED until may, i agreed for that. i started calling repesentative, she didnt answer my phone. It didnt stop in may also. i started calling them they said that will be stopped by september. on october 16th they have deducted 17000/- from my account. i am really frustrated with these looters.

But sorry to say that for last one month i am getting jd news alert on my mobile number [protected] continuously which is disturbing me in my work and free time. I have called many times to customer care [protected] for the resolution of the same but sorry to say that nobody has entertain it and ultimately twice i have try to remove my listing with your company.
I have listed with you for business not for news alert. I have asked them to give me respective person for complaint for it but no solution has given to me.
Hence kindly stop the new alert or remove my listing form your company.

After 5 months i found position in 2nd and third
Sales person jitendar chauhan suggested me to talk to his senior mr. Tarun
Now tarun assured me to do all well if i take lifetime first position account of rs 100000
After giving balance cheque to him
Both person disappeared like fraudulent
And positing of my name getting down
As i heard that they r now taking money from others like my case and it is clear also no senior junior they both
