We are taken contract of justdail as ecs one year back, & recently 2 month back we changed plan for 3 month contract with samanth kuamr asm because of lead issue, he took much time finally he told we cant activate that, u meet bangalore head office to resolve the issue & as per that we met noorayesh, and she confirmed that ecs is stopped now 3 month contract plan is activated but again ecs amount getting deducted and we paid 3 month contract amount also but if we called both of, no one is responding properly and they are not resolving our issue, amount is dedicating every month, requesting you to resolve the issue & refund our ecs amount which is deducting every month are else will file the case.
