"Dear Mr.Sathishkumar Varatharajan,
Greetings from Just Dial Limited.
With reference to your request for ECS cancellation of your contract, we would like to inform that we have forwarded your request to our department concerned and one of our executives will speak to you within 7(Seven ) working days.
So far as our services are concerned, we confirm that the services has been activated as per the agreed terms. Since the minimum tenure of services as agreed is for period of 1 (One) Year hence completing the services for a minimum tenure would be in the interest of both the parties. You have the option of terminating the contract - by giving prior 3 (Three) months written notice expressing your intention to discontinue the services. Hence, as per the terms, we request you to serve us with 3 (Three) months prior written notice as agreed for terminating the services on the completion of minimum tenure of 9 ( Nine) months.
We hope this answers your query regarding ECS cancellation process."
Another vague response from your team.
My contract was signed on April 12, 2018 and as per your terms, I have already fulfilled the one year commitment i.e., my contract period has already expired on April 11, 2019. Since the contract has been expired already, why should I give a 3 months notice period because today is July 10, 2019 which is three months more than the contract period (you have never stopped taking money out of my bank account during these three months).
My ECS should have been stopped as soon as my contract has expired but your company kept taking the amount from my bank account without my permission nor consent. Consider this email as a "Stop request" for my ECS and terminate my ECS mandate effective immediately.
Talk to your team and cancel my ECS.

Updated by kudometrics Still the issue hasn't been resolved. Also, today got an email stating that the ECS stand continued as per my instructions (I don't know what to say here). I am telling JustDial team to stop the ECS mandate but they are saying that the mandate stand continued as per my instructions.
Kindly stop the ECS mandate ASAP.
