Vaibhav sharma from just dial sent priyanshi to my office, i paid 11, 800 for 6 months plan and they said they will activate the service in 1 hour. But its been 2 weeks they haven't activated my service. I called them to get refund but they don't answer the call. I have made a police fir regarding this justdial fraud. After i made the police complaint i got a call from their accounts team, they asked me to give the otp to activate the service, u said i don't want your service now just give me my money back. Sometimes later l got a query call from a client, and they saw my business from justdial, i think they are trying to activate my service without otp fraudulently. So guys this is justdial. Its a biggest fraud company for business owners. So if anybody have been cheated by them, please make a police fir and grievance on internet without fail.

I have conttract with just dail & payment was done on 01st july 2019 but still my contract is not activated. I was continusly flowup with customer care no. But no one response on that quiry. My resiter mob. [protected] / 19

This is in reference to my listing in just dial in november 2018, i have been charged rs. 15000/- for the listing at just dial and there is no inquiries generated of rs. 2000 at least all just come from there own team or from sales persons.

It is 8 months completed and there is no business from just dial.

I am your customer since 2015. As i finalized the package of 12000 per quarter and i issued the cheque of amount of rs. 14,[protected]+2160 gst). So now i didnt received the invoice bill with my gst number. I talked to mrs. Charu she said i am not responsible for it. She is very rude. So kindly issue me the invoice bill along with my mention gst number that helps me input credit amount.

I have been a customer of just dial for many years now. Over the years i had managed to collect 38 reviews for my business listing. Since i was not getting many business leads through just dial, i decided not to renew my contract. But i was convinced by two just dial representatives to renew my contract, failing which i would loose all the positive feedback’s that were part of my business page. My only interest in renewing my contract was to keep these feedback’s as they play an important role in business promotion. Now to my dismay, i find that there are only 16 feedback’s as against the 38 feedback’s i had prior to the renewal. 12 feedback’s disappeared soon after the renewal. I have lodged a written complaint with just dial. They are asking me for a screenshot of my page which shows that i had 38 feedback’s. It irks me that just dial would ask me for a screenshot as proof because little did i suspect that something like this would happen overnight for me to be taking screenshots as proof for something i never imagined would happen. However i have provided just dial with enough proof with names and phone numbers of their own employees who are witness to the fact that there were 38 reviews. They are aware of the 38 reviews because there was a problem earlier also with the reviews that was sorted out. The 3 names given as proof are aware of the earlier problem involving the ratings. More than anything else, i’m upset at the way that just dial is handling this problem, when i call the person who sold the contract to me he gives makes false promises saying that the problem would be solved by the end of the day. The same individual was making calls often to convince me to sign the contract. Now he does not care. Whenever i call the just dial number [protected] to follow up on my written complaint i always without fail get the same reply saying that there is no one from the concerned department to take my call and that a call back has been arranged. The call back from just dial never happens. I would further reiterate that i also like some of the other complainants faced the problem of stopping an ecs facility that i had with just dial earlier. Many calls and emails over a period of more than a year did not for a simple request of ecs cancellation did not happen with just dial. They finally canceled it only when i agreed to sign a different contract with a higher transactional value. I humbly request just dial to offer the services that we pay for with all sincerity and not just be interested in filling their coffers.

This is in regarding to recent calls which i am getting from your side. I just visit your site just to check various options for dish tv where since i hanged up the call i have been getting 10 calls from different numbers in every 2 minute and when i ask the that i am not interested i already had word with someone but there attitude is like * lena ni that to visit kyu kiya apne*. What the hell? What kind of attitude is this? Is there anything wrong if a customer is exploring some option.???

+91 [protected] this is the number from which i got a call and she said shut up to me over call and hanged up. Now please explain me what kind of attitude is this? Please stop calling me and tell me what is that you guys can do to take this complaint further.

Terrible experience: my account debited inr 295.00 again. I hope you understand that this is an unauthorised transaction. Thousands of rupees have been deducted from my account in spite of assurances from harshid gita earlier and ankita singh now.
Please refund all such refunds immmediately from may 2018 onwards. Or i will take legal remedies and also would be informing the necessary redressal authorities.

I have called just dial to get website developer numbers. After that cal i received message from just dial and getting continuous call from different vendors with reference of just dial. They have offered me service and i have paid advance for my work at my house. Now they are ignoring my call after taking money then i have called just dial to get adress of that vendor. Just dial customer care executive has denied to help me and said that they dont have any information of that vendor. If they dont have information of vendor how could they share my phone number and details to the vendors. How could they register any vendor without complete verification. I have trusted just dial but they have shred my number to the fraud vendor. Now my money is stuck and i am chasing just dial for help everyday they are not taking any action.

Dear sir/madam, this is to inform you that we subscribed to just dial services few days back and the representatives made false commitments with us. Its been many days we are following up on mails and calls but no one is able to provide us with a resolution. Through just dial i contacted a detective for some work,
He asked 50% advance and same was credited in his account.
After receiving payment he is not responding to my calls & whataspp
He is also not returning y money.

I HAVE BOOKED A TRAVELER FROM 14-08-18 TO 17-8-18. Their services a worst service I have seen in my life. on first day the tyre got blast and the stefany is also not good. Even on second day the company doesn't send the new tyre but they have send the used tyre which is also in it in good condition and again the tyre got blast. No action has been taken, and in reverse they told that it is machine and the fault can come at any time. in office no phone has been attended and the office agent from the booking is made uses the foul languages I request you all kindly don't give the bookings to this travels. The photo they have uploaded is fake and the company is also not liable to our life and time also.

During order booking over jd omni supported website, the customer is selcting delivery date but the time stamp of 11:30pm is coming by default for each and every order booked by the customers. Same is going to email confirmation and sms confirmation of order to customers. Due to confusion of time customers are cancelling the orders.

We raised this concern on 14th jun19 to [protected]@jdomni.com as well as to [protected]@justdial.com but till date 24th jul'19 they are not able to resolve this bug in the software.

Due to this we are loosing not only orders but also customers confidence and brand name in online platform.

Its a huge business loss for us. We need immediate intervention of jd omni technical team to resolve this issue with out any further delay.

Hi all,
I am manash dey and i registered my business on just dial in mid may 2017. As per the executive that visited me (Named anirban), i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 12 month on a payment of 34000/- something, i took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in may 2018 end. I started getting leads.

Later now i am shocked still now ecs running and payment continues today, in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment auto renewal, how ot possible i cannot given any permission to just dial, and that i will be suffer this amount every month. I would like to stop this ecs service, and give returned my extra money immediately,

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

He has already closed his shop and now he is collecting advance amount from customers and running away. Also he is giving bill in the name of his closed shops. So please remove this profile. He is cheating people everyday. So this cant be allowed at any cost. So please remove this profile after enquiry

I registered my contact no for movers and packers serives from your website. Also I got a call from[protected] for the transport service, which called himself as Omveer Transport Company or TRANSPORT ALL OVER INDIA.

They cheated me Rs.10, 000 in the name of half transport service and didn't give any service or didn't send any transport for the shifting.

I request you to kindly resolve my concern and barred this transport company from your list and take an against this forgery.

I tooked national listing contract and my contract is closed from last 28th june i mailed many time but no one is responding, i want my money back please do refund process i pay you around 40 k in just one year. But still today i didnt get 1 rs business from just dial. I want my money back in my account. If you are not able to provide service then y you always make false commitment to your loyal clients.

I am girish from vertical constructions mysore. We pay 10000 rs and odd for annual package to list our company in just dial. We expect calls from clients who want us to build their house. But 100 of the 100 calls i m getting is from carpenters, interior designers, marble shops, electric shops, auditing companies, students who request me for a work or job. I subscribed for justdial so that i will get new projects or works through calls from clients, but what i am getting is call from useless people who are seeking work from me. Please change the user interface of just dial. Whenever people search for something and enter just dial website you people ask them whether they are buyers or sellers (Like in olx, quikr) so that people gets filters. Let genuine customers call us

For the repair of godrej double door refrigerator we took an appointment on 7 july 2019 around 8:00 am and two mechanics at around 9:00 am they put in the gas which was the actual problem in the refrigerator and left at 11:00 am took total money saying that i will be back in some time and give you the bill but he didn't came even the refrigerator was giving electric shocks. After that we called many times in justdial but they dotched it by saying we are registering the complain. We did live in this kind a hot weather without refrigerator for 12 days. Then two other mechanics came and said your compressor is all damaged. But this behavior was not expected at all. We can say just one word fraud.

Biggest mistake of life to choose jd in last one month my profile is not updated and they charging ecs without any call without any service, they are making fool to customer, best way to beg in temple, and stop this type of nonsense services, i have paid amount last june 2019 and it is 19 july till date no call no msg recived any client and my keyword is not updated last 1 month their staff mr lavesh are usless manager their team member are also useless so stop this type of nonsense work

This is to file a complaint against just dial staffs mr. Deepu and chinchu mathew for providing fake promise.
I have registered my company ananthapuri child development centre, trivandrum at just dial. Intially on the 1st phase i paid rs. 17500/- for 5 years by assuring a fixed position range of 1 to 5 for 5 years on my desired keywords. Later on i understood that the promise is no kept on the position and chichu contacted me regarding the up gradation to 10 years with a fixed position on my desired specific key words. And on june 4th 2019 she took a payment of 25000 from me saying rest of the amount should be given on july 5th 2019. Mr. Deepu came and took the desired keywords from my office. Once after the 1st set of payment was done they gave 3 wrong keywords which i didn't ask for instead of 3 other important key words. So when ever i am asking chichu is saying that i should provide a blank cheque so that she can close the issue.
This is to inform you that your staffs are degrading your reputation with fake promises. Kindly resolve my present issues.
