I m into contract of lifetime since nov18. From march 19 onwards i m active on leads only for 15 days in a particular month - after repeatedly complaining about the same, no proper response or service provided from your team,
There are lot many camplains about, on the last 7th of august shraddah (Team excutive)_ called me said your contract is not in lifetime time, to start fresh and pay more amount, i refused to do that, since then i m not getting any leads..
I complaint about not required virtual no.
I complaint about not getting proper leads
I complaint about ignoring important keywords
I wanted to stop the contract.
All these are in vain no proper response, not according to customers will.
All the money paid since november 18 - is total waste...
I m now raising a complain in social media / online media / consumer court online / consumer forum / and filling a fir soon..

This is to inform you that just dial have charged 55000 Rupees from my account as I asked them not to charge me however they did it without my permission and now when I am asking for a refund they are refusing for the same.
